Last night I ordered 2 of the luxe cravings box and for my first one I ordered no tomato’s and to add
Cinnamon twist instead of the nachos and cheese. they said that they were out . When there have been numerous amounts of problems with people just not wanting to make the food, the same thing happened last week with my sister. My Pepsi tasted like it came from the toilet! I am very disappointed! Please do better. I am a fast food worker and I understand how hard it can be but please do not tell someone you’re out of something just because you don’t want to make it! Just find a new job!

When going through the drive-through today, we had two items missing off of our order and had to return back to the store after already getting home when we were reassured that everything was in the bag. When I returned to the store, the employees actually tried to start a fight over one missing burrito. Highly recommend you avoid this location. The staff cannot be trusted.

Waited at the ordering window in a full line for at least 7 minutes said hello 3 times with no response after that the last car ahead of me had pulled up to the window so I thought that maybe becuse it was late I just had to order there, I pulled up and was told I would have to go all the way to the back of the now extremely long line even after explaining what had happened.

They first gave me someone else's order. Oh well, stuff happens. I went in and got my order and went on. I get home and look at my food, and i get what's pictured. This was supposed to be a cheesy bean and rice burrito with fries added to it. There's nothing but rice and cheese on this thing, not even beans. Who would want just cheese rice in a tortilla? Why would they make this? I'm quite baffled. Would not recommend.

A recently remodeled location with Taco Bell's new floor plan and digital menu boards. There are charging stations available and free Wi-fi which is always welcome while traveling away from home. The food was excellent, and their customer service was on point during my visit. AP Score: Give it a go!

Taco Bell is a great place to hang out with your friends and grab some cheap and tasty food. this is demonstrated through the massive group of Dubuques local teens who fill the building multiple nights a week. While they are a rag tag bunch, they are also very interesting to listen to and very friendly. The service at Taco Bell is always very friendly. The guys behind the counter seem like people you would genuinely want to be friends with.

Some of the absolute worst Taco Bell I ve ever had. My Steak Grill Cheese burrito was dry and nothing but rice. When I took it back and showed them it didn t have any sour cream or nacho cheese in it like it s supposed to they handed me some chipotle to dip it in. I do not send food back, this is why I did not demand they remake it. I was hoping they would offer to after I took one bite and it was a bal of rice. Don t waist your money here.

The food is Taco Bell. However, the staff there truly believe in working what you are worth. Then if they are paid minimum wage, then that s the only reason I can think of for the slow orders during the day. But the mornings are the worst time. Just today, I sat in front of their window after not getting acknowledged at the speaker for five minutes, then finally noticed after sitting for twenty. The response sounded more protocol than genuine, with the speaker was off . It also looks like management hasn t encouraged staff to watch out for things like that. I know stuff happens, but I may as well order from DoorDash, because at least DoorDash will let you know it s going to take forty minutes, instead of finding out the wait time the hard way. I just hope management can fix these problems that we are having soon, otherwise I m only showing up for the free food and nothing more.

App has cancelled my orders, not sent them to the store, or messed up the order numerous times and neither corporate or the store will do anything about it, fine, whatever. But I have had 3 times now in the past month where I went to get breakfast and it was either unavailable (45 minutes early one occasion, 20 the next) or they were out of egg (this was the downtown location) how do you run out of one of the most basic breakfast ingredients? Also, they wouldnt cancel my order after they told me they were out of eggs, instead I had to wait for my order to time out on the app and get cancelled automatically.

Outstanding customer service !! Usually the staff there is really friendly however tonight we had an exceptional and noteworthy item. My girlfriend placed an order and got to the window .. They asked her name and checked the bag so she really didn t and came home missing a quesadilla. She called in and the GM Mandi actually offered to deliver it to our home since she was on her way out so essentially took her own personal time to see we got the quesadilla and threw in a few gratuitous cinnamon twists as well. Kudos to Mandi on this one!

I have to say Mandy at the TB on Hillcreast Rd in Dubuque, IA went above and beyond tonight. I went through the drive through and they were busy. I had a pretty large order and they forgot my quesadilla. I called and she answered, when I told her what happened she offered to drop it off and she did! People don t do stuff like that anymore. I couldn t believe it!

Tried to walk in to order, door still locked for lobby (I assume because of Covid?) went to drive thru and sat in line for 30 mins just to get to the order area to be told they had no beef!!! It was about 6pm during the week last week I went. Out of beef?! We left. And wasted nearly 30 mins for nothing. Get your ordering figured out and OPEN YOUR LOBBY! We saw multiple people trying to go in that night (drive thru line was awful because of no restaurant being open!) Disgraceful representation of a national chain. Must get new management!

will never go to this taco bell again was there about 11:45 pm on Thursday June 9th. ordered a beef chalupa. total was 4.38. gave the cashier 5.38. so she gives me my bag but no change. I said wheres my dollar. she said is it in the bag. . its not. she says are you sure. again.i look. nope then she said . well Ill have to get my manager do you want me to? or maybe it fell under your car. opened the door. didnt see it. when I was cashiering we were taught to give the change back first. so I just paid an extra dollar for a chalupa. and it wasnt even good. what has happened to customer service. by the way. You go at a regular time like for lunch or dinner, okay fine. Breakfast? Nah. What s the point of serving breakfast if y all don t open until like 10? Drove in Tuesday at 9:40. Got off of work early and I was hungry. Now granted it was 12:30 when I showed up to the drive through, but Google and a few of my cp workers had said that this restaurant doesnt close till 1. I had a large online order and when I got to the drive-through to pick it up I needed to adjust it. The young lady working was was very friendly and no one was rude about me changing my order at the last minute last minute. With as large as my order was it was ready in a very timely manner.. The dining room is not currently open so I had no choice but to use the drive-through. I appreciate it the friendly smiling staff and the food was great exactly what you expect from Taco Bell.

There are two locations for Taco Bell in Dubuque. I recommend that you go to the other one. This one tends to be dirty, the servers have a little more attitude, and they always seem to get my order wrong. Last time, half the order was missing. I usually dont go back to complain even in that type of situation, however, because Im afraid that Ill get the special Karen treatment (spit in my food). But I feel obligated to at least warn those who care enough to look at reviews to either go somewhere else or lower your expectations.
