The produce here is a joke. I paid $8.00 for organic strawberries just yesterday and after washing them they all had nasty bruising and were squishy. The color washed right off of them. It was so disgusting. I had to throw all of them away. Such a waste. I'll keep going to market basket on Pawtucket Blvd. Better quality produce that lasts.

This place is neat and organized. The staff is very professional and seems to work together for the common goal of great customer service IMO! I usually shop at MB who's prices are somewhat lower by ten to twenty percent.

Store renovations apparently finished. Need to retrain old muscles memory, but I'm sure it will be at least as good as it was in the past. Selection seems as good as ever. Same satisfying shopping experience. I'd say "mission accomplished". Well done.

Nice Supermarket. My Wife and I been going here for years. Produce is very good. They have a nice deli, seafood and steak counters. They are in the middle of remodeling. Counters have been upgraded. Also brought back beer and wine earlier this year.

The employees are lazy so they don't make regular chicken strips because they know if they do they will sell out and they will have to make more . They have only been making spicy chicken strips for about a year now. Two separate times I bought a bag of chicken tenders and they put spicy chicken in the page that's for regular chicken. I can't get thr spicy.

The professionalism of Liz and Kayden K was absolutely horrific. I went to purchase money orders as I have done for the past 2 years every month for rent and the experience I endured was not one anyone should have to deal with. Apparently there’s a “new” policy they just decided to inform me about yesterday even though this was never once mentioned in the past 2 yrs. If an employee is not aware of a policy how is that the customers fault??? I do not work for Hannaford your employees do and should be well aware of any policy you have in place. Only after going back and forth while continually rolling their eyes (Liz and Kayden) did call a manager over. I then explained to him, and showed him the money was already removed from my account. He then looked up the policy and I overheard him tell Kayden the employee to make sure as well as the paper they were reading from was old I believe he said 2003 or 2013. After about 20mins I was provided the money orders with an apology from the manager not the 2 employees. All in all this did not need to happen the arguing the attitude or even Liz continuing to repeat over and over “I’m just a cashier” yea and with that work ethic you’ll never move forward. If you are unsure of something get your manager, ask questions, investigate. Do not argue and give attitude to the customers. Very disappointing as I honestly like Hannaford. I guess I will not be going back there anytime soon.
