It’s a medium ice mocha xtra light no sugar!! It’s not a difficult drink! I was t rude and didn’t say anything but I’ hope they find new hell because I won’t be back any time soon! And I’m sure I’m not the only person whom feels this way either

Just went there for a coffee and muffin. The coffee was fine but the guy at the window had no customer service. Gave me a dirty look when I even looked at my coffee. And when you open the window to hand me my card he yelled at his coworker, WHAT! Instead of saying something like have a nice day or something like that. It's not even 6:30 in the morning yet, maybe try smiling

This message is for the owner . I was so happy when this first opened because it was in the perfect location on my way to work. Unfortunately it is extremely poorly run. There is never decaffeinated coffee made especially in the morning. I have to go inside instead of through the drive-through to ask for it because every time I do it's never made and have to wait. It is also not clean inside. It's Disappointing because you are in such a great location. Please take the time to improve your business.

If I could give 0 stars I would and I usually don't post reviews but i have to say that this is the worst dunkin donuts ever. I have been a long-time dunkin donuts customer. When this dunkin donuts opened in dracut a few years ago, I was so excited that there was one so close to my house. I was sadly disappointed. The coffee is terrible and on several occasions when i order food, i am told that they are not serving hot food at the moment. What is more infuriating is that i will wait in the drive thru line for 10 minutes and then when I get to the order speaker i am told no food. They should at least post a sign in the drive thru. This is not an isolated incident. I have tried to order bagels everyday for the past 5 days and I am told that they are not serving hot food. Unbelievable.

Older manager was screaming at her employee, could see tears in employees eyes . Was a young girl don’t think that is appropriate especially in front of customers. Feel bad for the workers there . Decaf coffee always cold . Wouldn’t go there workers never look happy and manager is a verbal abuser to her employees.

Absolutely disgusting behavior by the vile employee who thought it was appropriate to cuss and speak like a street walker in front of my children with her delinquent friends. Then, when the issue was brought to the manager, nothing more than a shoulder shrug and a quiet "I'm sorry" was all that was given in response. Abhorrent behavior to the fullest! The owners of this Dunkin should be ashamed of themselves for hiring such disgusting trash as employees. Would give 0 stars if possible!

The kids working there aren't paying attention to what customers are asking for. We went to pick up an on-the-go order which had 2 drinks with our sandwiches, When we arrived, the kid at the window just handed us a bag with the sandwiches and said we're all set. When we told them that the order was incomplete, he proceeded to tell us that the particular drink we wanted wasn't available. They could have told us that when we got to the window....worse location ever. Do they even have a manager on site???

Today, me and my mother went in to get a dozen donuts and three coffees and some bagels with cream cheese. The music was so loud the workers were so loud I asked the worker told her I could not even think because the music was so loud if she could turn it down, they are all fooling around joking, yelling when you walk in it is like walking into a club anyways, I could not stand to be inside. I got my dozen of donuts and my three coffees and they forgot to give me my bagels. I was already on the highway when I realized that we did not have them so now I spent money and did not get all of my order please do better.

Their store hours are stated as 5am to 7pm. I placed a mobile order at 5:53am. When I arrived at 6 they were still closed...should not be able to place mobile orders if the store isn't open.

Omg this dunks is the best . I'm loveing it daily. Everyone is so friendly . The other day there was 2 really nice guys painting some vent things in the ceiling and they were so kind to me and my friend . It's a good feeling knowing there are caring people still out there . Keep up the great work .

Placed a mobile walk in order. The doors are locked and their making you go through the drive thru. I didn't have time to wait in the drive thru.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Dunkin seriously needs to rethink their management team here.

Slowest/Worst run DD I have ever had the misfortune to go to. Every morning they take a least 5 minutes to respond to the drive-up order, then another 5 at least to give you the order at the window. Free donut day on Friday the doors were LOCKED, and the drive-up was packed!!

Charged for four drinks instead of two. Refused refund because she 'wasn't a manager' (young black lady). I said that's fine just make up the difference in donuts.. got handed a bag of donuts.. very poor customer service.

This is the second time, the order was $3.78. The Manager, Mitchell told me they couldn't make it because the online order was in a Nearby Dunking Donut. So Rude. Unprofessional. Never going back.
8 months ago, I went here to pick up an online order but the order was in the other Broadway location. It was just a $3.00 coffee but instead of making it there and calling it a day, they gave me the directions to the other Dunking Donuts on Broadway. They asked me to show the order but couldn't make it there.

