The employees here are friendly and helpful. Paul, for one, is always pleasant. The store is clean and well-kept. In the morning it gets a lot of natural light, making it feel very relaxed, not like the typical "fluorescent" feel of a drug store.

There is plenty of parking.

Occasionally waits can be long, probably due to the proximity to the college.

I put a new debit card in with the help of CVS help line. I’m supposed to have my extra care card today and it’s on hold. You made me lose my coupons that I could have used. If this doesn’t get straightened out by tonight or tomorrow I’ll be canceling the card and I’ll go somewhere else

Not sure where all the hate is coming from for this CVS but it’s 24 hours and a big location. Personally I worked here in high school over a decade ago when it first opened so have some affinity for it from that experience. Did the register, stocking, pharmacy ring ups before they cracked down on it. Worked with cool people and it was low stress except for the holidays.

I would just keep in mind that it doesn’t pay a ton and there’s a lot of rude customers in retail.

Been using this branch for almost 10 years . Since I usually shop on off hours it's always clean, well stocked and the staff us helpful and friendly. The pharmacy has been wonderful with all the prescriptions I have, many with different insurance coverage and requirements. The staff is always patient and willing to resolve any snags in coverages. Sometimes difficult to get thru by phone but the volume of people they serve must be incredible. Scheduling vaccine appointments on line a bit tedious but if that's all I can complain about then I shouldn't complain. Good job cvs

I had a problem with one of my prescriptions I called up the pharmacy I spoke to the manager Zack he told me he would get back to me he did he was able to correct the problem with my prescription and I was very pleased with that I believe he went above and beyond to make sure my prescription was whole. I've never had a problem at this CVS I've used a lot of CVS's and I've had problems at almost every single one and this is the only CVS I have not had a problem with until yesterday and the issue is dealt with immediately and in a timely manner if you have any issues with the pharmacy itself I suggest you to ask for Zack and speak to him he knows his stuff. Thank you Zack for your help and I hope CVS does recognize your dedication to their business and I hope they pay you well. And CVS if you're not paying Zack enough pay him more

One area is wide open for usually women's products and it's very well designed. The other area is for food like and other entertaining products which is highly compressed and very uncomfortable. The third area is by the pharmacy which sells prescribed medication supplements and also some over-the-counter drugs. The pharmacy is usually busy. The back of the stool cashier is often closed and the places inadequately populated with people at the register and other people are going to assist you.

CVS has free parking and it's right off main Street which gives it double access doorways. The staff is very helpful. And this is located right in the middle of Andover.

The new self check-out machines are a total nightmare. They almost never function correctly and usually require assistance from a staff member, which completely defeats the purpose. Also, during the daytime/afternoon hours, there is a woman who is either a supervisor or manager that is extremely pushy and rude. Jumps down your throat asking "can I help you?!" in a very unpleasant, accusatory tone, as though she thinks you're loitering or shoplifting. I'm a frequent customer because I work nearby and it's convenient to shop there, but that is literally the only reason. Otherwise, I avoid this CVS location.

I swing by CVS on turnpike at quite a bit because its close to home,They seem to be lacking help though,There is a lady named Joan whos very courteous and helpful that works the register,but I never see anyone else helping her.There is only so much 1 person can do.

UPDATE AS OF 01/29/23 WHAT A SURPRISE SERVER STILL NOT WORKING 01/27/23 Zero stars if I could, what a surprise the server has not worked in 2 days AGAIN, and when I shut off all the auto refills I expect them to be off NOT WITH CVS, the server is always down but lets refill her prescription when she didnt ask for it to be refilled, as of February 1st thank God I am done with CVS

This CVS is running a scam which Ill be reporting to the better business bureau. Multiple times now over months of going there they dont have change for your purchases. Ive not been given anywhere from 35 cents to 3 dollars. It keeps happening. At this point it is obviously intentional. They are running a grift.

Pharmacy has one awesome worker, everyone else seems to be completely worthless. Expect to get monthly prescriptions later and later due to their constant screw ups. 0 knowledge whatsoever.

I had to do a print out for early next day activity and I was searching around the neighbourhood at 8:45ish in the evening for a printer. Went to staples, FedEx, 2 Walgreens and another CVS. None of them was able to help me to print my pdf out. I was so frustrated and was thinking how far out do I have to go to get a printer. Then the staff at this store stopped me and said she will see if anything is possible here. She did it! She helped me to print out my pdf on a photo material paper! She saved me from not being able to attend the event tomorrow morning, which is the reason I drove 60 miles over here today. I was dumb for not asking her name. But I have to say to her- thank you so very much!!! I hope she sees this note here.

