I've been coming here about every day for about 2 months, and in that time I have witnessed an amazing cohesive unit. Always polite and accommodating to each and every customer. So I have regularly gone to this Starbucks, following one of my morning walks. I went in and purchased just a juice and a croissant and when I looked at my bank statement later in the day, it said I was charged $12, but when I contacted them about it. I got more less just an ‘oh, well’. This isn’t a Bank breaking amount, it’s more of the principal.. I was never given a receipt nor was I even offered one. I looked up the pricing for the two items that I purchased online and it shouldn’t come to anything more than seven dollars.
My bad for not getting a receipt, but of course, the attitude just puts a bad taste in my mouth so my family, friends and I will just avoid it.

The best Starbucks coffee shop around. They have a great location, right on Main Street in downtown Annapolis, close to the Naval Academy, and by the way, I love to watch the midshipmen walking on the street, so cute.

The interior is beautiful with high ceilings and I really think it was the most beautiful Starbucks I ever been.

The staff also was the best, very cordial and Cici she was so nice and attentive!

You CAN’T go wrong in this Starbucks, oh yes 5 stars, for sure!

Very large sitting area with interesting decor. Menu is basically same as every other Starbucks. Bathrooms were very clean. Staff was courteous and helpful. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy accessibility with large open lobby with lots of seating options!

Was there when it wasn t super busy, the barista on register rang in our drinks wrong and when I asked if my sister in laws drink could be made iced like it was ordered, the barista Jake took the cup from me, and literally rolled his eyes and said nothing. After he made it iced, I thanked him for remaking it and he would not even acknowledge me. It wasn t busy in the store and wasn t our fault that the barista on register was ringing things in wrong.

My drink was a little over half filled. $6.07 for a Grande with Tax and I still only got a tall J understand it s busy but this is RIDICULOUS. I used to work at Starbucks and I KNOW this is WAY LOWER THAN IT SHOULD BE.. Even with Foam SND whipped cream it shouldn t be this small amount of coffee.I poured it into my reusable hot cup which is 12oz and It didn t even FILL THAT UP! So it s not even a small size. I am heading to work and unable to go back. This ALWAYS happens at this location.

I had the most horrible experience I ve ever had in any Starbucks. My daughter and I are visiting Annapolis and went into Starbucks. The employees were the most snobby snarky people I ve ever met. There was a gentleman asleep in a chair, the employee came over and kicked his chair and told him he had cream cheese every where and he had to leave. The gentleman asked for money to buy a bagel so my daughter ordered a bagel for him. While waiting for the bagel, the employee came over a second time and told the gentleman he needed to get out. This gentleman was not bothering anyone. He was not intoxicated, and didn t appear to be high. We told the employee that we were buying him a bagel and then he would leave and she replied he can t stay that long. I have never experienced such callous, insensitive people. I would not give my business to this establishment ever again.

Never felt anymore welcomed at a Starbucks as this one!!!! not that I personally listen to as much of Afro beats myself, but walking at a Starbucks and finding Zouk and Burnaboy was so relaxing and somehow welcoming!! Thank you so much guys!! Great job on making your establishment such a pleasant place to be for as many cultures as possible!! And the service was also great as per standard in any other Starbucks

Clean interior, nice baristas, clean restroom, typical Starbucks experience. One thing is that it can be very crowded and makes it uncomfortable because the dining area, counter, and restroom are in one strip. So people will be going back and forth. The view is a little disappointing and the dining area is okay but not the ideal place to chat with your friends. I d recommend just take out and drink in front of the benches in Annapolis dock; that way, great view, great weather, and more peace in mind.

One of the more unique interiors of a Starbucks weve ever seen. Granted, weve generally only seen your prototypical Starbucks that range between strip mall, generic stand-alone, and office building varieties. However, this one does really stand apart. Also, we visited on New Years Day morning, and the staff was all very chipper and friendly and seemed like they enjoyed their job. So thats always a plus. The drinks are sort of an afterthought, because you know what youre going to get.

Starbucks...one of Americas top coffee businesses. Although one can never go wrong with indulging a little, this location offers a bit more than what is expected. The facility is rather large and spacious, allowing students and business professionals to spread out while completing their work. It also provides a heartwarming reminder to costumers of its juxtaposition to the U.S. Naval Academy. From the succulent strawberry açaí refresher to the smooth Irish cream cold brew, paying a visit to this convenient Starbucks location in Annapolis is always recommended.

This Starbucks couldnt be in a better location, and the crowd it attracts is a motley and interesting collection. You can see sail boats and sea water from the front porch, and the inside is spacious with couches and also a LARGE table to seat maybe ten people. It is just loud enough inside to have an intimate Convo with the person next to you without neighbors hearing all the juicy details. Bathrooms are always spic and span.

Four stars because its standard starbucks. With a great town around it and a great atmosphere. However the Wi-Fi is terribly slow. And they didnt have a full breakfast menu. The impossible sandwich was not existent, but it was on the menu.

They were out of the chicken biscuit but that wasnt too big a deal brcause they refunded me and gave me sausage biscuit on the house. I did order a salted caramel cream nitro cold brew, which was 1/3 full with no froth. I ordered from the starbucks on bridge and the froth is there to the last sip.

I went here to do some work on a Saturday afternoon, but most of the seats were taken, with some people taking up two spaces with their bags. The coffee was like any other Starbucks, so nothing original here.
