I asked for my receipt to contact someone and they told me it couldn’t be retrieved… which is totally false because I’ve worked at a Dunkin before. This place needs a whole new team, the atmosphere appears to be toxic and made multiple customers uncomfortable.

Got a wake wrap today and it was burned and missing a piece, I went back waited 15 minutes to speak with someone about and the manager was very rude, you’re not doing me a favor you’re doing what I paid for what Dunkin’s promote, I’ll never go back, I wish I could remember her name.

Man they just can't get their coffee right. I don't know if it's well water or rusty pipes but 🤮 I live very close to this location instead I'll keep driving 15 minutes further to bridge st in dracut DD. I've spoke to manger numerous times over the years about the taste.

Coffee is really good typically I get a carmel swirl. I go about three times a week and as of recent the bagels have been burnt. I would recommend to ask them not to be burned or crispy.

This is the WORST Dunks in the area! Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes. Only ine cat ahead of me, hadn't even ordered yet. The workers were just chatting with each other inside. Finally got the speaker, waited 5 more minutes. Had to yell hello a few times then got an attitude at the window. The coffee is never made right here and the employees are rude and ignorant.

This white girl in that drive-through has the worst attitude towards customers. I’m a regular customer there, and every time I go there, she either makes me wait for 15 minutes for my order or tells me to go back around after waiting. Then she proceeded to laugh at me with her coworkers. Saturday, 10/7/23, and this is the last time going there. Dunkin, please do better with your employees.

This service at this Dunkin' Donuts, through the drive through the woman, taking the orders is awful. She sounds like she doesn't even like her job. If you don't like your job, lady, get rid of it. Go somewhere else. The attitude sucks and I just left there. It's 12:05 PM. Today is Monday. November 18th, and to let you know, there was a manager that handed me my coffee cause he was wearing a blue shirt. He should take care of the problem.

I mobile ordered food, and was told they do not cook food at this location sometimes. I asked for a refund and was told they were unable to do that. I contacted support who had the franchisee reach out to me. He told me to print out his email and bring it to his staff so they could "fix the drink order". Probably never using this location again.

More then once I go there, if I go to the drive through get on that big line wait for my turn to find out store does not have ice. Started ordering ahead go in out of ice, no manager at the store can not get a refund. Everyone so rude and manager never to be fund. Its a disgrace this place, management needs to go. 1373 Lakeview. Worst Dunkin around, always horrendously slow, always get the order wrong. Get rid of your staff and start over, these people don't deserve the wages being advertised outside. Everything is premade, they literally just press buttons yet somehow everything is still made wrong and takes forever. They are also rude most of the time. Won't be back, this place deserves zero stars.

Disappointing... I tried giving it the benefit of a doubt but I was even more disappointed the second time. First off, they got my order wrong. I explained in detail what I wanted and got something completely different. Unfortunately I paid for the coffees before they gave them to me. When I had requested a refund they said "the manager isn't here to give a refund," so they asked me to come in the next day. I did... no manager again. I called and called and still "no manager" so I paid for coffees that I never received, money that I never got back. So this place pretty much robbed me. The guy who was working that shift was nice, the young girl taking orders through the drive through was rude. Horrible experience. If you want a good experience going to Dunks, do yourself a favor and visit the other Dunks down the road. This deserves a zero.

Definitely needs new management!! Coffee was so burnt, had it remade & still disgusting after being there for an hour I just had to throw it out & not get one thanks for wasting my hard earned money.The price of coffee is already high enough and now to have them charge extra for the flavor is ridiculous. The entire crew of little kids working were to busy chatting amongst themselves or on their phone to wait on customers so the lines were outrageous. People spend too much money at Dunkin donuts to have to deal with that

Great place food was amazing best dunkin I've been too the sausage egg bacon and cheese on an English muffin was absolutely delicious the employees where polite and the service was fast the coff was extraordinary I had a medium iced hazel nut with extra cream and five sugars it was brewed to perfectly also the establishment itself was clean and welcoming I would definitely recommend stopping by and grabbing a coffe if you in town five star rating will definitely be back..

Like to use the app to order my ice coffee before I go to work since I don't have much time, but every time I order from here it skimpy on something, If I order Xtra caramel I usually can't taste it hardly, and recently I started trying almond milk but they don't put hardly any in!I wouldn't mind so much if I wasn't being charged extra for both these things,but I find myself very disappointed when I pay over 4 dollars for a coffee that doesn't even taste good at all.Im sure I will eventually stop trying all together before to long but I really love the caramel unfortunately!

Worst customer service I have ever had at this location. Whoever the girl is working the drive up window needs to get some people skills before working with the public. She rushes you through your order then you get to the window she gives you half your order and says all set. No you forgot 3 things and with the nastiest tone says hear ya go. On Monday June 28th around 6:00pm I ordered 6 Boston cream Doughnuts. That day was 95 degree All my doughnuts were all together sticky on a small paper bag. I had to literally touch all of them to just get only one. It was a really bad way to give the Doughnuts.

Somehow you can order the same beverage at this restaurant and receive a different drink everyday. The service is ridiculous and it clearly needs to be restaffed as I’m constantly given less pumps and espresso than I order. Cappuccinos are rarely blended and the effort put into their beverages is phenomenally lacking
