Hey there! I recently visited a great store that I think you might love. They have everything you need for your food shopping in bulk. The store was clean, friendly, and quiet, with excellent customer service. I must warn you, though, if you're trying to resist the temptation of sweet treats, you may want to avoid the bakery section. They have these mouth-watering cinnamon buns with cream cheese that are too good to resist! π€€π€€πThey come at a great price of $8.89 for eight count, which is cheaper than one in the mall. I can't wait to warm one up and try it! Overall, I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great shopping experience.

I became a Plus member when their gas prices were way better than regular gas stations. However, their gas prices have been same or even more expensive than gas stations. So, it is not cost-effective to pay $110 membership anymore, if it ever was. On a positive note, the people there are nice and helpful. But they don't set the prices.

This Sam's club used to be the best club but today I was there about 5:30 pm. A customer left a chicken on a shelf, I took the chicken to the rotisserie section so it wouldn't spoil. The guy working there saw me and looked straight in my eyes. I came around later and the guy started hollering at me saying I can't switch chickens. I told him I had bought a chicken that was left out back. He kept hollering in front of all these people telling me what I should've done. I told him I didn't have to do anything. And told him he needed to apologize. He was a black young guy. So found a manager. He said he apologized for the actions of the employee....what bothered me was that he started making excuses for the employee instead of saying this is not how our customers should be treated. Btw he was a black manager who seemed not that concerned. The store wasn't that crowded at 6:11. Another customer said the guy cooking the chicken
had been rude to others before I came. Shoppers beware
Update: August 2023 the store is so organized. The employees are much more pleasant, and not the same ones. I will post some pictures of how neat the warehouse is now.

I have been a Sam's Club customer for many years, they are the best with their products. Unfortunately, they should train their staff more, "NO TO RACISM." IT SHOULD BE A POLICY, not only that they have it but that they also put it into practice. Today I received such treatment from one of their employees.

Love this place. Clean and always has what I need. Staff is friendly. They keep a consistent supply of products and they make returns very simple. The scan and go makes shopping a breeze and effortless. The early hours for business club is a great bonus. And the gas station is also great and very efficient.

Scan and Go feature in the app makes shopping so much easier. Scan and checkout without fighting the lines. Club is usually well-stocked and has a good variety of brand name and Members Mark items. Still have a bottleneck at the exit though. They recently set up gantries to funnel people into defined lines but still can only fit one patron through the door at a time.

I became a Plus member when their gas prices were way better than regular gas stations. However, their gas prices have been same or even more expensive than gas stations. Edit 3/2024: This is our go-to Sams Club, but they have recently moved nearly everything around (i.e. cereals, non-soda drinks, refrigerated/cold-not-frozen items, bread). There is nothing more frustrating than being elbow-to-elbow on a Saturday AND not knowing where anything is. It looks like they might be remodeling, but there are no signs to indicate that. Ill probably change the review back to 5 stars if they put everything back after the reno because the Scan-and-Go is worth it. Original: 5 stars, no comments

First time at this one. The DMV is only 3 minutes away. I was there on yesterday and decided to go to Sams in Severn. Punched address into Maps and this one came up. I did not know it was here It has nice wide isles. Some other SCs isles are not as wide and are actually junkie looking. Good this one opened here, we use to go to Severn, Md . I have found our new Sams. The associates were very helpful and willing to help

I can say that its a good store with reasonable prices, but some of the products like milk is not the original milk because its a powdered milk, I have been getting milk from Sams for two years now, but whenever I heat the milk, it burns and sticks to the bowl and doesnt come off easily, where the original milk never sticks to the bowl or the pan. Thats the reason the price of the milk is cheaper because its powdered and not original.

Came to Sam s like I have on multiple occasions. I had placed an online order for pickup which of course I came to pick up. When I arrived I checked in like any other time to then have the curbside employee to leave my cart behind my car and then leave not to return. I spoke with a manager at the store and he apologized and assured me that wouldn t happen again and they would be sure to take the necessary actions to keep it from happening to others.

The store itself is like any other Sams club, but the restrooms (mens) lack tidying and cleaning - the door latches are broken so you have no sense of privacy.

