This place is a joke I walk in to place an order on Sunday 12-29-2024 at 6:48pm all I wanted was a stuffed crust Pizza saw online prices as low as 11 bucks wind up paying 18.07 they said it would take 20 minutes it took 30 minutes they labeled it as Jeremy my name is Rob LOL I'm sitting there waiting for them to finish it and one employee is eating pizza in the pizza making area and another employee sneezed on her arm and probably the pizza she was making too ! By the way they are moving to the west end of town by Green State Credit Union too hopefully with the move they'll make better pizzas and know how to treat customers better !!! Save you money if you're looking for stuffed crust pizzas just bake a Digorano or buy from somewhere else sorry but 18 bucks is too much for any type of pizza !!

Their pan pizza is as flat as normal pizza from almost any other place. And the stuffed crust is nothing but the stuffed part on the outside, image included.

Severe food poisining for the second time in a month 2x in a row. Some ingredients on square sausage pizzas are spoile and kept me from eating more than a few pieces before getting terrible gut rot. Went to bed feeling extremely ill and woke up 10 hours later to severe food poisoning and a high grade fever. Been pushed out of my high performance job fpr the rest of the week and never even recieved a refund or apology from the store. Will never be gping there again.

When you walk in its like they don't see you, orlikethey didn't know you've entet the establishment. I ordered a pasta dish with vegtables. When I get this same dish at 3 other very reputable and famous pizza places, it's nothing but fabulous and delicious. Not so much here. They didn't put my vegetables in with my pasta at all! They threw a few pieces of each vegetable IN WITH THE CHEESE!! So I hardly got any veggies, once the cheese was eaten, all I had was over done pasta with a very miniscule amount of sauce. Our breadstix hardly had any seasoning on top of them and our cinnamon rolls weren't raised. They were flat, mushy, goopy and goey... almost like they weren't done enough. They had absolutely NO COLOR to them whatsoever. They were DEFINITELY not even palatable on any given level

Order took an hr when the site said 20-30 minutes. When it arrived, the pizza was cold, not made as ordered and terrible looking. Very unappealing.
I ordered the promotional News York pizza, and was extremely disappointed. I don't think I'll order from here again. I'll stay with Domino's.

We ordered at 4:39pm, and didn’t get our order until we found it sitting in snow outside of a side door to our house in the dark 3 hours later… Mind you, our *front door* lights were on, and that is where we requested the delivery. Zero communication from the tracker, the store, and the random Door Dash driver who didn’t notify us of anything.

I tried calling in an order today and I was hung up on three times. The third time calling back I spoke to a lady and I can hear her other phones ringing, I can tell she was overwhelmed, when I was trying to place an order she sighed and hung up. I tried calling back no answer. I decided to call Domino's on Central Ave. They answer and was very polite and courteous I placed my 100 dollar order and was delivered on time and was perfect. Thank you Domino for being reliable. I can't explain enough how disappointed I am with this Pizzahut today!

I ordered 12 wings and a large meatlovers pizza. They used DOOR DASH who dropped my food at my hotel door and didn't even knock on my door. It sat out in the hallway for 45 minutes before I called. Pizza hut offered to refund my money but not to replace the food. Worse store EVER

Ordered our food the night before with a schedule of the next day at noon. The website did not allow for tipping this time which was odd, maybe due to an after hours order?. We then got a notification at 11:40am the pizza was on the way. The pizza was not delivered until 12:15pm. This city is not big enough for a 35 minute drive. The driver then left the pizza on the ground and walked away. We had to ask if they wanted their tip in order to even get the driver's attention. I suppose putting it on the ground is appropriate for non-tippers, but when the system doesn't allow the tip well don't take it out on us.

Ordered delivery, and while not every experience I've had at this restaurant in the past was perfect, this experience and the ones I've had in the past few months have been perfect. Delivery took probably 20 minutes at most from the moment I placed my order to the moment it arrived, which is probably the fastest I've ever had pizza be delivered. The drivers have always been very friendly. The food arrived like it had just gotten out of the oven right before leaving, not hot enough to burn my mouth, but perfect temperature for eating right away. I like the cajun wings, but they tend to not have as much seasoning as I'd like, but dry rubs are tough to season chicken with. It was an acceptable amount of seasoning this time though. Food tasted great, came very fast, and for a great price. Highly recommend giving them a chance!

