this pizza hut location is garbage. we ordered 2 pizzas, 2 wing orders, and cheese sticks. it arrived after about an hour and we got 1 wrong pizza and were missing an order of wings. I’ve ordered deliver only twice from this location - and both time major problems. save yourself time, money and a headache and get carryout if you absolutely need some pizza hut.

Not happy with the delivery service, it took 50 minutes to get my pizza when I was told it would only take 30 minutes and I requested crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese and never got it. The pizza was suppose to be a small thin crust meat lovers, but it looked like it came in a personal pan pizza box it was little and cost $22 ridiculous! I'll never order from that place again.

Ordered pizza online for pickup. Ordered 5 large pizzas. Picked them up and there were 2 large and 4 medium. I did not pick them up but my son did not knowing what all had been ordered so assumed it was what was ordered. Why even take orders for larges if they do not have the dough and how can you not just combine the medium dough to make a large?

Tried to call the store, they answered but left the phone down so could hear background noise and then put me back on hold. I tried to inform them that they forgot our wings with our order. The door dasher also tried to contact the store plus contacted door dash about the issue.

Horrible customer service. When I went to pick up my pizza the guy working stood there for 10 minutes talking to a coworker when I finally had to interrupt and ask if someone was goi g to help me. When he finally went to the the front counter he didn’t say a word just looked at me. When I told him my name and I needed to pick up my order he rolled my eyes. Never once spoke a word to me. The worst customer service I’ve ever had!!

The driver ran off before I could get to the door to get my order, he just left it outside and took off. The hamburger pizza had bits of either old hard meat or something hard on it and the sauce for the breadsticks was really runny like it had been watered down. Over all it was not worth the $40 I spent last night.

Placed an online order using the deal tab, after the order went through we found out the deal/coupon selected was kicked out. How I do not know, but instead of the store owning the mistake and canceling the receipt order and re-entering it themselves to provide the correct price the manager was rude and said they don’t control online orders and they can not do anything about it. I then asked him to provide me with a number of someone that could help (corporate or whomever) and was told no we don’t have that info. Then I asked for a manager and was told I had him. I let him know he was a horrible manager so he told the female worker to hang up on me.

Just an fyi this place specifically has gone down the drain, rude customer service. Specially on the weekends, I get making small requests on orders can be tedious, but there no need to be rude or not go the “extra mile” the customers are your paychecks and without us you wouldnt have a job. I’ve asked for extra sauce on the side, and normally they do it but this young man on the phone claimed they don’t do it and I explained about how they would do it in a side container and then he say “fine we’ll do it” and before I can say thank you he hangs up! And it’s the same place with rude people. Fr tho I was gunna tip more money as soon the delivery person shows up for the staff but that was messed up and if my order is jacked up I’ll be posting pictures as well.

Refund the entire cost of the item that was not delivered instead of haggling the price and forcing store credit. Don't have rude managers that hang up when you ask for corporates number when pointing out the inconsistencies.

I did an online order for a pizza and bread sticks to be delivered to our hotel room. It was supposed to take 30 to 40 minutes. After about 40 minutes, I received a text that my pizza was on the way. 40 minutes later, no pizza. I tried calling, but their phone tree kept hanging up on me. The pizza finally arrived cold. The pizza was poorly sliced and the toppings weren’t evenly distributed.

Worst Pizza Hut experience of my life. 4/12/21 10:00 PM. My fiancé ordered two large pizzas at 8:00, 2 hours later they were delivered in two wet cardboard boxes, the pizza was semi-cold and tasted stale. Threw a majority of it out. Never again.

I called and placed an order for my son over the phone to be delivered to his school. I called to inform them that part of the order was wrong, and I asked if they could fix only the part that was wrong.
The manager Bryan/Brian was very rude and said he would get it out there whenever he could..
And tried to rush off the the phone.. I asked him if he was going to even ask for the number and address of the delivery so that he would know what order I was
preferring to being that he didn't ask.
He very rudely said "is it to one of the colleges" I said yes do you mind letting me know about how long it would take... he rudely laughed and said "I don't know and I'm not making any promises or giving any times"
I told him that I understood that they may be busy but being that I paid for something that was made and delivered wrong I would just like for it to be fixed and would like to know a round about time frame in which my child could expect the delivery.

THE WAY THAT BRIAN/BRYAN SPOKE TO ME AND HANDLED THIS CALL WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HE WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL.
I can't believe he's a manager.

Ordered for delivery. We've had trouble in the past but thought we'd give it another shot. The pizza delivered was blatantly incorrect. Called the store, was auto-directed to the call center and they sent down the correction to the store for us. Waited for nearly 45 minutes for the corrected pizza with no way to call the store directly, just the call center. The new pizza was correct, but this is the last time we'll order from this place until they fix their issues.

Ordered food here. Said it would take between 54-64 mins. So I still ordered the food. Took the person about 28 mins to get here. Just to pass by my place twice. Then when I finally receive my food. It’s not even warm. Highly disappointed. I mean if I took the time to wait an hour for my food, food should at least be hot when I receive it.

Not very nice service on phone or in person. Was given a very hard time about using a coupon that was still good for 25 more days. Ended up agreeing to let me pay an extra dollar over my coupon price after waiting at the store for over 5 minutes for a decision. The pizza then ended up being cold even though I arrived before it was scheduled to be ready. The crust was cracker thin and hard. The cinnamon sticks were underdone and cold as well.

Horrible service my husband is stuck out there and hes a truck driver with the truck in the shop so he has no car ordered online and i called to make sure they included ranch and silverware since he only ordered pasta and wings and niether of them were in his order and he still gave the driver a tip i called and was kept on hold for almost 20 minutes no wonder theyre rating doesnt even reach a 3 star rating how embarASSing for a busniess they cant even do a simple task bunch of idiots

I ordered teo medium pepperoni pizzas. They delivered two cheese pizzas. When I called to complain they apologized and said they would redeliver the two pepperoni pizzas. When they brought the pizza again it was one pepperoni pizza FML I'll never order there again.

Went to go pick up my pizzas only to be made to wait another 50 minutes after the original pick up time I was given online. Many people had the same issue. One lady was given a $5 discount. I was supposedly ahead of her and didn't receive a discount or a sorry for the inconvenience. I understand things happen from time to time but you need to let your customers know that you are far behind or that your sorry for the wait. Might have been the worst experience I ever had at a restaurant.

Waited to order for 30 minutes had a coupon but they wouldn’t honor it said it would $77 for 4 pizzas. I called papa Johns and it was $54 for the same about of pizza. Save yourself time and order from Papa Johns.
