Today I've never felt more disrespected, while getting my coffee i heard 3 of the kids working inside mock and make comments about me and my hair. They thought i couldn't hear them because the drive through window was closed but that was not the case. I don't really enjoyed being made fun of while I'm at my local coffee spot and the GM/manager will definitely be hearing about this one. Sucks cause i really enjoy this place but will not be coming back

Good donuts and many other options. Croissants, bagels, muffins, chicken salad, eggs on your sandwich, and more... Also many coffee flavors to choose from. They are visiting the area and have already been back twice ; ) Worth the stop.

Super friendly staff and about as quick as you can get for fresh, piping hot and delicious breakfast sandwiches. I barely had a chance to put my card away and snap some pics before my coffee was ready! Friendly courteous staff too. New fav. am stop on my way in to work!

Best place for donuts and wide variety of fresh pastries. Place is clean with friendly staff. Seasonal flavors like caramel apple and other specialties are available. Tasted the strawberry glazed donuts and it has great and fresh strawberry flavor. Other pastries are worth trying too. Ample parking space and drive through options are very convenient.
Another must try is their chicken salad sandwich, it’s tasty fresh, and supersize for just 6.50$

I stopped in one morning for a cup of coffee and a Donut. It was very easy access in and out onto route 110. They have a spacious drive through. The employees were wearing a mask and service was fast and accurate. The coffee itself tasted "just okay" and the Donut was good.
The inside was very clean and organized.

Heavenly has always been fantastic- perhaps it was the store we went to. The service was great- the product was not.
When I got home with a dozen donuts we dove in. All three of us has stale dry donuts- it was horrible. Not like 1 day old but 2 day old horrible. The special of the week had Lucky Charms on them. Even the cereal topping was soft and chewy- totally gross.
This felt more like a Dunkin Donuts experience. The product used to be made in the store and fresh- no longer seems to be the case. We were totally disappointed.

Great place! Visiting from CT, where Dunkin is my place of choice. But had to give this one a try. Awesome flavorful coffee. Also got a fresh egg and bacon sandwich on a tasty cheddar jalapeno bagel. If you see one on your travels, definitely stop in!

Working in a restaurant isn't easy, but that doesn't excuse the employee for being rude to me.
Please note that if you are ordering donuts at the counter by the dozen, you have to pay FIRST before you make your selections. I was snapped at and treated like I was an inconvenience. I don't mind the process, just the attitude & the way I was spoken to.
I will not be returning to this location. Hopefully whatever had the employee in such a foul mood will get better.

Here's something that did Turned myself off while Viewing they're Pastries ... I noticed that there were flies inside the Display case. Flying side to side landing 🛬 only giving it One ⭐ instead of more.
Price of Coffee and 2 pastries $13.00 ? After today and Viewing the Flies on an off the Donuts and Pastries. I will 🚫 be purchasing anything else there.

Closed 10 minutes early l, place already empty and no cars. Either update your hours online or honor the hours you post.

Energy infusion is more than twice as expensive as the one at Dunkin’s. It’s $10 here, it’s like $4.50 at dunks.

When I think of a New England coffee shop, this franchise comes to mind. Enough locations to be convenient, but not too big that they lose the quality, Heav'nly Donuts earns the name. Prices are fair, coffee comes in an assortment of brewed flavors from hazelnut to Pistachios to blueberry to Swiss chocolate almond with seasonal rotations that never disappoint.
Donuts are amazing but imo the stars of the show are their Breakfast sandwiches and their whopping moist muffins.

On top of that, the ones I've been in foster a great atmosphere and it's not uncommon to see the locals gather to talk about the week in the warm relaxed dining areas.

All in all, money well spent and the reason they are my Saturday morning ritual. 10/10.

Wish I could say it was better. Cake donuts, blueberry and pumpkin, were so dry it was like eating a dried out sponge. Not much better can be said for the glazed.
The iced coffee was so watery it was borderline tea. Overall, first time having Heav’nly Donuts and definitely my last. Also, just for context, I was in the store around 8a so things should have been relatively fresh.

Staff is highly immature and make it an extremely uncomfortable experience. Incompetent worker had to ask me repeatedly what I ordered and when I finally got my sandwiches they were falling out of the wrapper. Don’t recommend.

My first time there a few months ago and im in my 50"s...THIS PLACE IS AMAZING...BUT GET THERE EARLY IF YOU WANT THE BLUEBERRY FILLED DONUTS THEY GO FAST..MY DAUGHTER LOVED THE COTTONCANDY FROZEN DRINK AND THE BAGELS WERE BETTER THAN THE FAMOUS BAGEL SHOP...I WONT METION THE NAME. I love heavnly donuts....they make the best sandwiches and donuts....however this location really needs to get their act together. We were over charged...we waited an eternity at the drive thru and then our order was wrong and this isn't the first time at this location. I've never had this issue at another location.

Coffee tasted burnt. Staff could not get my order correct after 3 attempts. The owner was unsympathetic and appeared annoyed when I voiced my frustration. Will not be returning.

Non friendly service & she forgot part of our order, dry donuts (all of them tasted old), just ok coffee. We are traveling and came here because I don't care for Duncan Donuts, and I like to support local, but Dad's donuts would have tasted 100% better than these.

I swore by Starbucks then I moved to the Merrimack Valley and stopped at Heav'nly.. I stop by every day now with my wife and son. Coffee, tea,j uices and food are all good and the staff is friendly and know your order if you get the same thing every visit lol. They are simply Heav'nly two thumbs up 👍👍

I’ve really tried to love this place since it is so
close and convenient. However each time my coffee has been a major disappointment. Iced coffee is burnt tasting every time no matter the various ways I’ve tried to order is (xtra milk? 1 sug? Cold brew?). Today was the last time I’ll ever go here. In a last attempt to find something decent. I ordered an almond milk latte with an extra shot of espresso it was so incredibly weak-all milk. The only time my coffee has ever been good is when the nice older woman has made it. That one star is for her. Never chancing it again.

Haven't had much luck on the coffee front. Either their iced coffee tastes burnt and off flavor or it is super watered down.
