You can't deny that a Dunkin run every once in a while is great. I usually get the mango pineapple refresher. This time I asked for no ice, but of course they added the normal amount of of ice. Otherwise I love a Dunkin run every once in a while 😁

Went through the drive-thru this morning (3/11/24 a little after 11am) and the guy was dismissive of me when I asked for melted sugar in my iced coffee (a very common request—I would know, since I used to work at Dunkin’, and rarely get confusion when I ask for it at lots of locations). I thought to myself, “Okay, you can be rude, but you have to earn it—you need to actually do the thing you’re getting annoyed I’m reminding you about doing.” Melting the sugar (putting a tiny bit of hot coffee over the sugar before putting in the ice coffee/dairy/ice/flavor syrup) makes the drink a lot sweeter and gives it a more consistent flavor. So, I pulled up to the window and took a sip while waiting to get my card back. I tasted zero sugar whatsoever. I asked the woman who handed me the drink if there was sugar in it and she said, “Yeah, you wanted it melted, right?” and since there was a car behind me I said yeah and thanked her and left. I figured I’d taste the sugar at some point. I never did. It is impossible that they put sugar in there. I am certain there was no sugar in that drink whatsoever. So my order was rudely acknowledged and then they didn’t even put any sugar in at all. The guy who took my order could be the one who made the drink, since a woman handed it to me, and he was dismissive of me when I asked for the melted sugar, so I bet you he gave me no sugar out of spite. Anyway, you’re probably thinking I have way too much time on my hands to be writing this, but I assure you that if someone is really upset, they can find time to complain! Also I have a pretty easy day today. But yeah, this probably won’t change your thoughts on this Dunkin’ and definitely won’t on Dunkin’ as a whole—but I’ve seen a good Dunkin’ before (NOT the one I worked at), and it’s beautifully managed, and everyone is nice even when it’s busy. This place… it’s crazy—there was literally just me and one other car, and they were acting like I was asking them for ten Boxes o’ Joe. Fin.

Third time in a row this Dunkin donuts screwed up my order.this time I asked for an untoasted plain bagel egg and cheese and I got a toasted raisin bagel burned.also an egg and cheese sausage on a plain bagel and got no sausage. Last week got home with half the order missing. Will no longer come this place.

Does this place even try? Always avoid this place. They always get order wrong. This is the worst dunkin I've ever been to. Out of timing desperation I reluctantly went. Got a cup with a sticker on the inside! Not sure how you dont notice since never worked at one but given their history pretty sure they just are terrible at what they do and dont give a damn.

The absolute WORST Dunkin' in Massachusetts, and possibly the entire northeast. The staff is horrendous and possibly illiterate, especially the skinny manager boy. Super rude, super incompetent, and just generally awful at their job and at being a human being. Worse than 0 stars.

The restrooms were filthy. No soap in the dispenser and no toilet paper. The staff needs to be trained on cleaning. As a former custodian, it is highly important that all staff is trained not only in what to use for chemicals, but in proper sanitizing of all restrooms. Not to mention there was no supervisor there. You couldn't pay me enough money to step foot in this Dunkin Doughnuts.

Have the same drink a million times and never seen them mess it up so bad. Returned and got it even worse. This after they messed up my second drink and offered that we could keep the wrong drink which we kept as we waited a while too. The guy at the door was at least apologetic but nevertheless this DD has always been the worst I have been to. It’s either due to the management for hiring untrained staff or the staff itself. Hours they are open and availability of things is a whole different sad story as well. Needs some serious overhauling. Hope someone is reading this and will help many people.

Very slow. Literally waited +15 mins. I couldn't just leave because I had placed the order the app and I couldn't cancel it. Was late for work. New management ruined it.

Need some work! The indoor area is always close so if you was to pick up your order or just simply walking in you can’t do that a lot of the time because it’s closed off to the public but the app has it that you could pick up your order inside that’s very confusing. Food was nice, coffe was ok

Poor customer service wow... The female in drive thru pretty much was shouting how she felt about the customers in her earpiece out loud where those waiting at the front can hear it all it was bad. She would say no ignore him i already took his order, told the other female at the front to close the door so customers can stop coming in it was awful. Made me uncomfortable actually. It happened on 8/22/22 at 1230pm so y’all can figure out who worked that shift .

Not sure who the younger women were in the morning/early afternoon that were on shift, but they were honestly probably some of the rudest girls I've ever encountered in customer service. Right off the bat I couldn't hear her repeat my order and I asked her to repeat she said, she screamed it back at me, and I'm not even exaggerating. Both the cashier and the girl on the headset were equally as awful. I was honestly shocked! The sign says "under new management". The management and branch owner needs to hire new employees, I'd rather wait longer with better customer service because these snide girls are driving customers out. Never ever again.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. Average wait time is about 15 minutes, they lock the doors so you have to go through the drive through, and they only take one order at a time

If I could give a ZERO I WOULD!! I had the worst coffee of my life from this place yesterday.... should have thrown it out the window!! I ordered HOT COFFEE and it was COLD!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tasted terrible too!!!! I stopped DRINKING DD AND haven't visited a store in over a year.... YOU HAVE LOST A REGULAR COFFEE DRINKING CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. I MAKE BETTER COFFEE AT HOME.

This is the worst dunks in theis area, the absolute worst. One experience out of many: I was in drive through and I forgot my wallet and did not have dd app set up. I said to the drive through person to hold my order I'm coming in to pay. I had my debt card memorized so I just added it to my dd app and walked in to pay for it. I was told by the manager "oh I threw it away it was just sitting there". How can you be this stupid? Nothing but issues here. Do not order here.

Management at this location must have changed in the last several months. The service is absolutely TERRIBLE - leading to extremely long waits and they always get orders wrong. I would always advise visiting a different location.

They rock!!! I go here every day. Now most of them know my order by memory but before I went here daily they still rocked! Always good coffee, always good service and if anything had ever been wrong they were happy to fix it. The manager is a super nice guy devoted to customer satisfaction. The only thing I would change is there is an older woman (shift leader) who I've only ever seen on the weekends that needs a serious attitude adjustment. She's quite rude, abrasive and short with people. Everyone else that works there is awesome!!!

We ordered 2 decaffeinated coffees and after waiting for 10 minutes, lady gave us 1 and stated they are out of decaffeinated one. So we asked if there is any other decaffeinated coffee. She said they don't have it. We requested our money back. She did that and when we were leaving, she said finally they do have other types of decaff...we were so confused with her statement, that we left...

Steve the manager was not helpful in this situation. This voluptuous associate who happens to speak Spanish was calling me crazy while all I asked her for is great customer service. She was nasty and rude. She also spoke about me in Spanish to another associate saying that I am crazy and all I want to do is look trouble. I am Cuban by the way. Very rude nasty and disrespectful people. Dunkin Donuts is my favorite, but you'll never see me at this location ever.

I've only been to this particular location 3 times. This third, and final time they couldn't get my coffee order right. I only ordered ONE coffee. Then approached the counter after I got it and 3 employees just walked by me like I wasn't even there. Never going to this location again.

Not my favorite Dunkin Donuts location. It is in need of some maintenance and upkeep, especially the exterior. The service can be okay depending on the day and time I visit. The one positive is that the quality of the drinks are consistent which is incredibly important.
