I will NEVER EVER STEP FOOT IN YOUR STORE AGAIN. The guy at the desk was so rude, unprofessional, and overly aggressive. I would rather drive an hour away to another hardware store than to go back to spend thousands of dollars rebuilding my properties after spending thousands in your store month after month. You lost a great paying customer.

If it wasn't so expensive it would be so much better. I like the convenience of having everything at your finger tips... And the store till now is kept in good shape, which is a super plus and the reason I go... But i can't bring myself to buy certain things because well the pricing is ... Well you know.

The store sports all sorts of signage regarding the wearing of masks. To their credit, everyone at the customer service and check-out counters was wearing a mask. However, NONE of the floor-walkers wore one. There are plexiglas shields between you and the cashiers. There is no protective barrier at all between you and the floor-walkers. Yes, for anyone reading this, Dodge City DOES have an ordinance requiring masks be worn in public, indoor places of business.
