Nice little Sunday happening and wanted to swing into Starbucks. It’s 2:30PM I walk in and the place has people eating and drinking, picking up drinks etc. one of the employees tells me they are closed and sorry. All good. If
you are closed why are the doors not locked and why do I see people hanging out on their laptops drinking coffee. Not the employees’s fault obviously, just kind of funny.

Good but there is not nearly enough comfortable seating anywhere. We can never find anywhere to sit and the chairs are small and uncomfortable. Big downgrade from the old setup. Not confident about dining in any more it’s just a to-go place

This Starbucks location is awesome. The barista AJ was very friendly and helpful while we asked a bunch of questions about the new flavors that came out. The store is very clean. The atmosphere is upbeat and pleasant. I have been coming to this Starbucks for years and have never been disappointed.

Nice interior and it is spacious. The fireplace deco is nice as well. Great place to camp out and it doesn't close until 10pm.

I stopped in today for a coffee and was pleased to see the display of the Fallen soldiers table. It is such a nice way to pay tribute with a military tradition. I have only really ever seen this at military events.
Also large pride flag was displayed in the window. Thank you starbucks!

Had to ask someone to wait on us, never greeted, never thanked, didn’t even get my name on the order, order was wrong & got overcharged by $2+ — barista saw that, made no effort to correct and no apologies for over charge or incorrect order. 1 person working - the other 2 couldn’t have given less of af or been bothered to deal with customers.

I’m shocked and dismayed at the lack of training and customer service! Every time I go, they’ve run out of food products. They’re doing the least and minimum work at this store! Sad.

Sam and Caroline are the best people in the world. Order tea and coffee cake.
Tea slipped out of my hand and they were so nice to clean up and get me a new tea. And did everything with kind smiles.
Just absolutely the best Starbucks service and attitudes I have experienced in my 50 plus years of life . Great job hiring.

Ordered an extra large decaf pikes peak. Bold deep flavor. Free wifi login was easy, i sat in the warm sunbeam for a few minutes and then moved to a softer chair next to the fire place. Poked through a rather large assortment of books but decided to scroll through the feed on the internet. A great way to spend the down time between two events of my morning.
(p.s. last time I was here I had the pistachio latte. It was amazing!!)

It's convenient IF you happen to be in the shopping center. If you're just looking for a Starbucks, this one is in the back of a congested shopping center. Not real easy to get in and out.

The female that was working the register greeted us when we walked in. The gentleman that made ours drinks was rude. He seems like he hates his job. You shouldn't take your bad day out on paying customers.

Store probably has the worst inventory manager on the east coast. Love Starbs, but pick a different location. Constantly losing money here because they can’t fulfill order ahead. When they inevitably don’t have what you ordered online, they ask that you wait in line for the register (which is a long long line). I ordered ahead because I’m in a hurry and wanted it prepared for when I got there. Common sense would take how they handle it a long way.

The visit today for coffee was different. The coffee was perfect but the service was not so good. I have had many visits to other Starbucks locations which were excellent. The counter person today was not friendly or professional, but agrivated by other Starbucks personnel. Not good.
