It's a Starbucks...everything's good! But what makes a Starbucks great is the staff and this store has the friendliest staff I've ever encountered at a Starbucks. Even when they're busy they're cheerful and pleasant to be around. That's what gets my repeat business.

I visited this Starbucks while on vacation. The first time I tried their drinks, it was a Blonde Cappuccino, which a friend picked up for me. It was so tasty that I went back. I got it again, and got my daughter a Caramel Frappe. I also got my sister the Unicorn Frappe. Everyone loved their drinks, although the Unicorn Frappe was a bit too sweet for my liking. Oh, the service was just as great as our drinks were.

Im an active duty sailor and i was there on the Veterans Day to get a coffee, there was this new guy with a short beard whos the manager there, I requested him to give me a different coffee and I told him I will pay the difference but he was so rude and had an attitude, he said he cant do that even after saying that i will pay the difference. The earlier staff was really good and polite all the time whenever I went there, it was just a coffee and he got rude just to give me a coffee disrespecting the military sailors.

I waited 30 minutes for my mobile order after I was notified that it was ready. And when they finally made it they made it wrong so I ended up waiting more. This is not the first time this happened. They need to hire more people and train them better.

I drive close to 40 minutes to come to this specific starbucks on the weekend because its my favorite branch. That, alone, should speak for something. The people who work here are a (almost entirely) top tier bunch. I cant help but come up for air during my studies here and to watch the baristas do what they do best. Perhaps the desire to watch the chaos of a busy coffee shop unfold is innate in me since I also was a barista for two years. Many of the people here are hard workers and it shows. However, one employee here, I think, is exceptionally hard-working, never still, and always giving their greatest to every person in each interaction (an exhaustive task not just anyone can perform day in and day out). Having recently learned the name of this person, I can finally leave a review about the work ethic Ive witnessed spanning several weekends. Arguably, not many have to care about their jobs. Especially retail jobs. Justin is one of those rare employees who does. Justin is constantly moving, ensuring things run smoothly, and managing with confidence and compassion. Justins care towards his staff (at least, I imagine he is manager because of how I see him so effortlessly maintaining that appearance of a role) and care making each drink makes this starbucks something to drive 40 minutes for. A glowing A++++ for this gem on your team, SB. So much of what this employee does goes unnoticed, Im sure. But not from a barista in the lobby. I see you being amazing day after day! Drinks taste better here, I swear it.

Every morning before school, me and my grandmother come here. The customer service is always top-tier, when you first walk in everyone is happy to greet you and you just feel welcomed. I love how all employees there have their own different styles and they re also sweet. I work in customer service and I understand how overwhelming it can be sometimes when there s a lot of people, but they never fail to surprise me they re always happy and just excited to be there. There so judgmental as well as kind and the drinks are absolutely amazing. My grandmother loves their cheese danishes. You guys are doing a great job.

Average time to wait, 1-3 minutes. Average cost per large/venti drink. $5 - $8 The staff are friendly and considerate. They have an approachable demeanor and are reliable when it comes to order accuracy. Ive had plenty of pleasant interactions with them over time with this place being a got to spot for my breaks when work brings me into the area. Parking: Two garages nearby as a part of the shopping center, and one for the shopping center attached to the nearby apartment complex/business center. One parking lot connected to the two main roads via one set of on/off 90° turns and two side roads. Approximately 35-45 total spaces for the shopping center the starbucks is located in. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap accessible/only parking. Sidewalk to road accessible slopes for ease of transfer. No powered/handicap friendly doors. Inclines from the non-connected parking garage can make unassisted wheelchair movement difficult.

I, a foolish, lactose-intolerant individual, visited this Starbucks today. I ordered the Sugar cookie almond milk latte, optimistically assuming they wouldnt mess up my order if theres no substitute. As a precaution, as I picked up my order I asked the barista, This is almond milk, right? She confirmed that it was, but I can now tell you with painful certainty that it was not, in fact, almond milk. Dont trust them.

Soooooo at the risk of inflaming the masses of Starbucks lovers I drink coffee, the strongest darkest, least adorned version. Black, no cream, no sugar, no need for a name on the side and occasionally stop off here since its literally across the street and the adjacent parking lot connects through to the main road. I know! Im one of those people....stuck in the dark ages but I can see the appeal. It has limited outside and inside seating This Starbucks is easy access from the main road and a side road. No drive through here though Opens early...0430 I think so if youre up and about and 7/11 aint cutting it swing by. Staff has always been insanely friendly and possibly, considering the lack of complexity that goes with cup/coffee/lid.... byeeeee!! Ive never waited more than a minute. A couple tips. I never ask for room for cream and sugar but ido ask for room not to wear it. Why you ask? The stopper is misnamed..its more of a slower. Right foot from a traffic light youll know...trust me on that. Enjoy your Starbucks!

I don t drink coffee because it s a garbage drink, but I sometimes stop by for a light breakfast. Friendly staff, so that s great. Anyhow, I just want to thank the woman who s working at the time of my typing this for helping me in my time of need. Long story short, sunscreen dripped into my eyes and I could hardly see. I don t know what was more charming the homeless man passed out on the couch, the awful cappuccino we had to throw away or being charged for a $4 cup of tea they didn t have. You. Have. One. Job. Coffee. The baristas work hard and we re pleasant through ignoring me and not having any basic supplies like raw sugar or sleeves. This is why I drink my coffee at home.

I stopped at this Starbucks today to order a coffee frappuccino, because it was on my way home -- however it was the worst service Ive experienced in several years. Not only did THREE people who placed their orders after me receive their drinks first, but mine sat on the back counter, half-made, while she prepared drinks for other people, cleaned up, etc. And on top of that, my drink was prepared incorrectly. When I looked at the label, there was no mention of non-fat, so I asked if it was half caf/nonfat. The person who prepared the drink said nothing at all, turned around, made it correctly, and put it on the bar. Not a word of apology for making it wrong, sorry for the wait, nothing. I wont be stopping at this Starbucks again.

Always is a good experience. Only problem is often those who drive into the small parking lot drive too fast and assume noone ever has to leave their parking spot. Again today I was almost hit but I now expect bad drivers and saw him from the street. The store staff is amazing.

I called at 5:30 AM to get 10 boxes of coffee. They didnt hesitate to say yes and asked for me to give them an hour. They gave me all I needed as far as cups, cream, and sugars. When I got there they brought almost everything to my car. Love, love my experience here and the staff were so nice.

The ladies were so gracious yesterday with helping me get my breakfast sandwich in the evening as well as get a new to me drink. I ordered a Dragon Fruit lemonade (I believe it is) and asked for no ice. She accidentally forgot the no ice and made up for it so sweetly. Pun intended and thank you loads ladies. They both were caring, kind and deserve a lunch on their manager.

Normally I have no complaints but this is the second time I ve gone and my drink is not filled as it should be. Figured the first time it happened it was because they were busy so I didn t bother to worry about it but then it happened again today. Not sure what s going on but employees definitely got to pay attention to that, especially when drinks are roughly about $5, could easily got to other locations and get the same drink for less. Very disappointed.

I like this Starbucks and when Im in Annapolis this is the one Im most likely to visit. The service is great and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. It is small and can get crowded so finding a seat can be a premium.
