10/15 Dollar Tree Annapolis Maryland-

Bad experience with an employee there today she was very very aggressive towards me and It was very hostile . It was an older lady named Michelle . She was aggressive towards me because I sat my money down on the counter and I didn’t put it in her hand but her hand wasn’t out waiting for the money I had set it down in advance of her finishing my transaction . The way she acted towards me was very unprofessional I had never had someone throw my change at me and scream that I didnt put it in her hand so SHES NOT PUTTING IT IN MINE!!! Come on dollar tree Annapolis do better!

Short staffed today but the cashiers were very rude & nasty to the customers. I will definitely think twice before going there again.

Some of the female cashiers seem to only acknowledge/speak to/greet whom they want to, including most of the Caucasian customers when purchasing items from this store. I have interacted with 3 employees who are nice and pleasant.

Great selection. Lots of school supplies and Halloween decor right now. Longish lines but another register was opened as the store got busier.
The employees at register work long hours standing, and are still courteous.

I live across the street from this store. I went over for a late night necessity only for them to have locked the doors 30 minutes before their posted closing time. There was an entire group of people waiting outside and they would not answer the phone. Unfortunately, this occurs regularly.

Glad they can still have so much for a dollar. Even more all the time. The everyday stuff I'm looking for isn't always there but I like to save on what I can and find a few little things for myself or the kids. The staff at this store is more pleasant than other Dollar Trees I've been to.

Very large, with a huge selection of items. The staff was very friendly, but the floors were dirty. A quick sweep and mop and this store would be 5 stars.

Practically everything is 1.25 usd, but very few things like ice cream are 5 usd. You find food, toiletries, party supplies, beach supplies and accessories for the house. The service at the checkout is fast and there is good parking space.

Need help like something serious, like last week serious. Its only 2 registers open but there were stockers too and they didnt jump on the register. The line was all the way to the coolers, it was sad. I went 2 days and the same situation. I mean they worked hard but Im sure its not enough pay for they efforts

Lots of items but I feel like they are very understaffed. I always see the employees doing their best to keep up but can tell they are frustrated at only having 1 cashier available with 20+ people in line.

In Annapolis!, Forest Plaza, the A/C was off - hot. Their aisles were FILLED by their rolling stock crates. I asked if they had a restroom, it had NO OPERATIONAL light or fan/light combo so had to turn ON my phones flashlight. There were two cashiers, both with long lines. Although I did spend almost $20, this store is NOT one I will return to.

The products were well stock and the store was clean. However, a huge problem that really overshadowed an otherwise positive experience, an associate by the name of Margaret was absolutely horrible to multiple customers as I was waiting in line. She came off as racist and she actually threatened violence under her breath to the woman for speaking that language (Spanish) said she could Catch her fist. The woman only wanted an extra bag because the second woman in line with her was going to a different destination and it was the biggest problem ever that called for her to be obscenely rude. Even a gentlemen who was leaving told Margaret How you treated that lady was terrible only for her to respond Id treat you that way too you ask for a bag... OVER A BAG. As someone with Hispanic family, that bothered me deeply, and frankly, if people speaking Spanish triggers her THAT much, maybe she shouldnt leave the house because it took everything in me to bite my tongue. As an American, its disgusting and enraging. It happened around 11:25 today if youd like to check the cameras. Hopefully your employees do better in the future.

Even though the prices have gone up from $1 to a dollar 25 its still quite a bargain. My Dollar Tree has quite a large selection of food items Manny from name brand companies. So if youre on a tight budget it is a perfect place to get a lot of food for very little money. The staff at the store are quite well experienced and move the line along well.

This Dollar Tree usually is well stocked and clean. The staff there are friendly and helpful and they usually have enough cashiers where you dont wait in long lines like I have in other Dollar Trees. Love shopping there.

Went recently. Was a great experience per usual. The shelves were stocked so perfectly and neatly, enough so that I was quite impressed, especially with the shortages of things lately it was nice to see.

OMG!!! Where do I begin. This place is the best. Everything is well stocked. I found things I needed and didnt need. When you can get A-1 sauce for a dollar, you know youre doing good. Cant get enough of this place.

The Edgewater Dollar Tree is not nicer at all. Its dirty, junky, and smaller. Ive been there several times. The Annapolis store is much better and the quality is better than Edgewater.

Very crowded but efficient employees had 4 checkout lanes open. Even without lots of customers, the store feels crowded because of extremely narrow aisles. But, they carry a lot of stuff you didnt know you needed.

ALL of these good reviews ??? Like this place isnt dirty asf! They need to reorganize and clean the floors or get new floors. Annapolis deserves a cleaner store than this. The edgewater dollar tree is nicer smh. This store needs a deep cleaning and with covid+flu out there.LIKE oh hell! no wish the store felt cleaner , I refuse to go to this location bc of lack of cleaning.

You can find a lot of goodies here! This is my favorite Dollar tree in the area. The only downside is that it can be crazy busy and you will wait in long lines forever. You also have to deal with a super crowded store.

I get stuff at the dollar store routinely but sometimes I have to walk out of there because there not enough registers open. They have several but they only keep one or two open most of the time. I am upset that they stopped carrying the razors personna razors from the American safety razor company. That company doesnt test on animals.
