Excellent prices and selection, plus the money goes to a very worthy cause! Make sure to check out the basement for women’s and kids’ stuff. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Good book selection with great prices, but it wasn't good enough to return to a place this spooky. The staff seemed friendly, but some of the people were the type that, as a woman, I would not want to be alone with. I'm not typically this nervous, but today I felt otherwise... Just don't come alone unless you're confident in your abilities.

Easily visible on Main St in downtown Dubuque. Metered street parking or park in parking structure directly behind the Mission. Lots of garage sale leftovers make it here. Poke around and find a treasure. This summer they are having $1 deals where just about everything is $1. You can't beat that price!!

Never again will I patronize this store again. Bought some little saucers today. 2 were marked .50 each. They had a stack of 5 little saucers taped together. It was marked 50. . So I assumed the taped stack was 50 cents. The guy said no. He charged me $3 for my purchase. Also was looking for an electric kettle. They had the pot part. But no base . Can't use without a base. Also not friendly staff. Had a friend with me she thought the same.

We travel to Dubuque and this used to be our favorite store. We won't be back! Clean place but terrible how we have to ask about prices!! Told they were a thrift shop and all was donated so they were not doing fancy tags. So checking out was Not fun!! Had to ask about everything. When things were too high it was embarrassing on us to say put it back!! Did they offer less?? No. Had to use restroom on 2nd floor. Smelled like weed so bad !! People working were rude as can be!! Sad I went for years now Never going back!!!

The missus and I hit up this shop in July. The store is a gem. There is a surfeit of goods everywhere. It is almost overwhelming. I loved it. I spent over an hour downstairs, going through everything from playing cards discarded from nearby casinos to books from the Especially For Girls series. The prices are beyond reasonable and both of the people running the store were simply amazing.

I loved this thrift store. I got so many things for less than $20! You will not find prices like theirs. I’ll be back for sure.

This use to be a good store and fair prices a year ago but now there prices are as bad if not worse on some items that just sit there for about weeks and months.

Friendly, helpful staff. An endless selection of adult and children clothes and shoes, books, houseware, whatnots, and do-dads,. Prices are exceptionally low and proceeds go to a great cause!

I have fallen in love with this thrift store! Not only can you almost always find what you're looking for, but the price is absolutely right, the product is in better condition than elsewhere, and the staff is wonderful! Very fair, very pleasant, and there is always so much to look through! A++++

I bought a bike of them and crashed on it after only 3 weeks. The bike was not put together properly and the handlebars went out of socket while I was riding on flat ground on grandview. My phone got broke and now I have to buy s new phone and a new bike. I tried to call and ask for help with a exchange and they don’t even answer the phone. I would recommend spending more and just buying from a retail store it is cheaper in the long run and at least you would know you are safe.

Had to stay in town for family emergency with limited funds and no clean clothes. The owner was so kind. He made sure we got what we needed. Highly recommend.

Good prices for furniture and mattresses. They Need some more organizing upstairs store #2 to maximize sales, in my opinion. I might volunteer if I have spare time cus I think the mission has an good cause for Dubuque county

I had needed help finding the employment, section & was directed 3 times & was drawn a map by the security lady at the entrance of the casino,& I located the office,The individuals, That were in the employment office and the security officer and the lady was very helpful and respectful!my visit was great,& two days before was great also! I would suggest or send people to enjoy themselves at the Diamond Joe's Casino,! ahhhhhy,😁 Enjoy..... peace

You can tell they take time into choosing what items they put out on the floor. I love the volunteers there because they all have good intentions for the work they do! Good location too for the size of the store is perfect!
