I'm a long time fan/shopper of JCPenney stores. My first time shopping at this particular JCPenney location. It's a nice store. Lots of different styles and options to choose. Great Customer Service as they went out of their way to find the sizes we needed. I will definitely visit again when in the area. 👍🏾

Stopped in the store to purchase a pair of sun glasses. When I was ready to checkout, I couldn’t find an employee working the checkout station closest to me, so I had to walk around to look for a clerk. We ended up in the mattress section and I asked the lady there if she could check us out. She said yes, then spotted my husband holding a sleep number bag. She asked if we bought a bed. We said yes. She then said “you spent that much money for a blow up mattress”…I told her she was rude and that we’d look for someone else to check us out, and proceeded to walk the store until I found another available clerk at a checkout station.
1. Your employee needs training. This “tactic” only shames and embarrasses your customers (and I feel none of these things now, but initially felt both)
2. It’s down right rude
3. It’s absolutely none of her business what we purchase and where we purchase from.
4. She has made certain I will never buy a mattress from JCpenny moving forward.
I really hope JCpenny takes this review to heart and address this issue with the employee. Female, older lady, longer hair, working mattress section around 630pm on Friday, August 9.

I love the clothes at JCPenney. I put five stars because of the fact that I like the products. But they don’t have many stores around. In fact I think that they are closing down many stores. It’s a shame because they have good choices and great prices.
I hope that they don’t close this one.

I went to get my daughters first Christmas photo taken and the photo session was fine but the person names Sean who is trying to help with the print was very rude and really unprofessional. I was actually trying to get a few print but his attitude was a turn off and I got a couple and left. I wouldn t not return to this location and I hope he won t be there for long.

I have to give a big shout out to Deanna in the windows department. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when I was choosing blinds and shutters for my new home. Her level of customer service was exceptional and she truly went above and beyond. My new blinds and shutters look SO amazing thanks to her that I am considering ordering for more of my windows from JC penny!

Not really great service. Hard to find any employee to help, not enough signs to know which way to go for different departments, had to wander a lot. Had to wait in line at a checkout to ask directions, tried to just ask inbetween customers and was told to go to the back of the line. Disappointed with the selection, had been at another penneys store and couldnt find what was offered online so drove over 30mins to this store and still didnt have what was said would be there. Looked at a few other things but not really the same. The changing rooms were - so ugh. Most areas with changing were closed, finally found one open but only two stalls could be used, the lighting was very low and it seemed like it was hidden in a corner of the store. It felt kinda claustrophobic. Will try another location next time.

Great place to buy your curtains. The cust service here is fantastic. The lady who is on the floor is quite knowledgeable about the products that JC Penney offers in this department. She gave me her card but I cant find it at the moment. Go see the Allison Janey look alike ;)

I went in the jewelry section to buy my wife something and the lady working there was so nice and helpful, she helped me puck out some of the nicest jewelry for my wife. I will definitely shop there again.

I will never buy from this annapolis store. Staff at customer service specially Denny (or dennis) and Essra was very rude with me. I didn t know about there recently change policy of 90 days return. my father leather jacket which i gifted him exactly 95 days ago have a manufacturer defect, He used only couple of times and the inner cloth stars fading the color. We went to store and tried to exchange (not return) but they refused. Not only refused but very rudely ask me and my old father to either take 30$ for this jacket (price was 84$ and i have all tags and receipt with me as well) or leave the store. I was feeling so bad in front of my old father ( because I told him that JC penny has such a wonderful staff) . Anyways we left the store and promised ourselves never back to JC penny.

Best prices in Maryland! And they always have what Im looking for. I had an unexpected trip to Florida and was able to find clothing for the warm weather there and best of all a swimming suit, when most stores did not have by then. Its a long drive from me but so worth it.

Decent prices and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. It wasnt overly crowded even though it was Christmas time but things werent very expensive and they had a lot to choose from. I generally like JCPenney but I did find this one to be a little more up and up and cleaner and more straight than some of the other ones Ive been to. I like Annapolis Mall in general and I do like this JCPenney.

There website said they will send you an email once your order is ready for pick up, but that never happened. I waited over 6 hours and I never received that email, I finally just took a chance and went to the store and my items was ready.
