Only old products, prices too high, too few options especially in the non video game merch department. They would be more successful if they attempted to move into more toy, board games, nerd culture, card games, etc.

Customer service is great! Only wish the game selection was larger but its in the mall (small store) so you get what you can. Staff is very knowledgeable & helpful finding items even giving me a list referring me to another gamestop to find what I was looking for. The young man that helped me was phenomenal I wish I remembered I didnt see his name tag/badge(update: shout-out to Christopher he was the sales associate!) . Overall Id recommend this gamestop

Theyre very polite and the staff there are very knowledgeable about video games and game releases. Their return policy for pre-orders and used games is also very flexible, and theyre willing to put games on hold for more than a day. (Please note that their return policy for games that were not either pre-owned or pre-ordered is a lot less flexible.)

This is the Gamestop inside of Annapolis Mall. It sucks. Rude, lazy employees, etc, etc. There is another one just outside the mall on Solomons Island Road. It is not only a much better Gamestop, but much less crowded. Its near the Trader Joes, seriously right outside the mall. Please go there instead.
