The place has lots of parking but space can be limited on Fri evenings when it's busy!
The staff are warm and welcoming.
When it's not too busy, the atmosphere is nice.
The food came quickly and was presented nicely, the fish tacos were great.
All in all, a good place for nice meal

We have gotten food from here more than once. It's always delicious, never any issues. When you're in the mood for this type of food, please don't waste your time getting it anywhere else. When you find a place that has great tacos or great burritos, that becomes your place.

I have been to several Mexican restaurants in the Merrimack Valley area and my favorite go to place is Casablanca in North Andover MA! Plenty of parking and once you walk in the decor is of the authentic type of establishment. There is an option for a dining room style experience or head to the spacious bar! My favorite is the street style tacos that come with a variety of protein options. The home made chips and salsa is a huge plus and do not forget to ask for their homemade habanero hot sauce! Margaritas are amazing and best of all the service is top notch!

We actually had a reservation for 15 at another restaurant that told us it would be over 30 minutes late for what was already a later evening reservation. We decided to make a couple calls and Casa Blanca said they could make it work. They were also very full but wow, what an outstanding experience to accommodate us.

The service was truly next level and the food/drinks were excellent.

They really turned a bummer of a night into a great experience. Thank you to the mgmt and staff.

Always gets our order wrong. Specifically ask for no meat a d we get meat in the food every time. I’m assuming the cooks do not read the tickets as they come in.

Terrible service . Literally waited 35 mins to get our order taken. And when we were ready to pay it took another 30 mins for our waitress to come back . This place is under staffed and the staff have no idea what they're doing.

Nothing special. It’s a chain. Service can be slow. Drinks are just ok and a tad over priced. Dont fall for the $18 large margaritas. Not worth it unless you like paying for sour mix. Salsa is watery. Do yourself a favor and drive an extra 5 mins over to Lawrence and go to Cafe Azteca : El Taller. Much higher quality across the board.

My past experience with food at Casa Blanca has been good,but not this time!!

I ordered chicken quesadillas and steak tacos. The quesadillas were good, but the Tacos were awful!!
The food was very disappointing.

Not great. The “Mexico City tacos” were absolutely atrocious, the nacho platter inedible, the buffalo wings gloppy, and the margaritas were too sweet (couldn’t taste the tequila). But the staff seemed nice.

The front staff is incredibly rude. I understand they want to be right, but when they're clearly wrong and refuse to admit it, that's a problem. Calling customers curse words in Spanish is unacceptable. The so-called manager was unsympathetic and equally useless. Basic math eludes these employees, and you have to walk them through the process as if they were first-grade students. Even after you prove your point, they still don't understand or believe you. Stick to table service—the online ordering is a nightmare.

I came with my wife after an extremely stressful day and getting at the restaurant we found out selves with this wonderful hidden jewel. Amazing service great food and drinks awesome atmosphere. Our server "Camilo" has an outstanding customer service all around very attentive and " Jaime the general manager was amazing as well. Like I mentioned before, outstanding customer service. Al principio pedí una sopa de tortilla con pollo, el sabor estaba muy bueno pero esperaba algo más tradicional y no una sopa de Tortilla con Arroz
Y pollo. Pero mi mayor decepción fue cuando le pedí a la mesera inicialmente que me trajera la sopa de tortilla adelante y luego me trajera el Pollo Guadalajara. No me había terminado la sopa cuando ya me andaban trayendo el segundo plato que estaba horriblemente presentado. Al final del día no pude comer el Pollo Guadalajara y tuve que pagarlo. Sinceramente He comido mejores platos y he recibido mejores servicios. La próxima vez mejor pido unos tacos en lugar de irme muy exótico.

This restaurant is a beacon of North Andover. The food portions and flavor are amazing, the fajita burrito was flavorful and well thought out. The restaurant itself was extremely clean and beautifully furnished. The service was phenomenal to top it all off. Camilio M was the best server I have ever had. I felt at home and treated like family. I would recommend this restaurant strongly.

This has always been one of my favorite restaurants due to the food and comfort it brings. Tonight I experienced excellent service by Camilio M. He is a wonderful server and treats you as if you are family. Camilio M made us feel welcomed and provided the best service I’ve received, hands-down. I will be asking for him as a server for the future visits to Casablanca

Pretty sure my Barito came out of a microwave oven. It certainly tasted that way. I've eaten in a fair amount of Mexican restaurants and I have never had a flat soggy Barito anywhere. Needless to say it's "One and done " for Casa Blanca.

PLACE HAS GONE DOWN HILL! We used to frequent this location and each time it becomes more disappointing. Specifically their take out. There has not been a time in the last year where they have given us the correct order & had it hot. The manager is beyond rude when kitchen issues are brought to his attention. What a disappointment!

I was in search of quick lunch while my car was being serviced and this was just the place! It was a cute little bookstore/restaurant that you would miss if you weren't looking for it.
Plenty of seating, Chris,the server was attentive and kind. The food was quick and amazing!
I had the steak fajitas and they were perfect! All I needed was to waste some time at a place that opened early for lunch and I ended up finding a hidden Mexican gem!

I know Mexican food is subjective. We really like Casa Blanca. It is our neighborhood Mexican go to. The food, service, and drinks are great. The atmosphere is good also. It can get a little loud on a Saturday night. That is the sound of people enjoying themselves.The prices are very reasonable. This is a small chain. However they are not all the same. I have been disappointed at another location. This location is worth a trip.

Out of all the Casablancas around Massachusetts the one in Andover not only have the best food but the most options. Staff is great too and they have a bar if your interested. Also two levels of sitting so your usually never waiting. Great food come here like twice a month :)

Pleasantly surprised! Delicious entrees, soup, and drinks, nicely decorated and clean atmosphere, ample parking, great tucked away location off 125, honestly only downside is the music could be lowered slightly.