We probably wont continue using Sams tire and battery service in the future. My scheduled appointments for tire rotation consistently failed to materialize, requiring three return trips. On my third attempt, it took longer than expected and their battery service was unavailable, and they did not address the TMS sensors for the tires. Overall experience was below average.

Do not go to their tire department under any circumstances. Discovered they broke my sensor, taped it, reinstalled it without saying a word my tire was flat 10 minutes after leaving.

All I can tell you is to get the app and use the scan and go feature. It saves time in the check out line and allows you to see exactly what you are spending as you go through the store, thus helping to stay within your budget or figure out how you can still get amazing deal on a piece of luggage or new desk for your kids by purchasing less expensive alternatives on your original list. It works at their gas pumps, too. The app will prompt you when it detects that you are close to the pump. Tap your prompt to open the app, scan the QR code on the screen at the pump, choose your method of payment, and youre done. Pump your gas. No more fiddling around with a credit card that the reader can not read or having to go through 3 or 4 steps on the pumps screen, and waiting for it to accept your answer before getting gas. Kudos, Sams Club! You make shopping so much easier.

It was fantastic! I had serious back issues. After getting a couple of hours I tried scanning my items to leave. After a 1/3 of my groceries I told a young black woman in a yellow sweatshirt t I said that my back was killing me & I was getting ready to fall. I was upset bc Id spent a lot of time, but I never thought about that.

Every time our family has ever come to this store, it has been very clean and well organized. Great prices on everything. Our family will actually come here to do most of our grocery shopping. The value is just so much better then in the smaller grocery stores. I wish they had more odds and ends in the middle of the store (like Costco does) but either way, great place to shop for groceries, pharmaceutical, and lots of other needs! It is highly recommended to use their app to shop! You can scan your items as you go and then checkout and pay on the app before leaving. Thus skipping large checkout lines!

I really enjoyed my experience at Sams Club (Annapolis). As corny as that may sound... I find Sams to be more user/customer friendly. Its never overwhelmingly crowded, there are 4 self checkout registers that move quickly, customer service is eager to help navigate if you run into issues, the prices are cheaper than that of Costco and BJs, and the environment is super relaxed. Its also alot cleaner than the Costcos and BJs that I frequent. If I had to choose of the three warehouse membership clubs I belong to... Sams would be the first choice. They also have a drive up lane (off to the side) thats super convenient to load up once you come out from shopping. The gas lines also move quickly. Overall, their system works.

This is a 5 star review for Wallace. We asked him where the lunch bags were. He was very helpful. He then tracked us down and confirmed we were looking for paper lunch bags or plastic baggies and then walked me to the correct aisle. This is a great example of customer service. Sadly his customer service skills should be passed on to other employees that have not been helpful in the past. Great job Wallace and kudos to you sir.

This is the worst Samsclub when it comes to customer service. They don t want your business, god forbid you need anything from the security hold (when you have to buy something they don t keep on the floor) or customer service - you may want to cancel your day because you ll be there waiting doesn t matter what it is, you ll wait and wait and wait Doesn t matter if its busy or not. Service with a smile does not exist here. The only advantage is the app so you don t have to deal with checkout in a line or an unhappy samsclub team member. They get 2 stars for cleanliness and convenience.

Nice clean store, well stocked, good variety of items. The main problem is that the place seems to be always crowded. Lately they have opened more self checkout stations, which has helped. Parking lot is always nearly full so be prepared to walk a bit. I have learned to avoid the pizza as its usually incredibly greasy and the snack counter folk are often quite hornery. Update 3/23: Still the same issues. Today I wanted to browse electronics but a good amount of the display laptops and tablets were missing or inoperable.

I recently moved to Frederick. I now appreciate Sams Club in Annapolis. I miss it. Frederick Sams Club is horrible and the staff rude and so obviously unhappy in their job. Please thank the Annapolis Sams Club manager for doing an amazing job so it doesnt turn into a Frederick disappointment that causes you to join Frederick Costco. Thank you Annapolis managers!!!!!!

