Events, yarn, variety of arts & crafts and many coupons. If you are a knitter, good selection of yarns but not as much selection on circular knitting needles. Online is a better option for various lengths. Buy online and pick up in store works well. Couldn’t ask for more.

This store is awesome! It has everything a crafter could ever want! All the staff I encountered (3 different people) were kind and courteous. I had a question about a fabric I was buying and one of the double sided tape and she offered her experience and opinion. I will definitely be going back to Joann Fabrics!

The staff here is great, but the store itself is kind of small and shabby compared to other Joanns Ive shopped at. Not a very wide selection of yarn. Most knitting needle sizes out of stock for over a week now.

As others have said, 10/10 for staff friendliness and help. The only star I knock off for this specific location is that there are too many end caps/islands of important things, which makes them hard to find, and their stock is hit or miss. Unless youre there specifically for notions, Id check Michaels first instead of making a special trip. A nice stop when youre hitting the shopping center.

At my visit today at the JoAnn Fabric on Jennifer Road, I was assisted by an excellent associate, Marlisa (believe that is the spelling). She was so willing to assist and at one point during her assistance - I ended up talking to another customer (instead of focusing on her assistance). I apologize after the exchanged and she was so gracious. Her attitude was so friendly and positive and her assistance was GREAT! I will definitely keep shopping at JoAnns!

i mean its a joanns like what else do you expect the AC is nice and its moderately confusing if you get to the far far right but theres so much fabric and mostly female patterns and its all standard stuff. i made a skeleton shirt with my best friend and also decorated some plant pots. its swag.

Hey Yall.. Just ventured off to Sevenro Park (Annapolis) what a great little town that is ! I was needing some Rhinestone Buttons for some MC Jeans and that was the closes JoAnns Fabric to me. The sales girl was such a sweet and delightful young lady that stopped stocking shelves when she noticed I was trying to decide on which style to purchase. After talking with her and sharing ideas... I bought All 4 styles and took them to my seamstress. Will be heading back again to see my new friend. I would recommend anyone whos looking for a Great Fabric Store to check out JoAnns

I didnt end up purchasing anything so I cant speak of the employees (they seemed perfectly nice) but the store layout is CLAUSTROPHOBIC. Decent selection, not great, but its distracting being in such close quarters with people.

I love both of the Joann Fabrics locations in Annapolis and Severna Park. The Annapolis location seems to have a little bit more of a selection than Severna Park, but both are great! Overall, great customer service and I love how the associates make sure you utilize your coupons!

Staff was friendly helpful and interested in what you were doing with the supplies. They offered advice when asked and seemed knowledgeable on a wide variety of crafts/ hobbies. When I was getting something cut there was a huge line but it went really fast (Halloween is a busy time). The store has 40%off one item coupons you can pull up on your phone or get out of there ad. Plus there are always good sales. On top of crafting supplies they have home decor items that are seasonal which are always well priced.

I was shocked to see that they had changed the layout and made some updates since the last time I had been there. The staff was very helpful. I even noticed how they took time with the customers to answer questions. I will be going back soon.
