Just ordered a decaf tea at the drive thru received a coffee.
Went inside to get it fixed and received another coffee with a tea bag in it.
Only one employee, who didn't wait on me, inquired as to why I was sill standing there and said sorry.
However, the female employees of which it took three, yes three, to make a simple cup of tea neither said sorry for the inconvenience or thank you.
As a matter of fact one rude witch even acted as if it was me bothering her! All the while my family's waiting in the car.
And... the place was dirty and full of flies.
No class in this Dracut Massachusetts establishment.

Went through the drive thru the lady at the window was nice but my coffee had wayyy too much cold foam. I was in a rush and the drive thru line was slow so I didn’t ask for them to fix it. I work at a dunkins too and if I put this much cold foam in a customers drink my boss would have yelled at me

THIS IS THE WORST DUNKINS IN DRACUT!
Every single time I go here, which isn’t the often because I deliberately try to avoid this one, I’m paying for nothing but hot water in a cup. They need a course in how to make coffee obviously.

They also just had a new employee working the drive through. She was obviously struggling. When we got to the window there wasn’t even another employee in sight. Terrible management if you ask me. It’s more than worth the extra two minutes to just drive down to Bridge street dunks.

Dunkin Donut’s isn’t a 5 start restaurant but with that being said. There’s an exponential drop in quality of food, if Dunkin’s regular quality is usually mediocre, then this place is outrageously bad in comparison. Everything’s made poorly and as of lately, has been tasting older and more stale than usual. New service hires are unprofessional and rude.

They always mess up my order every time!! I ask for bacon I get sausage I order medium get a small it’s insanely ridiculous. Just now I waited at the counter and no one took my order for 10 minutes even though I was first in line and the drive through was empty. When someone finally took it they sold me a bacon egg and cheese croissant but were out of croissants so I had to go with a plain bagel and after waiting 5 more minutes a worker walks out and and tells me while chuckling like it’s funny that they had dropped the last plain bagel and if there’s anything else I would want instead. I didn’t even want the bagel that’s one an English muffin is extremely small compared to what I had purchased 2 and 3 it took half of my 30 minute break for them just to mess up I hadn’t even gotten my drink yet at this point. The worker gave attitude when I requested a refund like I was crazy. IM sitting here with no food now writhing this with the little time they left out the 30 mins I thought was enough. There’s countless Dunkin’s within 5min of this area you are one million percent better off going to one of those and that’s on god.

I come to this Dunkins 4x a week. Clean location (including bathrooms), friendly staff, and fast drive through (when I do use the drive through). Staff never fusses over my random requests and they are always well staffed. Parking spots are large and easy to get in/out of, for those who go inside. Amble seating if you want to drink your coffee there and it never seems crowded when I go. I choose this Dunkins over others (for reference)

I went through the drive-through because it’s supposed to be fast not only did it take two cars in front of me forever to get through, when I got to the window the man gave me the wrong order AFTER I told him it wasn’t my order Then I look in my bag and my food isn’t all there, so I go inside to have them make it for me and the man played on his phone for five minutes before even making my food. I usually love this dunks, but this shift was not it. The lady was rude to me over the speaker when I tried to order my food and The sandwich I ordered only came with one piece of bacon. DO YOUR JOB ITS NOT THAT HARD.

I work nearby so I frequent this location often. The staff who work here are always beyond rude. I place an order through the app for walk in and wait 10 minutes so that it’ll be ready on time, and they still wait till I come in to make the order, which defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead of time.
They never acknowledge me when they walk in and only respond in grunts and eye rolls. Terrible service and they always make the drinks wrong.

ordered an ice frozzen coffee, first I waited 25 minutes for my coffee and then it tasted just like ice, the crew told me to give it up and they were going to make another coffee that tasted just as bad or worse, and it also took 10 more minutes making it in In total I waited for more than 45 minutes and in the end I left without my favorite coffee, the worst of the experiences.

Not a pleasant experience today… Normally it hasn’t been an issue but today was not good. I ordered a Turkey sausage sandwich and they put regular sausage on it. I brought it back as the person I ordered it for is allergic to the regular sausage. When I drove all the way back the manager said that they were out of turkey sausage. That’s fine but if you run out of something but tell the customer. The manager gave me a refund for it but the frown and attitude that went along with it was annoying. I also ordered a sweet cold brew with cream and once I got back home it had no cream or sugar that I ordered in it… It was horrible and at this point I gave up and didn’t drive back again. Hopefully they get back on track and don’t deceive the customer and pay attention to detail when preparing order.

