We were visiting from out of town and we just happened to drive past Freddy's Frozen Custard and since I've never tried the ice cream before I just absolutely had to stop despite the fact that I was already full. My husband and I went in and ordered a brownie sundae and a Reese's peanut butter shake. Both were delicious and I really liked the brownies and mine even though there weren't a lot. I also ordered a large shoe string fry for us to share because I needed to know what the fries tasted like as well. Their ice cream was really great and creamy and the atmosphere was nice and smelled good. The customer service was great especially at the food pick up counter. We'll be going back in July so we'll make sure to save room to have lunch there, can't wait to try a burger!

Manager took order and after we asked for a second to decide she made a little comment, then when trying to order we were shut down because they were out of custard. Went up to drive through and asked for manager and she told us she took the order and said handled it properly and told us to leave. Horrible service. Will go elsewhere.

Got to the window and the girl at the window was extremely rude right off the bat. They messed up our drink and gave us the wrong size, when we paid for a large, and when we told her we were supposed to get a large she slammed the window shut. This is the 2nd or 3rd time we’ve come here and have received horrible service from this same person alone. I believe she is even maybe one of the managers there and the service used to be SO GOOD, but now is horrible. Will never go back here.

Visited Freddy over the weekend and was pleasantly surprised. Super delicious burgers and fries. Ice cream was made to order and everything was fresh. Priced right for the amount of food you get. The service was very friendly and the hot food was delivered fast. I don’t have a Freddy where I live and would go back for another treat .

I've never been disappointed here. Best cheese curds in town, the shoestring fries are my favorite style, and the fry sauce is just the icing on the cake. To top it all off, the burgers are great, too.
This is the only fast food burger joint I can bring myself to go to anymore as the clown and the king just can't compare.

Love the fries more than anything. Their burgers are really good too. Reliability of service is hit or miss. If you have food allergies I would say go at your own risk. About 40% of the time my husband or I have asked for a burger with no cheese we are ignored and I have to throw it away. I am not a fan of the new bags they put my sandwich in today. It made the whole thing soggy and gross. But since it was covered in very melted cheese that I can't eat anyway I just threw it out. It happens to me at a lot of restaurants but it's still disappointing.

I had really horrible experience with a employee at freddys. I showed up to grab a order. To show the first employee my phone for the order. I started to walk off to have a 2ed employee stopped me asking to see my phone I mubled Jesus crist to myself as i go to put down my order down to pull out my phone again to have this manager called Adam rip the oder out of my hand tell me to leave saying he's not gonna have my volger statement in the store. As it happen i Said fricking seriously. He stood there refusing to give me my order threatening to call the cops after I already accepted the order for pickup. I had to talk with another manager to get my order. I never called a single name to this employee. Being a lead don't give you the power to treat others like trash. I went back for a apology for how unprofessional he was an how he mis treated the order before I left to only have him mouth off and say if I come in again to do my job he's gonna call the police. I've made a report tru the company I work for wanted to make one with the store to only be mistreated again.

You'll never believe me, but it's true.
One freezing Wednesday evening, I was craving something tasty and decided to make my way to my local Freddy's location. I was wearing my favorite Barbie pajamas, so I didn't want to go inside. I drove around to the drive-through and ordered a majestic Bacon Double Cheeseburger with fries. Things were going well, until... This rachet girl rear-ended me. I was not pleased. Fortunately, this kind employee named Sarah Major was there. She felt so bad, that she gave me a hug, and offered me her 2023 Ford Bronco. I was in shock. As she handed me the keys, I couldn't help but recall how contrasting this experience was compared to Culver's. Don't go there. They literally expect you to tip for handing them their food. Like nah. ANYWAY, BACK TO THE STORY: Finally, I got my food. It was awesome. Maybe next time I get rear-ended at Freddy's, someone will offer me a Porche. Only time will tell. In the meantime, I'll continue to go to Freddy's.