This place is an absolute disappointment! First time going to this one. I will not pay for anything else here. I went in to get my pizza and the steps are so messed up that I tripped and ripped open my toe. Then I go in and nobody greets me. One girl went to answer the phone and there was a man at the oven. She had her back to me for 5 minutes. She finally turned around to tell me just a minute. Another man walked through, looked at me, and walked away. I stood there for about 10 minutes total. Terrible customer service. I ordered sausage and mushroom pizza in a dinner box. There were some tiny pieces of mushroom on the whole pizza. The cheesesticks were really hard. They tasted like they were sitting there forever. Some of them tasted like cinnamon. The sauce that came with it was half full. It was all very low quality. I’ve never had a really bad experience at Pizza Hut until now. I will be calling the manager tomorrow to complain.

We tried to call an order in tonight , after a 10 min hold, we drove there to order. 3 guys in back stared @ us, and the lady on the phone never noticed we came in. We waited another 10 minutes with no greeting or anything. We left, I am quite sure , un-noticed. Also notable, neither oven seemed to be making any pizzas, no one else showed up for Carry outs, no delivery people in or out. It was around 730 on a Friday night.

Make sure the employees actually bring the food when they say they will. The pizza was cold due to the two employees in front taking their time to count down drawers, rather than bring my food outside. I text when I got there and was told it was ready and would be out in a minute. I watched them put the pizza in the delivery bag on the shelf, then looked at the girl who kept peeking outside. After about 10 minutes, I decided to go inside and get my food myself. They were counting the money in the drawers, and quickly apologized because they realized I knew my food was ready a while ago. I got it, and went outside to the car. It was warm, and by the time I got to my hotel 7 minutes away, it was completely cold.

I understand that it was close to closing time, but it was still 30 minutes til closing, and I had already waited 15 minutes for food that was already done, boxed, and ready to be taken outside for contactless curbside pickup.

They got my order wrong for the most part but did manage to bring the pasta I ordered, without utensils. I called back to tell them I didn't receive anything to eat the pasta with, which bc I was at a hotel I couldn't get my own. The only reason I am giving one star is i have to, and they SAID they would refund my order. I ordered my food a little before 6:30pm. At 7:15pm I got a text saying it was out for delivery. At 8:25 I called to see where it was. The lady that answered said it was placed at my front door and they knocked. I sit right by my front door, and there was never a knock and there was no pizza outside. Her tone was not appreciated and she seemed to hate her job. Maybe she we'd just having a bad day? I'm not sure, but I was very pleasant considering the circumstances. She said they would remake my order and redeliver it but it would be another hour. NOT IMPRESSED. 3 hours to get my order. I asked for a refund and she said 3-5 business days. Not sure if it will come, but I am not pleased. I should have looked at the reviews before I ordered. Pizza hut needs to look at this store and reevaluate their service.

Ordered pizza and got it at a decent time, however they gave us a whole different pizza then what we had ordered. We called and were placed on “hold”, where the employee just put the phone on the counter and we could hear him taking orders. We waited a few minutes and nothing happened so we hung up and tried calling again a few times, but it went straight to hold. We ended up going to the store and the first woman at the desk was very rude and when told we wanted them to remake our pizza, she stated it would be a 30 minute wait and walked away. We waited in front a little confused and another woman came up asking if we’ve been helped. She asked the first woman in the back who rudely replied Yes. We waited 15 minutes for our new pizza but it was thanks to the second woman who understood our distress even though she herself was busy, made sure we got helped.

Moved from different town.
Worst experience ever for pizza hut.
First we scheduled the order for 8:45 pm, we waited till 9:10 then we called and one guy said its on the way then manager called and said sorry it was wrong information. Delivery boy forgot to take order with him.
Then they said we will do free other order which is good thing still another 50 min and order was wrong.
Found another reason other pizza store is better than pizza hut.
Manager was good but not the service.

Who wants cold food after waiting an hour and 15 minutes? No one.

The women on the phone was rude and upon picking up the cardboard they called pizza I noticed that the restaurant was filthy. The women that worked the register was consistent if nothing else. Case in point rude and unfriendly on the phone and rude and unfriendly when picking up the pizza.

These guys are awesome! Customer service was amazing and they got my food to me quickly! Best carry out night Ever!
