First timer here. Ice cream was good tasted great. Unfortunately I wasn't a fan of one costumer who cut my wife, daughter and I as we waited in line. I didn't want to make a scene as I was holding my daughter. Obviously it's not a reflection of the ice cream shop but when you get treated like that by other costumers, I tend not to return. I'll stick to Carters in Haverhill instead. Thanks.

But I'm rarely really impressed. Today's flavours in my cup, brown sugar oatmeal and double dark chocolate, were both worth savouring.

The lines can be long, but it's worth it. Just wish they had outside tables! Plus you get to watch the cute little planes land at the local airport.

I have gone there many times. I even bought my wedding cake over here for a fraction of what usual wedding cakes cost. The prices considering the quality of the ice cream and gelato a reasonable.

There is outside service during the warm periods. And there's always inside service. Their product has sold in bulk and individually. They are too glad to offer you a sample.

They also have an array of ice cream cakes and ready to go.

There's free parking. Maggie's is easily visible from the road and easily accessible. Today, there was a long line of people waiting outside to order.

I think in this community, there is no second to their products. The times when they are open is fairly convenient to the public.

I recommend products very highly.

We are huge fans of Mad Maggie's. Went to try the S'mores Ice cream. Great Special Flavor for the summer. Marshmallow forward, chocolate chunks and graham cracker crumbles. Yum! Pumpkin Gingersnap is still my favorite. Loads of flavors, high quality product for all tastes.

I used to go to this location for ice cream way back in the 80s and 90s when it was Treadwells. Came back after 20 years and wowza, this ice cream is way better than what I remember of Treadwells! Nice creaminess and interesting flavors, nothing crazy mind you like lilac-infused beetlenut ice cream or the like, which means they focus on solid ingredients and do what they do well. So happy this ice cream location has survived over the years, my fav so far is Mass Mud! Thanks also for letting me do a half/half pint so I can try more flavors!

Ice cream is good. Prices are decent. My complaint is the way they don t compromise when someone wants dairy free. My friend wanted a banana split but with the dairy free ice cream. He was willing to pay whatever extra but they were so quick to say no. They made such a big deal over it my friend no longer wants to return.

4.6 is a good rating. We stopped only because of the name. (Dont judge). The guys working in the back were very funny and gave us some good advice. Since they make their own rootbeer my wife and I had to try the float. Very good float. One of the best Ive had. They give you a lot and the whole bottle of rootbeer that is left. It stayed carbonated till the drink was finished. A lot of people were stopping by while we were there. There service is very quick.

Fabulous location being able to look at the little planes coming in. My family reported their ice cream was excellent but I took a star off because the dairy free ice cream was not great. I always appreciate places having a DF option but it tasted way too much like coconut instead of the black Raspberry flavor I was hoping for. I will try again though since the experience is worth so much to me.

This is very very good ice cream! The soft serve best I ve ever had. The chocolate sprinkles are the REAL DEAL. I only gave 4 stars due to my most recent purchase of a small or single scoop. Even this size is twice as much as a person can eat! I wish there were a $2.00 scoop with a half size cone! L I purchased peppermint stick because the soft serve is shut down during winter, and there was an over abundance of candy pieces. My own opinion, less is more! Notwithstanding, Thank you to owners and staff for a good product!

My Husband and I love Mad Maggies...maybe a little too much. Its a staple in the North Andover community. So much so that it was one of the first places people told us to go when we mentioned moving to the area.
