If I could rate rate this store with no stars, I would. If you are looking for a positive, memorable and friendly customer experience do not patron this location as you will more likely than not be disappointed. I walked in the store in front of a group of females and one of the cashiers spoke to them while ignoring me. She also catered to and assisted them without saying one word to me; didn't ask if I was finding everything ok or needed help. I am not sure if it has to do with race considering the race of the customers who were assisted were similar to staff at the store and differed from mine. Not being acknowledged and poor customer service changed my mind in purchasing anything from this location. I walked out and will never visit this location again. This store needs to ensure they have the right staff in place who are exceptional at creating a memorable customer experience for customers.

Stacy made me feel uncomfortable and gave me lots of attitude and it made me feel unwelcome in it. She didn’t answer my questions except for one which was where is the dressing rooms. I don’t believe she should be fired but should definitely be watched and even re trained.

Today I visired Francescas's in Annapolis for the first time. Joyce was my associate and she was friendly, kind, and courteous. Thank you Joyce
you were awesome. I usually go to the Alexandria store, but I will be returning to Annapolis more often.

Went shopping with my girlfriend. Sales staff was polite and helpful and store was well maintained both with the exepction of the absolute artifact who manages the place. Her appearance was sloppy and her attitude made her outfit look professional by comparison. She was worthless when it came to helping us shop and she was a pain to deal with which made the entire shopping experience worse. Her presence brought the stores entire presentation down because she is rude, smells weird, and to be frank just to old to even be working in that kind of clothing store. Also she doesn’t look like she could fit into any of the sizes so I’m unsure of how she could even offer any help had she been inclined to actually try. Wouldn’t return to this specific location due to manager.

If I could say no star I would. My daughter and I were out Mother’s Day shopping. We walked into the store and before I touch anything the Caucasian male in the Flacco jersey just kept watching us. This would not have bothered me if he treated everyone that entered the store with same attention. I am convinced that my race played a huge role in his attentiveness. But thank God that I dont have to patronize an establishments where Caucasian customers are the only ones treated respectfully. I will be reporting to corporate.

The jewelry, clothes and shoes are really pretty and great quality unlike the woman working there (Cathy). She was very rude and disrespectful. She laughed obnoxiously when I mentioned it was very expensive and that I may not be able to afford it. Very disappointed.