I cannot lie. I had the most heavenly experience at Freddy's this past weekend, all thanks to a truly slaytastic queen: Miss Sarah Mae Major—this girl- 10/10 premium service. I was treated with the Freddy's Premium Plan, without the monthly subscription. She was SO NICE AND FUNNY AND WAS GIVING THAT GIRL!!! I would give this girl a raise. She also somehow made the custard taste 100x better. It was richer, denser, AND creamier than anything I had ever experienced. All this and more, thanks to the legend, Sarah.

Bought (2) California burger meals without cheese. What do I receive both with cheese and one of them had no fries. I took back and while waiting I witnessed an employee pickup a French Fye off the floor and throw it into the fryer. I confronted the manager but she was totally negative and not hearing what I has to say. She refunded my purchase 12/23/23 301 yet she was very disgruntled with what I was trying to explain to her. Looked like a bunch of untrained teenagers handling food. This makes me question how Freddy’s does for new hire orientation.

All of the associates were constantly busy helping customers, cleaning the lobby multiple times while I was eating, being proactive and asking the customers if they needed anything before, asking how everything was.. it was a great experience as a customer! Would come back for the great service.

Best smash burgers in the area. A solid franchise all around with reasonable prices. They have great burgers and straw fries...and you can't forget the fry sauce! Great American menu with burgers, hot dogs, and chicken items with frozen custard that's some of the best around. I'm a big fan of there shakes too and they give you a big enough stray you can actually drink the shake. Bonus! You won't be disappointed trust me do it

A retro Midwest vibe with many delicious options. Reminds me of In-N-Out and is the closest I have found without visiting the west coast. I like that they offer seasoning options with their food to make it just the way I like. The team that works have always been fast and courteous, it shows what service proper compensation and caring for your employees can get you. Don't forget to grab a turtle sundae for dessert!

New to Freddy's but they do not disappoint. Definitely recommend trying this place out. There burgers are delicious. They even sell there yummy fry sauce and seasoning. Both highly recommend they kick the taste up a notch on anything you grill.

Always, always excellent food, service and cleanliness. We live 30 minutes away, in Wisconsin, and make the trip there once a month. We've literally never had a bad meal there. The frozen custard treats R definitely worth going off of your diet for. The onion rings...they will bring U 2 your knees every time. And, 2 B perfectly honest with U, I must literally B the only person in the world that is NOT a French fry fan. NEVER have been. Even as a kid. But there's 2 places that I ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE THEIR FRIES... Freddy's and Culvers. ABSOLUTELY the ONLY 2 places I ever order fries at.
I've more than once also purchased their Freddy's Seasoning Salt and their Freddy's Sauce. Both R phenomenal

We went through the drive thru and our order was taken within seconds of reaching the speaker. They waited until I told them we were good to go before sending us to the window and were patient and kind the whole way! They got us our food quickly and the entire process was very easy and stress free! Overall a great visit and we will definitely be back!

One of my favorite fast food places, as they have amazing food that is prepared in a fairly short amount of time. My personal favorite dish is their spicy chicken sandwich with a side of either the shoestring fries or the cheese curds. Exceptional, fast service, and I don't feel rushed at all when ordering from the drive-through or the register. The atmosphere is very relaxed, with fast and polite staff, and a medium to low noise level while dining in.

Dined-in with my family and the food was decent - cheese curds were probably the best thing we got. We decided to get some "frozen" custard to go via the drive thru on our way out, and really nothing positive to say about that. All 4 "concrete" custards were more liquid than I'd even expect a shake to be, and this was a 35 degree evening in March. The two custom "concrete"s we had were just completely wrong. One had exactly 1 of the 4 ingredients we paid for, and the other had 1 of the 3 ingredients, plus one of the ingredients that was supposed to be in the first one. They repeated the order back to us over the speaker perfectly, so it wasn't a miscommunication on ordering. If you want custard that isn't mostly liquid, and if you don't want to pay for ingredients you'll never get, there's another custard place I'd recommend instead. We were visiting from out of state, but if we're ever in the area again, I don't think this would be a place we'd come back to.
