Everything bagel is my favorite. I can't tell you how many places I've been to where the seasoning is on the top half of the bagel only. The close up is the bottom. They get flavor everywhere, even mixed into the dough.

Speaking of which, the dough made a nice, chewy bagel (in the best possible way), but it wasn't dense and claggy. The everything bagel seasoning was lighter in taste but is everywhere.

We stopped into Naval Bagels on a suggestion before seeing the ECU Pirates take on the Navy Midshipmen for a noon time game. Knowing we would be in town early we wanted to grab something semi quick and tasty that wouldn't break the bank. Naval Bagels hit on all of those fronts.

My son got a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese on a rainbow bagel and I got "The Bayhawk" which was also a bacon egg and cheese but add sausage and extra cheese and I got mine on an Egg Everything bagel. I was heavily skeptical getting a breakfast sandwich on a bagel in Maryland. Not to sound snobby on the topic but being from Brooklyn, and also eating a great deal of breakfast sandwiches often in North New Jersey, I know good bagels. Luckily, I was pleasantly surprised.

Would I say this bagel would stand up to any from NYC or North NJ? No, not at all. However, it far surpassed my expectations of a bagel in Annapolis, so that was a great start. Nice fluffy scrambled eggs with some bacon and sausage couldn't hurt the cause either. Add in the touch of them carrying egg everything bagels (my favorite) and it lined things up quite nicely.

This place was jamming super busy but the people working the counter were on top of everything very well. They were very friendly and worked with a quick demeanor that didn't make you feel rushed but also didn't make you feel like it was taking forever. Cost was exactly what you'd expect for these (I believe mine was 7 and change) and they also carried Mr. Brown's soda which is a huge deal to me as well.

We will definitely stop back in here if we are in the area again (unless we hit Chick and Pete's next time which was another suggestion). Naval Bagels - Didn't Suck!

Bagels were great, breakfast sandwich was really good except it was very hurried. Meat n cheese did not cover sandwich evenly and the egg was very thin. Still really good, just didn't reach that. Excellent expectation I had heard of.
House cream cheese was not good. It has a mix of lots of stuff, but really could have been great if they didn't add lemon. Whoever thought lemon goes with capers was wrong, sorry.

Naval Bagels is my favorite bagel shop in Maryland. They make an incredible everything bagel. I’ve been here more times than I could ever count, and I’ve enjoyed every experience. I genuinely rave about this place to people, because it’s that good. My order is an everything bagel, double toasted, with garlic and parsley cream cheese. Hear me out, I know it sounds interesting, but it’s great. They also have good coffee. It can get busy, but they are very fast and have a good system going. While I wait I always like to see what they write on the white board each day. It’s a comfort place, everytime I leave I am already looking forward to my next visit.

I do think everything should include jalapenos. jalapeno is rapidly becoming a classic, and should be included in the "everything" category. lead the charge in bagel innovation!

The bagels are great. But the bagel dogs (hot dogs wrapped in bagels) are the best.
The staff is super great and they have a wide variety of bagel options
If I’m not getting a bagel dog - I’m getting an everything bagel with Veggie cream cheese - which is loaded with chunks of fresh veggies. Delish!

Stopped here last week while visiting Annapolis and loved it. So many options to chose from makes for some difficult decisions. I opted for the Southerner on a super jalapeño bagel and it was awesome. Also got a bagel with Old Bay cream cheese (when in Rome). Just all around great food with quick service at a fair price. Awesome place for a light meal in the Annapolis/United States Naval Academy area. Very pro military. The staff was awesome, the restaurant was clean, the food was great, and the guests were kind and courteous too. We fed three adults and two small children breakfast for $27. We have eaten here numerous times and will return without hesitation.

This is an Annapolis staple. You can bring your own mug / tumbler / cup and get a refill of coffee and grab an affordable bite for breakfast. They have an impressive selection of bagels which leaves me in a slight analysis paralysis... But the everything is reliable and tasty. Splurge for the bagel sandwich with LOX sometime. You wont be disappointed. Expect there to be a line if its anywhere near normal breakfast hours.

I am a bit of a bagel fanatic, so I come to Naval Bagel weekly to get my fix (a dozen at a time.) I dont think I have ever been when the counter wasnt bustling with customers and the folks know how to get orders in and out of the door in a hurry which is always nice! Their bagels are spot on - dense, chewy, great outer layer, and most importantly, well baked with great flavor. My go-to for bagels in the area!

I went into Naval Begal this Saturday morning. All I wanted was: 3 bacon egg & cheese 3 sausage egg & cheese. The young girl that took my order, screwed up the order so bad... I ended up with 12 double wrapped sandwiches (total of 24) at the cost of $80+!!! I thought I had made myself very clear of what I wanted.. but she had no clue I guess. Now I will not blame the young girl, but those who were responsible to train her. In the past, Naval Begal was not my preferred vendor... and they sure in the Hell lost any Future Business from me. The more I think about this, the more disgusted I become. Shame there isnt a -1 on this rating system.

My go-to bagel shop in Annapolis! These guys know their bagels and even the most uppity NY/NJ crowd will be pleased. I always get the Bayhawk on an everything (or super jalapeno if available). Call ahead to pick up your order if you dont want to wait inside.

They get busy, but is quick to take your order so the line moves quick. Plenty of seating, place is clean. I ordered the El Jefe with avocado on everything bagel. Not sure what I got but it wasnt what I ordered. The steak was missing and it was pretty greasy. But whatever it was it was pretty good. The nut stick pastry was petty good. I dont recommend the Mango smoothie. Pretty sure its artificial, and way too much sugar, be I couldnt finish it.

Prices were quite reasonable, and there was ample indoor & outdoor seating. Unfortunately, we werent as impressed with the food. Blueberry muffin was dense and dry. Bagel and lox was super disappointing with way too much cream cheese (spread out very unevenly) and hardly any salmon. The country boy option on the cheese bagel was pretty spot on though Young staff were a little pushy as they continued to ask if we were ready to order after we repeatedly explained we were still deciding. Hoping this feedback can be used to make improvements prior to us returning in the future.
