The store was pk. The Deli employee could not help me as she could not speak English. If you are supposed to help patrons, you should be able to speak and understand English. The USA is English speaking country. Very disappointed in Kroger company.

I enjoy shopping here but of late they have been out of some products and the produce has been horrible. All that was left of the heads of lettuce were bad. Bags of lettuce were also bad. They do keep it clean and bakery, always have my bread fresh, and love the fresh donuts. I am shopping for kids so I need the fruits and vegetables.

I ordered flowers online via the Dillons Website. First, i got a call saying that they couldn't do the exact boquet. Would something similar be OK. Sure! Then I got a call saying they can't deliver Friday, woulld Saturday be ok. Sure! Then I got an EMAIL saying my order was canceled. When I called the store, I was told I'd have to call Corporate. "Corporate" said that the local store didn't accept the order. Why didn't they just reject the order straight away instead of giving me the run around for 3 days, and then leave me hanging... I've always been happy with Dillons floral, but this was beyond disappointing.

Several complaints with pick-up today.
The order has about 150, pieces and less than 30 items. When the items were moved to storage, five items were missing, 15 pieces were missing, The round trip distance one hundred miles.
I phoned the manager for the pick up operation. The phone call was never returned.
I phoned the store manager, twice, the call was not returned. (My phone battery got tired between 6-8 PM.)
I am ordering the missing pieces, and make the drive tomorrow morning. The good of the the day, gas pump discount was $.65/Gal

I've always appreciated the prices and freshness that Dillons provides but I've just found out Dillons has been ripping us off on Fridays. Shopping on Friday gives 4×the fuel points.. lol.. or is supposed to. They trick people with this promise.. Byer Beware.. next time you shop on Friday look at your receipt. You'll find out your not getting 4×the fuel points like they've promised..

Hoy 28 de Junio 2024, en la mañana, mi esposo hecho gasolina en Dillion, 25 dólares en la número 1. Llegamos al walmart y cdo fuimos a salir, el auto comenzó a vibrar y salió el cartel del motor. Mi hijo es mecánico de la Toyota, supo inmediatamente lo q estaba Sucediendo. LA GASOLINA TENIA AGUA !!!.
Inmediatamente fuimos a reclamar y a penas nos atendieron, tomaron número de teléfono y nombre. Todavía estamos esperando respuesta. Tomen conciencia señores, las consecuencias de este acto. No hay derecho de andar perjudicando a los demás.... Recuerden que existe el Carma .. bendiciones

The store smells terrible and has flies everywhere I've been told they throw rotten eggs and produce in the trash chute and leave it open, so the smell and flies run rampant

They had fresh Hatch chili's roasting out front and they smelled wonderful. We bought produce and a few pharmacy items. We found everything we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful.

While it is the only true supermarket in town, it's way too expensive. Cross the street and you are in Walmart where again it's way more expensive than other Walmarts I've been to, but you'll save money.
I do like the fact that they try to keep the store clean, which is not the norm in this town (can't understand why) but the prices are scary even with their 'discounts'. So sadly, it's my last option. One stroll around their produce are and you'll see what I mean, it's insane.

What do I do most of the time? Shop out of Dodge.
Dillons would be a much better option if they kept their prices according to market, after all if others can do it, why not them? A little effort could go a long way.

The shopping was pleasant and convenient. However, the checkout was horrible. It took 3 or 4 times as long to checkout as it did to shop. There were several employees checking out but these were not nearly enough.

Buen supermercado con todo bien organizado y limpio. Los precios están un poco más elevados que en Walmart pero puedes tener descuentos con tu número de teléfono.
Tiene farmacia, donde Perla y todas las demás chicas son súper agradables.
También es buena opción para compras grandes semanales.
Esta todo compensado en menos espacio pero es más acogedor.

Very very upsetting to shop for an hour and have to leave with nothing because prices are not being marked down like advertised . this is getting old same thing every visit 21 items that should have been marked down this time.this is false advertising trying to charge more than you advertise the product for.someone needs to start doing their job right.4 out of 5 visits I get ripped off.

This is a place where i get my fresh produce! I love it because it is fresh on affordable pricing!
The staff here are very nice too!
They greet you when you enter and thank you when you leave!

My check out person was Hector tonight and he was rude in attentive and added another customers items to my cart. He did not want to pack my items and threw two in a bag and the rest on the little signature pad.

I love how friendly and helpful the employees are. Note to manager though. An employee in the restroom took one second to apply soap and rinse her hands. Not kidding. Tell all your employees that the recommendation is 20 seconds minimum. Maybe bring in a health nurse to show all employees the correct way to watch hands.

I love to come here for the sushi and the poke bowls! They are the best in this rural area but I also love the customer service the gentlemen who prepares everything provides. He is so sweet and if you have an order you want made he will make it. If you haven't tried these items and you love anything sushi then I recommend him. He is sure to please. Next time I go in I'll be sure to let management know he is providing exceptional service.

Yeah there's good produce and organic products Wal-Mart doesn't offer. But if you're looking for affordability this isn't the place. The management is unhelpful as are most of the staff. Even some of the 'nice' staff members can turn out to be unkind if asking for help. So don't expect much good from here.

Our church was doing a fund raiser and the supplier sent the wrong meat trays. I called the meat department, spoke to the meat department manager, Paulo, and not only did he help us out, he donated the trays for us ! Huge selection of just about everything you can think of and the seafood section will cook your seafood there on site and you can sit down and eat it there or take it home. She cooked me a fabulous salmon kabob with huge chunks of fish cubes between red onion and red and green bell pepper and just splashed with lemon. Can't beat a meal like that for $6. Clean and delicious. Thanks!
