The owner and employee who attended us were incredibly kind and thoughtful. I went in upset over part of an order not being available and left wanting to drive 45 minutes out of my way to visit again. They seem to really care about their business, and I wish them the best.

Love this Dunkin, excellent customer service, food is always made correct, my iced and hot coffee is always delicious. My blueberry muffins are always hot and fresh. The owner gifted me a mug and key chains bc i treated a homeless lady before. Only Dunkin I will spend my money at. Great job everyone. Parking is a little crazy at times but that’s okay bc the customer service makes up for it.

Ordered online for a work meeting, gave extra prep time and 20 min later after pick up time they still hadn't checked for online orders. Told me their wasn't one, after much debate found order. Said it would be made promptly but instead waiting on 4 more customers first. Owners arrives and told it will be made immediately. Poorly packed and I rushed out not checking. Half the order not there and so late I cant go back. Customer service Initially seemed helpful, submitted receipts for refund that was never received. Followed up several time and corp quit responding saying the local franchise would be In touch and never did. I dont recommend this place and after the experience the overall company.

I LOVE them! I've only been there 3 times and they already know my order. Customer service is so important to me. I'll go somewhere and actually pay more just for good service. They are definitely winning! And it also helps that they fix my iced caramel latte with no whipped cream to perfection! 😍

It's always TOO HOT! And can taste burnt. And Dunkin's donuts? They're pretty, but look and taste like they were made in a factory. They're not bad, just not what they used to be.

The costumer’s services was really bad. They didn't want to take our order and looked at us twice and made themselves that we weren't there when the place was alone.

Updated 2022- I’m constantly having issues with this location. My mobile orders have to be tracked down. I can be an understanding person but their customer service isn’t even good. The point of a mobile order is to be in and out and I’m constantly waiting for assistance after having to stand in line, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

Been going here for a while since I work right next door, but today will be the last time. I ordered a large black tea as usual, there was a new guy working so maybe I am being too harsh but he kept asking me a question I couldn't understand to which I replied "large black tea" 3 times. When I got my tea it had cream and sugar and he refused to make me a new one saying he had asked me 3 times. I left my undrinkable tea on the counter and walked out

The Dunkin Donuts on Chinquapin Round Road is by far the best Dunkin location ever. Every employee knows my drink when I walk in and they genuinely treat you like family here.

Very small parking lot and shop. It can be a pain to easily get in and out when it is crowded. However, the service is fast and excellent.

Great service. Coffee was made perfectly to order. Gentlemen taking my order forgot do charge me for the extra espresso shot. When he noticed, he just smiled and said no worries, no charge. I appreciate when those little things happen
