Love this store. I always go out of my way to go to this location because I really appreciate the friendliness of the workers. But now most recently I had the best experience.

I was there Thursday evening (2/15/24) at around 6 pm when I went to the deli to grab a pound of chicken. I already made my way to the other side of the store when the guy (kinda tall) from the deli ran up to me saying he accidentally gave me turkey and handed me the chicken. I didn't grab his name because he turned quickly so I didn't get to see his name tag. Talk about above and beyond. The deli team is always especially awesome anyway but this brought me to have to leave a long over-due review. I went there Valentine's day too and the way the girl wrapped my flowers was better than any florist could have done.

I love the smaller size of this one too so I don't have to walk miles to get to what I'm looking for. It's always worth the drive here. Sorry so long of a review but like I said it was a long over-due review to say how much I appreciate this location.

I am so grateful to the women of the BAKERY Dept for making this birthday cake happen for me! I needed to be able to pick it up today and they made that happen for me! Another Stop and Shop over on Mass Ave wouldn’t do it and I was stressing out! They not only got it done but also ahead of the time they said they would. I don’t know their names but to the woman there on the night of Friday 11/26 and this afternoon of Saturday 11/27 THANK YOU so very much!

The beginning of my visit wasn't so good due to the employee at customer service desk just hating life and being miserable. It just blows my mind after doing customer service roles and running restaurants for over 20 years how these people can manage to get and maintain their jobs. And some of them for a very very very long time. Meanwhile their vibrating their negative energy on the world, and then they wonder why their life sucks so bad. Well if you were nice to people, they would be nice back to you. LMAO it's crazy how the world works huh?

I went to grab a few things as I do when I don’t have time to go to Walmart. Those kid Lunchables are ridiculously expensive. The small ones are 4.50 and the wants with the juice are 6.00. I get those at Walmart for The price between 2-3 dollars. prices are way too high as well.

Rude staff , they think everyone who dresses the way I do or looks a certain way they think everyone is stealing from them. They need to hire an actual loss prevention team that can do their job professionally without harrasing law abiding customer's who just wanted to go shopping.. absolutely embarrassing being called out infornt of a bunch of people for false accusations.. I recently visited this store and was appalled by the behavior of the manager (Monica) towards the store's employees.

During my visit, I witnessed the manager yelling at multiple employees in front of customers, simply inappropriate. The tone and volume of the manager's voice were demeaning and disrespectful. The behavior of the manager towards employees was entirely unacceptable and doing so in front of customers speaks to their level of professionalism (much less respect for their staff). Corporate would be well advised to address this situation.

I shop here every week. Always clean, the shelf's are always stocked and the employees are polite. Sometimes there's lines when only a few registers are opened but that has seemed to be better the last couple of weeks. But I get it everyone is understaffed for whatever reason.

I’m really disappointed in myself for coming back to get a cake customized for my son in the bakery shop in Stop n Shop here. I don’t know what happen but if I upload any of the pictures of the cake that was done for today and also a couple from last year, I’m sure everyone will understand where I’m coming from. It was real sloppy like it was just done on purpose. I’m not going to mention who the person is but it’s really disappointing because in the beginning the person did great with the cake’s I had requested for but today, just realizing this now and that I was really hurt after seeing my child’s cake. Again, that is my own fault but I’ll be sure to not have any cake customized at the bakery shop here anymore.

this used to be my favorite store that I would frequent before covid. it seems that they have a staffing problem and plenty of empty shelves. there is one tall light-skinned guy that works there that is in line for a Manager job. He takes care of the customers, answers their questions, seems to know the store as if he was invested in it like an employee/owner. great attitude. the bad part is that they don't keep enough registers open. I actually went there on a Friday, normally a busy day after work in any store, they only had one Register open! the Self-Check was open, but there was a long line around the corner to get in there. I needed something in Bakery, nobody there and they paged for Help in the section, nobody came. they used to pack hot wings there and I asked for the Hot Wings when I didn't see them as I bought them every week. I very nice woman, manager type said that they haven't packed any because they went up in price. I said I don't care about the price, she went in the back, packed some for me and took care of me. The next week, there were none, so I asked for some. the Haitian guy behind the counter said "we don't have any." I asked him if he could go in the back and look and I told him that the woman the week before said there were none, but she went in the back and brought out some anyway. He said "no!" very rude. Even if there were none, his customer service skills were very lacking! My going there every week has stopped. I get what I want at Market Basket!

Stop & shop has always been THE grocery store in my family. Since we moved a couple years ago, we now only use this location. It's always clean, stocked up, has an amazing floral dept, cashiers are extremely knowledgeable & helpful. Associates throughout the store are never "too busy" to help out a customer (or to help their fellow co-workers because they do all work really hard; seeing that teamwork mentality restores some of my faith in humanity) it seems like there's not a high turn-over rate at this store either; which speaks volumes about the management team too! Keep up the good work!

Disappointed that on a Friday night 8pm seafood is closed down completely for the night so if you want to pick up some lobster unfortunately there’s no one to help because it’s closed down. 840pm sandwich shop is closing down and here I was thinking you guys close at 10pm
