Lorena fired my girlfriend for being sick 1 day. She had to go to the hospital and couldn’t make it to work yet she was fired. Absolutely preposterous. I will take my service to McDonald’s from now on and continue to suffer drinking there coffee.

Let me start off by saying that Riley is amazing! I admittedly went to Dunkin' 10 minutes prior to them closing and halfheartedly expected that they would not have any donuts left. I arrived and the floor was mopped, everything was sparkling and there were no donuts on the shelves. I was greeted by Riley and she asked me what she could help me with and I proceeded to tell her that I was hoping to get a donut for my son's birthday. Out of nowhere, she pulls out his favorite donut...a pink frosted donut with sprinkles. Her customer service was amazing and tomorrow she will have made my son very happy as he starts his first day as a four-year-old! 😁

Absolutely atrocious food and service. The worker kindly greets me but when I say my order he rudely asks me to repeat myself. When I do he rolls his eyes and doesn’t even bother telling me the cost before walking to complete the order. The order was a plain bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was black. Burnt doesn’t even come close to describing it. It was barely even a bagel, it was ash. Terrible experience, 0/10, will not come again.

NEVER AGAIN!!! Three times I asked for a medium coffee with cream and French vanilla syrup and all three times I was given the wrong order. The employees showed little care when "replacing" my drinks. In reality, the boy just kept adding stuff to the same cups. This is the main reason I go to Starbucks. They never screw up orders this badly, and on the rare occasion which they do make a mistake, there is no poor attitude shown and the corrections are quickly made with a smile. DUNKIN is horrible!!

Coffee was okay. But the bagel I ordered I told them I wanted it toasted a little extra so it was dark brown. They didn't. Plus they always put too much cream cheese but if you ask for light, they barely put any.

When I was pulling up there was a sign on the door that said be back in 5 mins but me coming from customer service we never do that.The young lady that was closing came to the door from inside and unlocked it this is very unprofessional.Will not be coming to this place agin food was good tho.

Paid for order on the app but never got it & they said it was my fault. They searched my phone, wasted half an hour of my time, said theyd replace my order, never did, and the Assistant Manager said no order ever came in for Carolyn. I left with no food no apology believing Id made an error until I saw my credit card was charged. I spoke with 4 different people over the phone including the manager who did not resolved this issue. Oh well I need to lose weight anyway. App is deleted.

I witnessed an employee snapping at another employee for yelling and how that wasnt appropriate as assistant manager .... But the employee doing the telling off was way WAY louder than the one being scolded was originally and it was not a professional reprimanding. It was inappropriate, and frankly Id encourage anyone that is talked to that way to quit their job. Employees are also people, and even if they make mistakes they should be treated with basic human decency. Please encourage your employees to treat their fellow employees with the respect that theyd want to be treated with and probably not discipline employees in front of clients if they MUST.

The app was very helpful - it was very crowded (always is) but the crew handles it smoothly. Nonetheless, I ordered from right outside and my order was waiting on me when I walked inside. Friendly staff, well prepared food/ drinks, and clean store.

I was in there the morning of the 25th. The woman Stephanie was very rude to me she had an attitude when i asked her questions she was aggressive and rolled her eyes as if she didnt want to serve me at all. she slammed my drink drown. I will never come here again rhis is the second time ive had thia rypw of wncounter with thia same woman. Id rather make my own coffee than ro deal wirh such disrespect and disregard ror customers.

The woman Tiffany was not only verbally, but also physically rude towards me as I was ordering. Excessive eye rolling and disgusted groans were what I was met with as I order my drink. I am appalled by the service here, and will gladly drive to the nearby McDonalds for coffee that tastes like a shoe, just to avoid the toxic baristas.

The heavyset tattood female working the counter on August 4th, 2019 at 7:00ish PM had a horrible attitude and treated my wife terribly. Her non-verbal behavior (eye rolling, loud exhales, etc) at my wife simply asking a question was beyond rude.
