Shopping at Market Basket can be a real treat at times, and we continue to forget an item much needed; this time it was to have been broccoli; a head or two; and now it is much too late as it is remise. It's a great store to shop at and get the deli folks to bring out the hard dough for making /baking pizza in the abode. Thank you for the four doughs, John and the others. I am sorry that the past is always with me no matter what time of year/day it is; the love pages folks drop out of the sky at our expense. Happy holidays!

We had been shopping at this Market Basket for years since moving near the area;
On this day we filled our cart with the groceries we wanted and got in line to pay for them; when the time came to pay, my husband took out his card to pay with but then the machine said 'approved', he never got a chance to put the chip in the reader and to provide is pin; it simply read a card that was in his wallet and somehow it got approved. He never got to use his card which he was holding in his hand. We had to go to the customer's booth for the card in his wallet to be refunded and to use the card he was meant to use and the one he has always used when shopping for groceries.

It was embarrassing and no one seemed to care that this happened; the cashier/customer booth believed that we did something wrong; yet when we've shopped there all those years, his business card had always been in his wallet; nothing was different other than being billed on the card without having pulled or using it; is that not weird; some hocus pocus and they did not care.

It’s a very busy store, but if you ask anyone for help that works there, they are usually very friendly. The big thing we love is getting sandwiches at the sub counter and those same employees work to remember peoples faces. It’s really nice to see even in a chain lake market.

The Store manager Mark Lefebvre Is a Liar and completely incompetent, he doesn't care how filthy and disgusting hia store is. The amount of mold and Mildew, Rodent droppings, hair buildup everywhere! This is absolutely the most disgusting grocery store on the planet. Just look around the edges and corners of the display cases hasn't been wiped down never mind actually cleaned in DECADES! If ever.
Am surprised this isn't a public health department issue, the place is disgusting! And the Store Manger Mark couldn't carless. With a store this disgusting, he really couldn't careless, that he runs a POS grocery store.

I went here and I hadn't been to a market basket in a very long time. I was very pleased that they still have affordable. Excellent pricing. Friendly staff members clean store well stocked. Still the same old market basket I grew up with and the prices are much better and the quality is just as good as the high price stores

Great Super Market with the best prices around. Its always busy but it's worth it. The only worry here is the produce section. It needs to be used within a few days. Other super market's produce seems to last longer.

I really enjoy shopping at market basket. I believe they have the lowest prices of any store around. I'm a big fan of their sushi made fresh everyday. However, every time I go there are carts scattered all over the parking lot. It's difficult finding a parking spot that doesn't put my car at risk of a slight gust of wind pushing a cart into my car. It would be a much better experience if the cart attendants did their job.

This store has gone downhill. Even their frozen vegetables go bad. They're not storing the meat properly 🤔 unless it's horse meat. It's bad when you buy it!

The Bellingham store is great, when you ask for help everyone knows where everything is or they will find someone that does. Have been to the West Bridgewater store a few times, the kids that work there are always on their phones and don't want to help anyone.

Love this place. I visit almost daily. Best market in the country IMO. I don't know if all Market Baskets are like this one, but no matter how busy this particular Market Basket is, they handle it very smoothly and with ease and keep the lines moving. Management will not hesitate to open every single register if need be with all available hands, including management will hop on a register and start cashing people out. Love this place, my whole family loves this place not only for service but they ALWAYS have the lowest prices on everything. I highly recommend them if you couldn't tell.

I get sandwiches at the subshop in market basket. In bellinghand the people there are so nice Jim. And the rest of the workers are really nice. They make my sandwich just exactly the way I like it. I believe that they all deserve a Raise.

A little expensive, but clean. Not handicap friendly, the shelf stockers refuse to move and clutter the isles keeping the handicapped from getting to items. I had to tell them to move and they still refused. This store management should be held accountable for this.

On one of the worst days to enter a grocery store, the day before Thanksgiving, Market Basket has really outdone themselves. It's pouring here in Massachusetts and they have employees outside with umbrellas waiting to walk customers to their cars. What an amazing company to really think of their customers during the craziness of Thanksgiving. Thank you Market Basket, keep up the wonderful customer service!

If there was a negative number, I would choose it. This is the most crowded grocery store I have ever seen. The aisles are packed. The checkout lines are deep, but the prices are pretty good. The parking lot is an absolute disaster too. The only plus is mild savings.

The plaza is Horrible. Real busy and an odd exit setup.
Store is equally as busy.
But they have nearly every register running with cashiers yup you heard it right. Real cashiers and baggers too👁👁.
Its tight moving about the store, bring patience. But great prices..the lowest around me, By far.

I go to market basket every week there an excellent store with good products and lower prices than the other grocery stores an excellent employees although I think there under paying there cashiers I'm a cashier of 25 years the market basket cashiers should get a lot more than $15.50 an hour for the very hard work they do at least $18 an hour would be better for them I hope they will do that for there hard working employees

A real love hate relationship with this store. Always busy, needs a bigger parking lot, and the plaza can be a downright test of your patience on weekends. With that said, produce is fresh, every register is open with actual employees, no horrible self service registers. The folks at the deli always greet me with a friendly attitude and the store always has what I need. I’ve never had anything be out of stock unless there is some sort of national shortage. Prices simply can’t be beat by any other grocery store in the area. I wish I had the place to myself, but I’ll still fight through the crowd as Market Basket is leagues ahead of its competitors in terms of customer service.

After moving to Bellingham, I was forced to try a new-to-me grocery store and I was hooked from the beginning! Oven hot French bread which is incredible, fully prepared and delicious chickens, sandwiches and many other types of fresh cooked meals and the prices of brand name items are the most competitive of any other grocery establishment!