I usually use Scan and Go, so dont wait in a checkout line. I went to Member Service to make a credit card payment and the young lady wouldnt take my cash. I explained Im disabled and that didnt help. She called a manager over who asked me to step over to the jewelry counter, and then processed my payment.

My wife and I had a quick lunch yesterday 01/26/23 at Sams club in Annapolis, MD. 2 slices of pizza (HUGE slices), 2 drinks, a pretzel and the cheese dip for the pretzel cost us $7. Let that sink in, $7 for lunch for two people. You cant even get a lunch meal for 1 person at McDonalds for $7 anymore. I also paid almost $2 for a regular bottle of Deer Park water at the Shell gas station while we were in our way to Sams Club. While we were eating our lunch, I look to my left and BAM a vending machine full of regular bottles of Members Mark (Sams Club brand) water for $0.25! If your a Sams club member, you should stop in and grab yourself some lunch, if your not a member, your cheating yourself on not only a decent and cheap lunch opportunity but also some fantastic savings in the store. Just wanted to take a moment and thank whomever is in charge of lunch prices at Sams. While you could charge more, you dont. Thank you

Just had an awful experience. I am a so-called Business Advantage Member. Went to Sams in Annapolis to purchase 6-10 full all-in-one computers or 6-10 desk top with monitor computers and 2 large business computers. They claim they will give you the best price. Indian man said they wont give anything off and when ai asked for a manager the manager said he would apply a $300 gift card to the $5000 order. I said thank you and when I got up to the register. The Manager explained that the indian guy (i only use nationality to identify person so Sam s will know who lost them the sale). If they care - the indian guy called the store manager who was off bc he was upset that other Manager gave the $300 gift card. When I got to the register I had to wait bc they did not have the computers at register. Line was held up as well. In the end, a tall black lady and a red headed/beard lead male supervisor said they were not giving the gift card and the other manager who said yes, is gone. Amazingly, their sister store had the sane computer for $100 off each? Won t honor that either. I decided yo go to Costco who is much friendlier and customer service oriented to business owners. Purchased the two large printers but if Costco has them, I will return to Sams. I am canceling my membership as this store has continuously been unprofessional and embarrassing. They are not for small businesses. Also, there were several sites showing the price cheaper for the same exact model! I saved over $1300 going to Costco!

Curbside pickup is a breeze! The spots are located on the left side of the store by the tire department. Slight delay in getting my order but staff were friendly and helpful. Easy access from 450 with a light. Clean store and has gas and EV charging.

I stopped to get fuel a few days ago and the pump declined my card. I got back into my car to grab another card, wondering why my other card was declined. A friendly attendant, Sherman/Sherwood? came to my rescue and informed me that the pump was messed up. With a smile and pleasant conversation he quickly helped me get the gas pump to work and I was on my way. Sorry I am not sure about his name. Wonderful asset to your company.

Our experiences were pretty OK until we placed a pickup order this weekend. After waiting 45 minutes past our pickup window, we went into the store to ask about the status. We waited 15 minutes in line to be told go over there to the employee pick-up area. We asked about the status of our order, and the associate in charge said oh yeah its not ready. We asked what we could do and he said you can go pick it yourself. No care, no sorry, nothing. So we did, and we had it picked in about 10 minutes. When we went back to the area, a woman was standing around not doing anything, and didnt say anything to us, nor did she ask why we were in the employee area. Finally we asked her what we should do and she said I dont know, and then went on a short rant about how backed up they were because nobody wants to work anymore (ignoring the billions Walmart makes every year and refuses to give back to their employees, but whatever). Finally the associate in charge came back and had someone else scan us out, who WAS nice, helpful and apologetic. All in all I dont like paying extra for a service to be told to do it myself with zero communication otherwise, and Im waiting to hear back from Walmart about where to collect my paycheck.

So wish that I had checked the reviews before doing business with the tire department. Just spent 1K on new tires at this place. Upon inspecting my tires before leaving the business I noticed that I had major damage to my alloy rims. They had been scratched up really bad during the install .I Immediately bought this to the attention of the mgr. Didnt seem as if this was an uncommon occurrence and didnt appear that there was much accountability. Because the money was spent, tires had already been installed and damage had already been done to my wheels I felt really powerless. Had to file a claim for damages. Expecting a long and arduous process to getting my claim resolved. More than likely not in my favor. I would not recommend anyone taking any vehicle that they care about to this shop.

