They were always quick to respond to all my questions and truly went above and beyond to provide the best products and meet my timeframe, even with last minute changes. We own a plumbing business in Dracut. We have been going to Dracut Threads since they first opened. Ann, Rich and Ashley are extremely friendly and ALWAYS accommodate our time frame for our items. They are a family owned business and treat everyone with respect and are always willing to help out. We have had screen printing and embroidering and have loved every item. They also have an awesome retail shop!! Products are high quality and I can say that from experience because of the beating our employees clothes take.

The Team at Dracut Threads is by far a cut above the rest.

One of the best business decisions I made was placing an order with Dracut Threads.

They used my company logo but redesigned the rest of my shirts.

The result was amazing, far more professional in appearance and undoubtedly generated business for us.

The quality of the clothes they use is excellent, everything wears well and tremendously comfortable.

I have placed several orders with them over the years and will continue to do so, I highly recommend the Team at Dracut Threads.

Dracut Threads is a superb family owned and operated company in town. Ann , Ashley and Rich are excellent at their craft and always supply fantastic work. Their attention to detail is truly a display of care for their customers . I’ve been using Dracut Threads for years when ordering customized product for many different sports organizations as well as different fundraisers that I am involved with. I ordered logo t-shirts for my business and they came out great. Ann and Rick offered the total package from helping us design a good looking shirt to perfect printing. Communication was very clear and easy which is important to me. They have a great selection of shirts to print on, every color you can think of in multiple cottons. The prices are great for the quality of product and services you get.

My husband had a sweatshirt made for our wedding, and Dracut threads executed it perfectly! He took the picture of what we were hoping to have done, (my new last name on the collar, and our wedding date on the sleeve cuff), and Ann made it happen. Not only did she make the sweatshirt exactly the way I wanted, she was able to have it done in a super short time period so that I could wear it my wedding night. Thank you so much, Ann! I have been lucky enough to have Dracut Threads doing custom orders for me for years. In the various sports I have been involved in, Anne and her staff have always been there ready and eager to help out. For the last 5 years, the staff of Dracut Threads has gone above and beyond as they have made shirts for my Polar Plunge fundraiser and donated proceeds to the American Cancer Society to support my cause. Great local business , great business partners and great people.

For a shop that advertises great embroidery craftsmanship and years of experience, they won’t take on a custom job especially with their “superior turnaround time”. I’ll just take my money somewhere else.

I'm so glad I discovered this gift shop. They carry a wide array of products; I was able to get holiday gifts for my boyfriend, my son, my son's teachers, a high school friend, and even something for me. They have products representing the local area and the owner indicated that they'll be changing up their inventory seasonally. Can't wait to support this small business again!

My club ordered tank tops from Dracut Threads in 2019. They did not use the University’s official trademarked logo. For the 2020 season, we went to Carbon Colors and had a great experience. She used the correct logo and sent us proofs before printing. The price was cheaper at Carbon Colors and we were treated with respect. When Carbon Colors posted our tank tops online, Dracut Threads emailed my team and asked if we were going to reorder. We kindly responded no. Dracut Threads then asked why we went with carbon colors and told us her daughter saw a post on their Facebook from March 9th. Ann called us out for not using her company. Very unprofessional.

Been doing business with them for years! ALWAYS does a good job and quality work. I've done fundraising for my dad and a family friend both battling cancer, ordering over 1000 t-shirts and the shirts got nothing but compliments! Also have done quick turnarounds for small quantity as i coach multiple sports. Always a joy to do business with!

Dracut Threads is a local family owned and operated business. They provide top notch screen printing and embroidery. In addition to that you can find a Dracut themed gift or locally made product in there gift shop. You will not find better service, quality or creativity any where else. You are treated with respect and professionalism the minute you walk in the door. Highly recommend.

When it comes to local businesses, Dracut Threads is at the top of the list in supporting their local community as well as customer satisfaction. Ann, Rich and the rest of the Morin family and co-workers are always polite, courteous and eager to assist me when ordering for myself or my school teams; no matter if it's a large order or just a couple coach's shirts. At times I often call Ann in a panic that I need something printed in what I know is an unrealistic time-frame, however, she has never failed me! I highly recommend (and often have recommended) Dracut Threads for all your printing/embroidering needs!!

Dracut Threads was Recommneded to us by a friend. My first visit to Dracut threads, Ann( the owner) had already done her homework with looking up our Clubs website, logo, etc. She is a perfectionist and I love that . We are not just an order number, The relationship that We have is more personalized. Happy that we found them . The whole staff is amamzing , and the BIGGEST PLUS..When they tell you that your order will be ready for a certian day..IT IS!!

I've ordered multiple times, and everything always looks great! I've ordered screen printed t-shirts, sweatshirts with embroidery, and hockey jerseys. It's always delivered on time, prices are fair, and staff is very friendly!

Dracut Threads is a great family run buisness, they have been embroiding uniform hats and shirts for my K-9 program for the past 5+ years. The quality of work is outstanding and I always get compliments from other departments and k9 teams. The turnaround time for such quality work is impressive. There is never a job to small or to large for Ann and her team. I don't have to go on about the quality of their work you will see it as soon as you walk through the door trust me. The best part of Dracut Threads is the people that own and run the buisness. There generosity to the town and people is second to none. The amount of donations and charity work they do is what makes this buisness so great. It is heart warming to see Ann and her team care more about quality and giving back to the community and people then caring about money. The hours of the store may say 8-5 but the countless hours they put in when those doors close is admirable. Ann usually has to kick me out because I enjoy being there talking with her and ashley!!! Thanks for all you do Dracut Threads!!!
