EVERY TIME I go in everyone is so genuinely pleasant. Went in today and Jack was working. During a previous visit, he was sharing with me about a train because my autistic son loves trains. When I came in today he followed up about whether I had researched the train. That was SO THOUGHTFUL! Jack and I only met once or twice before and it has been a while since I’ve been in the store…to share personal interest and engage with customers like this is so spectacular and honestly…RARE. He went that extra mile. It makes the shopping experience so much more enjoyable.

I love my son SO much and I am grateful when people engage with him, being a special needs child. It makes his day and makes him feel NOTICED. ALL the employees make him feel this way. Thank you team! And….they have great clothes and sales too 😆🙌🏽

As all of the other reviews already state, this establishment hires racist employees that do not treat customers equally. When I shopped today there were 2 female employees working the register: a black one and a white one. I (a black customer) went to shop and as I’m carrying my items to the black girl’s register, the white employee looks at me goes “why don’t you put those down?”. Girl what. I told her that I was walking to the register to buy my items and the white one goes “oh i was just making sure”… just making sure of what? I was literally walking to the register, why would that make you think I’m stealing. I used to love going to this store but I will not shop here if the employees are displaying their micro aggressions while on the clock. I ended up returning one of the items 20 minutes later (it cost $40 btw… extremely overpriced) because why would you play in my face like I’m stealing as if I can’t afford that. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Spent about 10 minutes in the store without being spoken to by a single employee. There was 5-6 employees all standing behind the register talking, texting, drinking coffee, and doing things that were seemingly more important than talking to customers. I would have loved if at least one person had acknowledged me, but sadly nothing. I love this store but the customer service is horrendous.

Nice stuff but got racially profiled and was followed around the store by one of the staff members. Even better, one of the staff member’s approached me and asked if I needed “help carrying “ a pen (that was on sell anyways for 4.95…) because it seemed as if I was carrying a lot of items or something (was only carrying a 7.99 tote + pen). Wouldn’t have thought much of it, being followed but to have someone ask to hold a pen…I just wanted to look at all the cool stuff, there were so many nice items (probably shouldn’t have been too fixated on everything)… anyways, that kinda really hurt :/

Like others, I was followed around the store nonstop until I told them point blank I don't plan on stealing anything and I will ask if I need help. As soon as I picked up a dress I was immediately asked if they could hold it up front. It's absolutely ridiculous and they certainly didn't treat other patrons this way. Avoid if you are black or a person of color like me. Really soured the experience for me and earthbound is one of my favorite stores.

Unfortunately, customers are not treated equally. You might be followed around the store by employees whom I suspect hold a racial bias. Although the products here are decent, I’d rather shop elsewhere until they hire better people and properly train their employees.

No customer service. I went in with my nieces to see what offerings they had. They had a great same but the lack of greetings and non attentiveness made me leave. I walked to register to buy something, not one employee looked up from their phones to help. They only looked up when I walked off. Will not go here to this location

Kicked me and my friend out once we entered the store. This was the second time going into the store after purchasing clothes and jewelry the first time. Our first time in the store we ran into a misunderstanding when a friend was showing us a bracelet while waiting in the changing room and got yelled at for bringing jewelry in the changing room waiting area. we didn t steal any items nor caused any trouble and sill was kicked out the second time we entered. Terrible service and experience. This happened on April 30, 2023 at 6:00pm

They always have awesome stuff in here but most people that shop for these gems and rocks, will buy them online because theyre way cheaper. Its not bad for a quick buy or for picking up a few things. There is always something in here that I like. And almost always can find gifts for someone here.

Love this store my daughter calls it the hippie store. But its so peaceful when you walk in and and everything they have is real really centered towards Earthy stuff like ,Instance,cloths are so soft so Im Guessing theyre made out of cotton but theyre super soft you feel like you want to wrap up in a blanket when you wear them thats how they feel.

What an amazing little boutique! They have an eclectic mix of crystals, incense, sarongs, dreamcatchers, mystical books, decorative, hats, and so much more. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The selection is really unique and wonderful. I just cant wait to go back!!