This specific location I found to be tiny compared to other locations I have shopped at. Not only is this location small but its pretty dim. Its not bright and inviting. It doesnt look clean. There were several pallets in the middle of different isles and even by bottled water there were a few empty pallets just on the floor. Just a few feet away there were employees standing around and puttimg boxes into a machine of some sort. Do you really need all the employees back there when things in the front are not looking good? Not a good way to use employees. Some signage were over products that didnt even match the item... not even in the same isle.... The only friendly employee was the lady that scanned my receipt when you leave. She greeted and smiled. This place definately needs a new management team and a coopetate visit. I have never seen a location so poor. Update..... 11/7/22 if you read responses to fredback, all the answers are the same. They dont read any of these reviews and if they do read them they dont care. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that handles complaints professionally.

I was at the Laurel Sams Club and they had discounted PNY 1TB External Hard Drives (SSD) to $59.99, and so I picked up 5 cards from the aisle and went to the cash register. When they went to retrieve the drives from lockup, they told me they were out. I went to customer service and asked why the sales cards were in the aisle, but no stock, I was told that I could get them at the Annapolis store, so I got back in the car and drove 15 miles to that location. Again, went to the aisle and picked up the sales cards and went to the register. I even went out of my to tell the manager I had been to the Laurel location and was directed here to get the drives. He came back with 5 drives and when they were rung up, came out to $139.99 a piece. I stopped the transaction and asked why they were not matching the price from Laurel, he reply that Laurel was different and that was the price. This is the definition of bait and switch, and is the worst customer service I have every received. My 21-year Sams Club membership is up in May. I guess I am heading to Costco...

I highly recommend getting tires from Sams club tire dept in annapolis md. My experience was so awesome. I am in love with the way my car rides. I been looking for tires for 3months. Being a female its always hard for me to trust what is being told to me when shopping for car parts. I went into Sams shopping for my son bday and left with 4 brand new tires. As I walked pass the dept it looked like a new addition from what I seen before and thats what drew me in. It was totally cleaned and well organized from the way I last seen. It look more like a store and not a storage for tires. When I walked in I was greeted by manager Mr. Mack as he waited on another customer. Everyone was so professional and respectful. Mr. Mack was very knowledgeable about the tires and went into the details of the price and quality. Mr. Mack was super pleasant and patient with my multiple questions. Long story short; I purchased 4 of the best quality tires and the services was quick. My mom and I went shopping; came back and my car was completed. The techs were awesome and I was totally satisfied with my experience! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND purchasing tires from Sams Club of Annapolis and seeing Mr. Mack.

If you can avoid purchasing tires at this location, please do! The customer service is extremely bad and I do get that everyone is not equipped with the best customer service skills when it comes to certain work environments (Tire shops) being one... But not only is the customer service horrible the warranty policy is awful. I did not think I would get 2 flats within months of purchasing (Goodyear). The 1st time I called the tire shop to get some assistance was months ago and the response I received on the other end was so unprofessional I just went and got a tire put on somewhere else. Yesterday morning 10/31 I called and spoke to Mack after calling several times prior and getting disconnected, I explained the situation to him and was wanting him to tell me my options he was too busy to do so and told me to call back... well I kept calling back for almost 3 hours and kept getting put on hold until the call would disconnect, finally I spoke to a young lady in customer service that actually walked back to the tire center and he finally answered and he said that he would take my number/name and said he would call me back... Well, he never called me back I called back around 6:00pm and and someone from the tire center said Mack left for the day no surprise, so I asked to speak to a store manager, Brooke was extremely helpful she was not rude at all she was willing to help! She listened she gathered every piece of information and she was able to get me the answers I needed. Needless to say I will never ever shop for Tires at Sams Club in Annapolis because of Macks relaxed and unprofessional attitude. She explained the entire process of how the prorated rate would work, they would have to test the tread and then the tires would have to be ordered because theyre not in stock, just a whole LOT. Avoid, or maybe get help from Brooke.
