This is a very nice and rather efficient Dunkin donuts smack dab in downtown Annapolis. On top of that, if you have a friend who can wait in the car for you, the other ones of you can be in and out with the order rather quickly.

Dunkin donuts is a chain store so you should know what to expect. This wan had particularly slower service. From the outside this location appears really neat. It has that old town Annapolis vibe. The food was delicious, but dunkin always has great food. I never been dissatisfied about their donuts and the coffee gets me zooming. Great price as well.

I ordered two hot cocoa boxes for my son‘s holiday party at school. I called and left my order over the phone with a very helpful Dunkin’ Donuts employee. My order was ready to be picked up on time the next morning with cups lids and napkins in a bag.I was in and out in two minutes

It's Dunkin, what's to say. Great location if you are downtown. In France, you can't make the shape or use the name croissant unless there is sufficient butter. It's what makes the dough flaky. I'd dare say Dunkin may comply. Always a treat.

The lady who handle the orders is always making mistakes, I come very often, we order as group and we always received something that we did not order, and missing items, I understand the lack of language can be a barrier, she should be handling orders by number instead of name, it can be easier and less confusing for everyone

Preordered a medium coffee and a medium Peppermint Mocha. The coffee came out fine, but the Peppermint Mocha was not made right. There seemed to be only watered down espresso. There wasn’t any peppermint syrup or mocha syrup at all. Check any specialty drinks before leaving the store.

Our cashier was very polite and helpful. The service was quick. It's a small location and they are always on their A game. The store is clean and un a good location for a day in downtown Annapolis.

Poor customer service. Long lines. Racist employees.
I Asked to use the rest room while waiting in line and was denied. I was told I had to purchase something, I said I had already been waiting to order for 10 minutes and showed him the cash in my hand. He still refused. Then let some homeless guy take the key and use the restroom and walk out. The only difference was they were both black. I again asked to use the restroom and he gave me an attitude. After that I walked out and have never been back to any D.D. and never will. I did call corporate and file a complaint but i have not been back because it has become the homeless hangout spot during the winter.