I'll spare you my sob story about not getting my Latte because the machine was being cleaned in two separate occasions and running out of popular menu sandwiches. Therefore, I did not get anything from this store in two separate occasions and can't fully give it a one or five star review.
So I struck out the only two times I have stopped here and now I just go somewhere else.
I am sure they are trying their best.

We came to this Dunkin donuts ordered 2 sandwiches made wrong 4 different times and they had the nerve to yell at us and be nasty. The one sandwich we did get was cold and disgusting. I cannot believe how rude and terrible the workers were to us because they made the mistake. We were getting yelled and and harassed by multiple staff members like it was our fault they couldn’t make the sandwiches correct. We offered to pull over when the manager yelled at us to leave and just take our money back even after we were so nice and patient with them. Never in my life have I been treated this badly by any fast food restaurant . Do not go here if you want good food and good customer service.

I went inside to try and pick it up and ended up just leaving because they weren't even taking drive thru orders because they only had two people working inside and one of them said "were to busy inside to take drive thru orders". That is a quote from one of the two people that were working inside.

Unprofessional and actually DANGEROUS. I once sat in the store and listened as one employee said " shoot we are out of (say French Vanilla), what should I do? And the employee that was there longer said " just give him (something else), they will never know the difference. I then heard the drive thru employee singing the Rolling Stones " Your cant always get what you want" as that customer drive away. I have seen them make up prices, etc. My kid has peanut and soy allergies. Not only is it unprofessional but it's dangerous if they dont take this more seriously. There is another Dunks 3 miles up the road and a different one 3 miles down the road. Its not worth stopping here.

This place is terrible. Literally will never stop here again. I have given this place way to many chances. 1st time they handed me my large ice coffee black with sugar...this ice coffee literally looked like watered down tea! It didn't even smell like coffee. The next time made mine and my husband's coffees wrong. I'm sorry but black 9 sugars and regular with caramel swirl is not hard by any means! This last and final time I ordered 2 bagels and asked for the cream cheese to be put on them since I was driving my son to school, the girl said okay no problem. Well apparently it was a big problem because they didn't do it! So annoying. Won't return to waste my money here.

Here is a real review. Been meaning to write this for awhile, but today was the breaking point. I live right up the street. My wife and I were excited to see that there was going to be a Dunkin Donuts going in that vacant lot. We watched the entire construction process, as we travel by there every day. It was going to be great, because for us it was the only Dunkin Donuts we pass before our hour and 15 minute commute to work down 93.

MOST OF THE TIME HAS BEEN A DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. Between my wife and I we've gone there about 40-50 times. It's just too convenient. More than 50% of the time we either receive the wrong order, the coffee is undrinkable (burnt), or we wait way too long for no apparent reason.

I don't want any free items, no coupon, no free donut, nothing. All I want is for management to put some quality checks in place. Verify the orders, taste the batches of coffee, streamline the service. Train, train, train!… Thanks.

This Dunkin‘ Donuts is a very respectable establishment. I have only been treated with the utmost respect, especially by the young man with the beard named Matthew. Not only does he do a great job making coffee but he does even better job fixing cars. My Car had a flat tire and this young hero came out and replaced it for me as I was having trouble. I rate this Dunkin’s 10/10 and I will definitely come back.

This specific Dunkin' Donuts location has the "new concept" layout just like the one located at 588 Washington St in Quincy. I like the presentation of the food and service counter, but the food/drink is what you would typically see at a Dunkin' Donuts.

Second time here and super slow service... I know it's new, and they are probably training employees. So if it gets better (if I keep coming) I'll update it.

But it's so slow it's honestly pathetic. I'm the only vehicle in the drive thru and I've been waiting 5 minutes without anyone asking me a thing I said "hello?" And they asked if I could"hold on" they just took my order, and there are 2 cars in front of me waiting at the pick up window. They must have been here for even longer Total of 3 cars and doesn't seem like hardly any, if anyone customers are inside. It's taking 10+ to get a coffee. Pathetic this is not "fast food"

Update: after waiting 10 to 15 minutes... I gave up. I will go to the Duncans 3 minutes up the street LOL they aren't much better but they aren't this slow... They just always mess up orders