Most of the time I am in and out with no issue. However, whenever there is a call-out or a manager isn’t present, the staff will close the entire lobby and just focus on drive-thru traffic. They still will accept walk-in orders however, and will look at you and do nothing as you knock on the door to pick up the order you already purchased. This just happened on 8.6.2023 at 8:00am. I had to stand in line and walk up to the drive-thru window to get my order. Not only is that unsafe for your customers, it is also denying those that do not have a car! I shop here pretty regularly and work next door. This is inexcusable. When I asked to speak to a manager the woman at the drive thru window said “Lobby is closed because the manager didn’t bother to come in today.”

Not my problem. You took my money. Give me my food in a safe location.

Every time I come to this Dunkin, they can never make my coffee right like the one on Bridge St. They’re so cheap on ice, it melts quick, and they don’t follow directions on the ingredients asked. The staff are rude too. I come here before work for one decent coffee. SMH.

The elderly woman managing mobile orders was never trained properly. I shouldn’t receive iced espresso beverages full of melted ice and then attempted to charge me for extra ice as if Dunkin doesn’t profit enough. The staff at this store are completely inept.

The food is good at times but the kids there like to take shortcuts in making the food. Its always something with them. Sometimes I have to think twice about ordering hash browns because of them. Sometimes they are cold hard and super crunchy. Forgetting our food, giving me the wrong drink, having no friendliness. Its very aggravating. 1 star service, another star for the taste of the food (sometimes)

Moved to Dracut a few months ago and I have tried this establishment quite a few times. I am so disgusted with their service and unable to fill an order. I have waited over 5 mutes for a coffee only while others get taken cared of. Is Decaf that difficult. The women with the blonde curly hair has terrible customer service and has lied to me twice about giving me decaf when I witnessed them pouring regular coffee. I have been a Dunkin customer for over 20 years but this store is a disgrace to the name!

Horrible establishment. The owner stalks me and the manager stalks me as well. They never make my order correct. When its dead and i go inside i stand at counter for 10 minutes while the employees look at me and use their cell phones in stead of taking my order. The Gildas is rude and he should be ashamed of himself for treating employees and customers like trash because “he has money”. Thats his favorite phrase. My family and I pull up to the drive thru today. I order two coffees and a bacon egg and cheese. The woman taking my order says “would you like 2 sandwiches for $5”. So I turn to my husband and ask him “do you want the 2nd sandwich”. He replies to me “no, I want”..... and before he could finish saying “a plain bagel” the woman on the speaker says “THAT WAS A YES OR NO QUESTION”. Is she for real? I don’t care if my response was 1 or 2 seconds longer than your expectation. Maybe you need to revisit DD university or get a coaching from your manager.

I get a coffee there every thurs. Around 5pm. Same thing every week.same price except today. I ask for a med ice coffee and they charge me 2.88, i ask her why they no longer have the 1.99 promotion between 2-6 and she says well this month we are only serving cold brew. I say only for the month of April and she says yes.Wont be going back till May i guess. Lol

Vary polit crew. i asked for and ice coffee cream and 5 shots of carmel and she repeated it after me when she gave it to me and i drove off there was no carmel in it on the cup it said cream and 2 melted sugar. Had to throw it away i couldnt go back had to be sum ware. But other then that there always good

great service and spotless location. The only thing that was disappointing was the fact they didn't have and Comet candy donuts. This was actually the 3rd location we visited looking specifically for those donuts and none of the other locations mentioned that corporate ran completely out of the candy. Thank God he told us or w would've continued looking. PLEASE BRING BACK THE COMET CANDY DONUTS ASAP!!!

Got 5 coffees from there at the drive thru, I was very polite. As the girl is handing me my coffees I heard another girl inside say "next time come inside". I yelled "WHAT DID YOU SAY?" and they scrambled. I didn't go inside because I didnt want to escalate the situation. When I got home 3 of the flavored coffees were awful. My wife returned with my female cousins and got a refund for the 3 flavored coffees. Learn how to do your job please. It's just simple coffee. The reason I don't want to go inside and interact with people, people are rude and have no manners they're lost.
