I guess I should've gone through the drive-through. They were getting those customers out as fast as they were driving in. Go figure!!!

I got a medium ice blueberry donut coffee and they didn’t put no blueberry or donut syrup. It was just unflavored burnt coffee. Looking at the picture you can see they didn’t put any blueberry or donut syrup flavor.

This location is decent. There are times, especially Saturday mornings, where it gets a little hectic and orders are backed up. Most of the time there are coffee "runners" that are listening to your order and start making it (or writing on the cups) while you're ordering. Ordering on the go is my favorite thing, and I walk in and it's quicker than drive thru. Speaking of which, drive thru is always busy in the mornings.
Looks a lot nicer and updated since the renovation. Everyone there is pleasant and courteous.

Asked for ised macchiato. Paid 3.84. Has handed this. When i questioned if it was right i was yelled at. Another iced macchiato made with all milk and a splash of coffee. Why cant u ppl just brew 2 shots of espresso . Another visit good espresso flavor filled with ice

Usually I have pretty good, efficient service. Today however was terrible. I went in for my mobile order and the store was packed - which isn’t always a surprise. I accidentally ordered a small coffee instead of a medium and asked if it was possible to change it, which they did and I was appreciative. I proceeded to wait 10 minutes for my hot coffee and donut, AND my coffee ends up being completely wrong. Normally I would have checked right then and there, but because of the chaos I just wanted out and to get back to work. I was so disappointed when I got back to my office and took a sip of my coffee only to find it was wrong.

We stopped by last Friday. First attempt they forgot an item. Second attempt they got the sandwich’s wrong. The worst part is when I went back to ask them to make the sandwiches correctly I got pretty bad attitude. Needless to say we will be driving further to get our Friday breakfasts at another DD with decent service.

Visit 1. Missing an entire item when bag is handed.
Visit 2. bacon and egg on a croissant with no cheese had sausage instead of bacon and there was cheese. English muffin with turkey sausage, egg and cheese had no sausage and had bacon.

When we mentioned the mistake with employee. Very rudely snatched the bag and made the correct order and threw the bag on the counter with an attitude.

I under mistakes happen but this location has the most inconsistent customer service. Word to corporate: please coach employees up or coach them out.

Will be going to Top Donut with friendlier staff.

Started coming to this location because I was so unhappy with the one closer to me on Lakeview Ave. Sam that works in the morning is wonderful. Always make sure to stir my coffees so all the gunk doesn't stay on the bottom. Always pleasant and that's really all I ask for. Haven't ordered food and I don't sit in the drive-thru so I can't respond to that but I do want to say specifically that Sam has been great

I worked in the service industry so I never make a fuss when mistakes are made. This is good because this particular location has screwed up literally every single order in some way. This morning the cashier handed me my coffee with the lid loose and spilled scalding hot coffee all over my hand. Then when I asked her to get another one she laughed and said why. The “manager” said I’d have to contact corporate. Still waiting on that refund. Wow

Sun Mar 5, 2023 6.30am walk on the stor. Looks like a storm came thru. The floor and table not cleaned in days. First thing that came to my mind: Who did closing last night.
Then we place an order. Took 7 mins for the young lady to NOT be able to figure out the code to open the cash register. I had to suggest, can the person doing drive-thru charge it?
Management: take care of your store and train your employees.

I'm only giving 3 stars because I feel bad. They mess my coffee up every single time. I've stopped ordering one or if I do I get it black and dress it up at home. The crossaints are always burnt when I order a sandwhich for my daughter. I only go because it's up the street and convenient. The staff are always friendly, though... I'll give them that. I'm sure they're overworked and stressed!

Best in the area. Late night service with clean and well lit area with friendly staff. Cappuccino is always good and better than Starbucks most times. Not very busy at late evenings or night time. Lot of parking. Drive through is good with most menu options at night.

I usually love my experience here every time I go through the drive thru and Cliff is there. He’s super friendly and so calm. It doesn’t matter how much your ordering or how many times you ask him to hold to get the rest of the order from everyone in the car. Today Cliff and Jazz the shift leader were super understanding and helpful when I forgot my wallet at home. I asked Jazz and cliff if I could be right back as they made my order and they were more than accommodating.

This dunks is a joke and the employees there are clueless. They tried to charge me 2.20 for an extra shot of espresso. I catch them trying to rip me off all the time. I only go here because it's 24 hours, otherwise you wouldn't catch me near near this place.

When arrived I was only one there. Manger was at window. She was yelling demands to her employees. Didnt address me just to yell a price I owed. Rushed me away. So customer service is not best. They have 2 windows and did not tell me which one to pull up to and NO one was at either windows to indicate where to go.
Customer service needs little bit of work.

I stood at the inside counter, for 5 minutes. No one waited on me. I went to find someone. I was told no one was working the counter by 1 staff member. By another person I was told she would be right with me. She never did. Very bad 👎customer service.

It's Dunkin Donuts does it really need a review. However, too much ice in the ice tea and only six hash browns in an order. Tip, if the tea is fresh brewed and still hot, pack the cup with ice. If the tea is room temp or less, fill the cup halfway with ice.

They sold me a coffee it tasted nasty asked manager for a refund she said I can't do that but I can give you two donuts if you give me the coffee so I got to donuts after paying about 4$ for a coffee that they messed up . Took donuts home I save them for the next day then after i eat one i got sick what are they doing down there to there customers?? If you make us sick and or mess up are coffee or do something to food we will not shop there anymore. Stop selling stail donuts throw them out and sell fresh stuff. They save the fresh shipped donuts and give the customers donuts from days ago . Wile they do that the fresh donuts are going old .
