Stop having lazy people close your store. Had two of your employees last night deny entry to the store 20 minutes prior to your closing hours. That is absolutely ridiculous.

Staff are always yelling to each other from across the store. There's no music playing so one of the staff decides to sing very loudly for all to hear. The staff are rarely dressed appropriately. I only shop here for the prices now, honestly.

The store is crowded because they try to fit a lot of merchandise in the store. The staff doesn't seem too bright, though: 1 register open 10 minutes before closing and the line was 10 customers deep. There was dust on one of the items I bought and the cashier blew on it.😒 I didn't find what I was hoping to find, either.

They have some cute stuff, tbh... it's shocking. Great place for snacks that you can't really find anywhere else, either. Only downside is it's a little messy sometimes... their paper goods are never stocked, like toilet paper and paper towels. And most of the time one cashier so it takes kind of long time to get through the line... but that's okay.

This place is always a mess! Hazardous bins & boxes out on the floor all the time very dangerous to get around. I try to shop here i just cant do it anymore its disgusting everytime i walk in this store. Near the check out register its boxes and bins stacked on each other at all times!. They cant keep up with putting things out on the shelves.making it so dangerous for customers and not pleasant to look at or an enjoyable environment to shop. They need new management asap!..

This Dollar General is one of the better ones that I have been to. The place is clean, neat, and organized. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. The only thing that I don't like about the Dollar General as a whole, not just this one store, is the fact that some of their stuff can be a little overpriced, especially when they call themselves a dollar store. Thats why, if I have the option to do so, I would rather drive a little further and just find a Dollar Tree. At that store everything they sell is only a dollar, even though they have literally the same exact products as the Dollar General.

Dollar Generals location makes it convenient to grab every day needs and their prices are reasonable. The workers try super hard to keep up with the amount of work they are given when you can clearly see that they are understaffed. Dollar Generals main home stores are not New England based and they expect the 2 to 3 workers they have on staff to keep up with all the needs that a store that size has. I would have given the store an overall 5 star rating but Corporate Management needs to come to the realization that for a store of that size they clearly need more staff. If they keep putting the bottom line profit over short staffing they will continue to have their employee turnover continue.

Cashing out takes forever sometimes theres no associates even at the register ive had to yell is anyone working here. The clothes aisle is horrendous cant find anything in that aisle and sometimes the store closes before closing time, starting to follow suit with family dollar dont rush down for the last 10-15 mins because they won't be open

The supervisor was really rude. Talking about closing clothing aisle if people make a mess...it was a mess to begin with. She took several clearance items off the floor to back cuz the went ringing up correctly. Also not all sales in other GD were here.

The woman who I assumed was a manager has a terrible attitude and is extremely rude.

She was talking about me with her coworker while I was checking out with her. Then she made a remark about how she hates people like me who use the app and there is a mistake because it affects her bottom line. The app is the problem and a customer should never be blamed for a problem the app has. Also if she has a problem she should have spoken to me instead of passive aggressively making snide remarks.

I will never go to this location again.

Dollar General in Dracut, Mass. is a weekly must go-to for our family. The amount of money I save is substantial and makes the trip across town worthwhile. With the exception of one individual, all employees have consistently gone out of their way to be helpful each time I've shopped there. I would highly recommend this money saver to anyone.

Diapers I bought we're priced as ten dollars.My bill was for 24 dollars. You need to check that rack and put the correct pricing on Pampers.
