Grabbing donuts today and this is what I received. I nearly complain about small things since I have worked for Webster Dunkin’s for a while in the past I know what it’s like but I think this a kind of unacceptable. When I asked for napkins i received only one for this chocolate tunnel I would have go through to reach for my donuts.

Dunking is the least of my favorite donut/coffee shops. Donuts have shrunk in size and taste quality have gone down.

Service is good when you have enough employees and they enjoy coming to work.

I barely go to DD, only when I have a coupon I'll get a pumpkin doughnut or pumpkin drink.

This is the second time I went here around 5am and my order was completely wrong, again! The woman working in the am must not understand English because both my coffees were wrong for the second time. Also who the hell puts oatmeal on avocado toast?!

The front girl was so rude! She rolled her eyes twice! I also work as a cashier at another place (not Dunkin) but it’s common sense not to be rude to your customers!

Went yesterday, I was the only custom at the time of arrival. Not only did they take longer than 10 minutes to make my sausage egg and cheese bagel, they were rude when demanding I pull up to wait. When I get to work I find they gave me the completely wrong order and what they did give me was old and room temperature.
I'm never going there again. I wish I could give them zero stars.

This one is just a drive thru. The people seem ok. They make sure your order is correct. The coffee tastes good. The workers are pleasant. I d go back and have gone back.

This place is awful. If you want a barely warm sandwich and frozen croissant stuffers this is the place for you! Also if you never want the right order they can do that too

When here 2 times and both time they gave me my food burn and the coffee was more cold than a dead body! Then i ask for a fresh food and they said it was fresh , but burn ! Never again!

Just not sure about if they use tap water. Because Dudleys water is undrinkable and has been for quite a long time. It supposed to cause hair loss,cancer and so on. Dudley residence are unable to drink it and this DD is in dudley so it makes me nervous. Very good service really do like DD.

Very nice employees, but the wait is crazy long for a Dunkin. This is on my way to work so I will keep going here, but it takes at least 10 mins just to get my refresher. Dippins up the street is much quicker, but I come to Dunkin for the refresher I get. Bottom line, if you re planning on coming here making sure you leave yourself an extra 5-10 mins to get to wherever you re going

We ordered ice coffee and the last couple of times that we have gone there the coffee had a burnt taste to it.
