This store sells more than containers. They have everything you need to organize every room in your house, garage, and even college dorms! The store is organized into sections for the particular area you are looking to organize....and the sections are spacious and clean! They have everything you need here and somethings you don't, but they are cool! The staff were very friendly and were always there to assist with finding items or answering questions. Had a good experience here today.

Like other Container Stores, this one is equally as impressive and fun to look around and shop in. It’s well laid out and beautifully clean and spacious. It’s fun going though all of the aisles.
They have everything you might want to keep yourself organised and neat, and even some things you never knew you needed/wanted.
If this store doesn’t give you inspiration to get rid of clutter and get more organised and tidy, I don’t know what will. It’s brilliant.

Recieved awesome customer service! I ordered 60 clear shoe containers and needed them loaded in my vehicle. Upon them being brought out, we realized they weren't all going to fit. The 2 young ladies offered to help me break the boxes down and put them in bags for easier transporting. Still wasn't able to fit them all. We were out there over an hour. She then was nice enough to take the remaining ones back in and hold in a safe place for pick up next day. When I arrived, one of the front desk people knew exactly what I was there for and where they were located. The store was very clean and everyone was so helpful. The storage containers were nice and sturdy, already put together. All I had to do was stack them and open to insert shoes. Will likely buy more from here real soon.

Praise be! It finally opened and I'm stoked. This store is the Mecca of all things organizational. If you can shove something in it or use it to be more specially efficient, its here for sure. I love this place but admittedly spent way too much money here on my visit.

Love, Love, Love the Container Store. If you are a neat freak, this is the store for you. If you are trying to get your office, dorm, closet, life (etc) organized, this is the store for you. If you need ideas on how to minimize clutter, this is the store for you. If you want to streamline your space, this is the store for you. If you want to drink some coffee and do some productive shopping, this is the store for you. Just go the the Container Store, you won't regret it.

I compost, so finding a container that could keep in odor and veggie and fruit scraps was important.
Since returning, I needed to reorganize cabinets and closets. I've started, and everyone needs to learn where things are. It takes some time, but I can find things easier, and everything has a top and grouped categorically. Loving it!

You can find some good stuff, but it is so expensive. I mean like, medium plastic tub (that is no better than something you can find at Walmart) for $40. Trust me when I say just go to Home Depo or Walmart and save your paycheck. The staff were nice though and the store was clean.

They have great products but the reason for my great review is the great customer service at this particular location. 2 women helped me on July 13th with finding furniture in the store and then later playing Tetris trying to fit it all in my tiny SUV in the blazing heat. I cannot say enough great things about them both. They went out of their way to make sure I got everything I needed and were incredibly friendly the entire time. I only got one of their names sadly, Kirsten.

This might be the best store on the planet. They dont just do boxes. Want drawers that mount in your closet? Got em. Want little pink hangers for baby clothes? Got em. Want cute little baskets with cloth liners? Got em. Want customer service beyond belief? Got it. Essentially, if you want to put something into or onto something else, they have that something else.

Needed to get some things more quickly than mail-order, so we steeled ourselves for the rigors of the dense traffic of the Maryland suburbs of DC. (About a 45 minute drive at the time we went; maybe two to three hours during rush hour.) The store had what we were looking for. We needed assistance finding a couple of items, and the store actually had staff on the floor for that purpose - welcome, but sadly unusual these days. Finish shopping there, a late lunch at a restaurant on the shopping center, then the long slow drive home.

Clean store with large windows, but less selection / choices than the Rockville and King of Prussia locations. Currently closing at 8 pm on Fridays during the holiday season, which matches the posted hours but is an hour earlier than the mall itself.

If you need to organize, Im certain you will find the solutions here. As you enter, there are several displays of many small items that would make great stocking stuffers! Youll find things you didnt know you needed in that display and the kitchen area, too. The store itself is well organized and items are easy to locate. I think that overall their prices are a bit high, but finding everything in one store causes me to overlook that downfall.

Don t waste your time, unless you re on of those people who just hates having all that extra money just taking up space. I am by no means a frugal person, I ll pay for those convenience of not having to drive to a second store but I have never seen anything like this place the prices are INSANE! You can go just about anywhere else for storage solutions and get just as good or even better quality for less than half the price homedepot, Walmart, target, Amazon. I can t stress enough that they are selling the exact same product with a different label on them.

Slightly over priced, but had a great selection. Order a wicker hamper and they tried twice to give me the same damaged one. In the end they came through but it was a bit of a frustrating ordeal.

My first trip to The Container Store, so I was there for quite a while taking it all in. I found items to organize my kitchen and am very pleased. There were four or five displays with very interesting offerings that would make great stocking stuffers for kids and adults.

Nice to see the store open up in the mall. It is also nice to see a store open in the mall instead of all the ones closing in the mall. If you need anything for the home as far as storage goes this is the place to shop. Prices may be a little on the high side though.

Eh, not what I was expecting. Reminds me of a Crate and Barrel but for overpriced plastic containers you can mostly get from a dollar store. The one thing youd expect to find, plastic tubs with lids, are limited to a few random sizes. Oddly enough, the few Sterilite containers they have were cheaper than the The Container Store brand low quality tubs.

Was fun to go, felt like organizing my house. It was nice to see the possibilities until the one item I wanted to purchase was not available. It went down hill from there. I spoke with three people asking if they had the item, one being the manager who, when asked looked at the shelf and said nope. She didnt offer to get anyone to help or to see if they had any in the store. There was only one employee who made me feel like they even wanted my business. I ordered the item I wanted and will make one more trip to the store and then continue to shop from either Crate and Barrel or Pottery Barn. I was disappointed with my experience and hope they will improve on their customer service.

Always come to check out trophy cases for the past chips Ive won coaching bball. They now have cases for momentos. A childs baseball glove. Toys. PEZ dispensers. What an excellent idea for my garage
