They had a sign that said 2.80 off two packs Marlboro then at register it only took off 1.00. False advertising. Will not be getting Marlboro from there again.

Royal farms manage management is terrible. Bathrooms disgusting,, out of soap, sanitizers empty.. but yet during covid they would not allow you to check out/ purchase without a mask on your face. To the owners of royal farms, Make it make sense.

--- update- it is now 11/2024 - Unable to wash hands in the men's room. Nothing works, No running water or soap everything is torn up.

Amazing staff & great food! I always have the best experiences with this royal farms! The chicken and potato wedges are always fresh! The lady behind the counter, I believe her name was Jen, had my food ready in literally seconds and it was PERFECT! Fallon, the manager was kind enough to guide me through using the screen to place my order & checked me out immediately after with no wait. I will only go to this royal farms when I’m going for food, it’s the best around!

I have to say that I go into a lot of Royal Farm stores and the coffee areas are a complete mess. I walked into this one and the level of organization, cleanliness of the coffee area was phenomenal! Kudos to this store leader!!! Well done I will drive pass the other 2 to come back here!!

I’m not sure what the young girl with the glasses name is but she can make a sandwich! I am in royal farms every day and every time she makes my sub it’s amazing. The others that work in the deli aren’t awful but they’re not her! 5 stars to the short and petite brunette with glasses.

This is the worst Royal Farms
The cashier is nasty
It is not trucker friendly.when the desiel pump is out of order they don't put a cone out so not to use. You have to go in pay go out pump the fuel go back in get receipts then the cashier is out chatting with friends, hold drivers up.

Absolutely terrible, don't go here, got food poisoning less than 30 minutes after finishing my meal. The chicken is very dry and chewy, meaning old chicken. I'll drive down to Perryville before going to this place again

I ordered eight pieces of their chicken tenders and within 30 minutes to an hour I was in the bathroom with extreme diarrhea and my friend was throwing up as well within that time frame, it went straight through me and his stomach rejected it. The chicken was very dry, tough and chewy. Save your stomach, I would give them zero stars if I could.

Older women who works the register is disrespectful and lazy. Everytime I come in she takes her time helping people at the counter and complains about having to get cigarettes. Then she'll hold your cigarettes hostage even after you pay while she helps other customers. Not to mention if you mention you're in a rush they run their mouths when you're walking out. Place is a joke. Girls are always outside smoking and don't wash their hands. Never napkins in dispensers, foods always burnt or tasteless. Just go across the street. Don't waste your time here

Bright area clean. My husband loves how they let you grind the beans for your coffee. He thought it was quite yummy.

Now on to the bathroom... Clean and well maintained. Mostly. I wish they had paper towels... Those Dyson hand dryers are known to be petri dishes of germs . I would pee here again.

This is for the store at 500 Mechanics Valley in North East. If you have a "rewards" card, you'd better know how to use it for your rewards, 'cause neither the little lady manager nor her staff have a clue. They ruin your "rewards," then call you a liar and a thief for insisting that you had--e.g.-- a free coffee coming.

Quick, clean, no hassle, as soon as we had an issue with the self check out the lady working was right there to fix it, we weren't waiting around on her forever, we were in and out in no time at all. Best place to stop if you're in a hurry in the morning.

It seems like this place went to the wayside immediately after being remodeled. They are always out of something coffee cups, lids, especially creamer straws and all. Only a couple of the staff members are friendly and customer service trained the remainder could probably use some anger management courses. Someone needs to address these issues ASAP or business will probably continue to decline

I have always thought of this place as average at best, mainly because their chicken sandwiches were cold over 50% of the time I ordered one...but after applying for a manager job and the incredibly unprofessional behavior during the interview I decided to leave a review. The woman Sarah who interviewed me had me sit in the public dining room for this so I took my seat and waited for nearly THIRTY minutes before she remembered I was there. The entire time she was either on her phone scrolling/texting behind the front counter or chatting with a regular employee from a totally different store (she told me this during the interview). During the interview 3 separate times she cuts me off mid sentence to run to the front counter to check on the customers despite there being 3-4 other employees there. During our conversation she's barely taking her eyes away from the clipboard and seemed completely disengaged. As for the job I got an email back from them, never replied and never will.

I have always liked Royal Farms. They have great fried chicken and some fantastic, big, soft, chocolate chip cookies. Competitive prices and gas is normally in the low side for cost per gallon compared to other places around.

Gas is more expensive than across the street at Wawa By 2¢. Which may not be much to some but every penny saved...

My third time going and the chicken looks very old i always go there but if this continues wawa will be my new store.I was there July 31 around 4:45 and their are two ladies that work back there i need for them to know when chicken needs to be tossed.

Went three times here at different times, each time I was inside the store for literally less than 5 minutes and ended up with my clothes stinking of fried chicken for the rest of the day. We get it, you have the best fried chicken bla bla, but you don't need to make the whole store stink, it doesn't make me hungry, it makes me want to go to a Wawa.

Terrible service! There were four women working in the afternoon and I have never had worse service at any establishment ever! They were rude and looked like they were on drugs or something. The chicken was good as always but I cannot let the awful staff there go without mentioning them. Royal Farms, fix the issue!!!
