Tim is amazing. He was able to work with distributors to bring in my favorite Gin. I won’t lie, this shop has a great selection of Gin to start with, but we’re able to fill a void I’ve had for a long time.

The store is well stocked, organized, and very clean. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend a visit!

Some things are a little overpriced where as others finds are a true value. Whiskey options especially in the higher end department are plentiful and the Scotch selection it truly top notch. I'd like to see more holiday gift options and candian whiskey options, but overall a lovely store.

This place has almost 5 stars, but it does not carry Ciroc, D ussé, Mercer + Prince, etc. and anyone who appreciates good liquor knows these are major black-owned liquor brands made by Diddy, Jay Z and ASAP Rocky and others, and are very popular. However, this prime location in Annapolis, MD says they only carry what there clients ask for. I wanted to be a client, but they don t seem to cater to me.

Sadly, this shop doesn t stand behind the products it sells. After spending over $400 on two older bottles of wine (one Bordeaux, one white Burgundy), I was assured by the shopkeeper that given the age, I could return or exchange them in the event they were past their prime. While the Bordeaux drank beautifully, the white Burgundy had clearly gone bad and our sommelier at dinner advised us to return the bottle. Back at the shop this morning, a different gentleman greeted me and was immediately hostile when I informed him about the white Burgundy. Rather than graciously accepting the return, as any credible wine shop does, he argued with me about the merits of aged wines and suggested I was clueless, telling me this isn t a Kendall Jackson chardonnay. After about 10 minutes of back-and-forth in front of other patrons, he begrudgingly agreed to refund the bottle after a colleague intervened. What a negative, and frankly embarrassing experience.

I would give Mills more than 5 stars if I could. We used Mills to cater our reception and the process was seamless and the quality of their products was excellent. They have an excellent selection of beer, wine, and liquor. When we visited their store to make our selections, they had excellent recommendations for our event and sent us home with local beers to sample. They didnt try to up-sell us on anything and are very knowledgeable about the amount you need to buy for a large event (we ordered more than they recommended, and they ended up being right and we were very wrong about how much we needed!). Mills works with lots of the local catering companies which makes it easy to facilitate delivery for events. Since you buy directly from them, they will buy back anything you dont use which is an amazing benefit. If you join their club, you can get further discounts. Great experience.

The selection of beer in this place is definitely satisfactory. I wouldnt call it extensive but there are plenty of local and international options. While the selection was great, the people themselves werent the best. If you have a general idea of what you want without needing to ask for help, then this is the spot for you!

These folks are great- they are knowledgeable, helpful, approachable, and reasonably priced - which is a rare find in dwntwn Annapolis. Yesterday, a beautiful fall afternoon, Annapolis is its crazy Saturday self, an employee opened the door for me, I told him what I wanted, he.zipped over to the refrigerator, got my Prosecco, rang me up (FYI - they give a 10% discount if you share your email ),and out.the door I went. I wish all my shopping could.be that pleasant.

Mills Fine Wine & Spirits offered us a fantastic price on beer and wine for our wedding and we were very happy with their service. Their prices were half of what our caterer offered and they were willing to take back unused cases and bottles as long as they were not damaged. They delivered everything on time as expected. We didnt find out until a few weeks before our wedding that they were not going to be able to get one of the beers we were intending to serve. However, they suggested an alternative and it worked out just fine. There was some confusion over what we returned and what we were going to be charged and it took them a while after the wedding to figure that out due to staff members being out of town. It all worked out eventually and we felt like we were charged a fair price.

This store changed ownership a few years back and hasn t skipped a beat. They still provide a high quality product and excellent service. It was fun to be back here since Mills is the first place I bought classed Bordeaux wines right out of college. We also enjoyed the wine tasting on a Saturday afternoon.

About a month ago purchased Kirk and Sweeney 12 Year Old Dominican Rum 750ml. Price was $54. In PA, a state with one of the highest taxes on liquor and wine, the price was $30!

Great little shop on the main Annapolis drag. Not sure about hard alcohol but they have a great selection of wines for a reasonable price. If Im invited to dinner in Annapolis, I usually stop there for wine. Never been disappointed by their selection!

We have lived across the street from this place for the past 5 years and we absolutely love it. They are so kind and always have brilliant recommendations. Ive even had them set aside something they thought we would like. Since the new owners took over Ive only been more pleased, theyve added a rack of staff pics right when you walk in which has saved me just so much time! And I feel the liquor selection has diversified. We drink a variety of beer, wine, and liquor and have always felt their prices to be fair and their selection admirable. Also great sales! They even cured my mans cold with a vile shot of some herbal tonic. This friendly helpful shop is an annapolis treasure.

Mills recently provided the wine and spirits for our wedding, and the staff was an enormous help in making choices, particularly Mary who helped us with the wine. We were able to do multiple tastings, and Mary did a fantastic job making recommendations and following-up with us after meetings. The beer and spirits manager were also very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing what to offer at the bar. My wife and I would recommend them to anyone doing a wedding or another large event in Annapolis.

Im not sure about the previous reviewer but the experience I had was fantastic. They had a very solid selection of rums that was a bit more diverse than the average Captain Morgan and Bacardi mix. Lots of imports! It was good. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive, and they even have a variety of liquors for tasting. Its definitely the liquor store for the person searching for a more interesting variety than the norm.