Just returned to North Andover after being out of state for a month or so. The parking lot and landscaping is littered with trash and garbage!! This looks like an inner city, not my longtime neighborhood North Andover drugstore. Whats going on in this town town (and in this country) that people now feel they can litter and deposit their garbage wherever they want? And I cant believe the CVS management at this store doesnt immediately send employees (or hire a cleaning company) to go outside and clean up the parking lot every day! Major turnoff. Guess Ill go to the CVS in Andover or Walgreens or any other different drugstore in the future. Sad...

Dan Powers writing this review. One of the worst pharmacy experiences ever. We left this CVS many years ago due to poor service. Returned because my usual pharmacy didn t have our Rx. Still the same poor service. Staff is rude and incompetent - was not familiar with data entry, drug name. Hospital told me they called and spoke with someone who had everything ready. When I got there had to start from scratch. Would avoid this pharmacy if at all possible except to buy lifesavers.

One of the cashiers (Aged)is extremely rude when my wife tried to return covid test kit which was $40 that is extremely high priced. He asked reason of return. My wife said it was too high priced. He sighed. What kind of attitude? I will check his name and report to CVS headquarters.

Called and was told they had covid at home tests in stock. Drove an hour on Christmas eve only to get there and be told they didnt receive a shipment. Incompetent and disappointing.

I found a few bad apples at the pharmacy. They are Rude and inaccurate at best. It s as if they Hate the business. Everyone is under stress, so I tend to give service providers a break. I ll make an exception with this crew, go someplace else and enjoy the experience.

Went for a scheduled non covid vaccine and was informed that vaccine wasn t given there, even though I had confirmation. I asked for a flu shot since I was already there and was told that wasn t what my appointment was for even though flu shots are walk in and I was just trying to salvage an appointment.

Went to get a Shingles vaccine, told I needed an appt. and to make one online. No WIFI at this store. Went home to make an appt. and there is NO option for vaccine other than COVID. Pharmacy staff is rude and Unknowledgeable about their own procedures. *Note there was not one other person there.

Go to a different pharmacy, unless you don t mind excessively long wait times, also having the system refill prescriptions out of order, so scripts expire & the pharmacist will acknowledge the issue, but won t refill. So you ll have to spend more of your time, calling your doctors office asking them to call CVS, before you re able to go wait in line for your entire lunch break to get your scripts.

They are so incompetent here. Everytime I have come here there was some issue. They cant get basic stuff right like asking for birthdays. They do not listen, and it has caused many problems. The pharmacist, Britnney, is rude and unprofessional. The only reason I go here, is because it is the closest CVS drive thru near me.

The pharmacy staff is unprofessional, a pharmacy tech violated a persons HIPPA rights at the drive through window last Sunday, I have attempted to contact the MA DPH however was unable to get through , I will continue to attempt to file a formal complaint, my suggestion to anyone who values their own self worth is to change pharmacies today, what occurred this past Sunday evening was beyond unacceptable, even during a pandemic, and let me be clear - I am a medical professional also working in an elevated stress environment during this pandemic, this pharmacy is unethical and will not respect your privacy

I came in to get some Aleve, i nead it to use the ladys room and they denied me to use it! I never coming in here to buy nothing. I like more the ome in Andover there more polite with there customers and bathroom is all ways open. Bad customer services..i do not recomend it!

If I could give them a zero I would. They always seem to be short staffed and I ve always ended up waiting for at least 45 mins for anything. Ive started going to rite aid and they have the same amount of staff but get things done in 10 mins. If you can avoid this cvs - do it!

Was told a prescription for my 6 year old that she needs would be ready in a few hours , then when I arrived the next day they dont have it , no phone call , waited a half hour for that , was told if you find another pharmacy that carries it we will transfer it , so I did , then waited a half hour on hold to be told oh no they need to call us . Walgreens was like we will do whatever you need no problem . This cvs is useless and very unhelpful.

Unfortunately there is no option lower than 1 star. The store is consistently understaffed resulting in ridiculous lines and waiting times. They frequently claim they never received a prescription from the doctor and when they go into the system its amazingly there. Two weeks ago my daughter had no more refills so her prescriber called in a new prescription on Wednesday. When my wife went on Sunday she was told the prescription was not ready and she would have to come back.. Earlier this month they were out of a critical prescription for me and a week later they still did not have it. My prescriber sent it over to Stop & Shop instead rather than dealing with this place. Today I tried to fill another prescription and got a text message that it was going to be a special order Really? Wow thank you. Oh and for the past 2 weeks Ive gone in multiple times looking for nose saline only to find the shelf consistently empty. Well I guess if you dont have enough staff to fill prescriptions for medication you dont have in stock, you also dont have time to do inventory. Brilliant business model.

customer service is not available at this facility went in to have passort pics taken and was told too busy and am leaving in five minutes - this was a reply to a manager why adverise a sercice and then pass the buck and give look of Disgust to a paying customer guess the customer is the lowest of priorities
