There was 1 time the order was a little short we took pictures & showed next day. He told us we should have bought it back. Parking: Parking is fine. You just have to be careful along St if you have to park there ( I doubt u will) its along rte125 North Andover.

I work at the Amazon across the street from Jimmys. I heard great things and was really craving some pizza. I popped over on my lunch break and I was not disappointed. The atmosphere was great and the food smelled even better. Everyone was nice and friendly and the pizza was fantastic. I see many lunch breaks at Jimmys in the near future!

Not sure what is happening with this place, but no longer impressed. The problem I have is the fact you only get one size. sub and fries. While its ample, I end up throwing away most of a sub and definitely the fries because its too much for me. I asked why and was told that it was easier for the cooks to only deal with one size. What?? Anyway, havent ordered fries there for the last 4 or 5 visits because its a waste of food and money. Now the subs, last time the steak and cheese was so salty ended up throwing it away. Today, I ordered a pepper and egg, and again something not right. Dont know what it was, but I ate some and threw the rest away. Ordered Onion rings, and while good, had to throw the remainder away because there were too many as again, only 1 size. $23.00 in the garbage. Today, will be my last order!

My husband and I get take out here often. I felt it was time to give these guys a review. On this occasion we got the chicken roll up and the black bean burger. Everything is always fresh, hot, and delicious. The gentlemen who own it are always very nice when you come in. Sometimes you have to let those know when they do a great job ! Good Italian subs. Different than average Italian subs. Lettuce and herbs they use give it a unique flavor. Pizza is ok but the crust to me is awful. Too thick, dry and bland. Have not tried anything else to give a better review. Over all not a bad spot. Its clean and they use uber eats and others.

New customer at a new job orders min 3 times a week and worst customer service ever. Nick was very ruded argumentative. I didn t deserve the way I was spoken to over salad not coming with my chicken kabob dinner. I m irate about this experience again. Nicks words you don t have to eat here if you don t want to I did want to, until mistreated. I m a very fair woman & just asked that communication with orders are clear.

Steak tips are great for take out. Stuffed crust pizza is a delicious delight as well. Curly fries are the best around in my opinion. So far everything Ive had has been a nice uptick in quality from recent experiences elsewhere. Just a shame they close eariler on GrubHub.

I used to love this place but the past few months I ve have not so great experiences. One time I even have a delivery take 2 hours and I tried calling numerous times to get an update but nobody picked up so I had no idea if I was still getting my food delivered! I ve also now had a few times where they got our pizza wrong so when we go to pick up, we have to wait way longer but they don t tell us that ahead of time until we ask. I know everyone has off days, but I m tired of it not being communicated to me when I have to wait way longer than expected for the food. Tonight the pizza they got right wasn t even cooked all the way, the dough was still gooey and all the cheese with toppings came completely off in one piece. Also, I don t think they even care of about hygiene. One guy making pizzas was touching his phone with gloves on and then continued to make pizzas with the same gloves. Gloves don t stop contamination if you touch everything with them and also the food. Most people were not wearing masks or wearing them half way. The guy wearing gloves and touching everything also wasn t wearing a mask, sneezed, and continued to make the pizza. Pretty gross.

On two separate occasions I had to wait almost 45 minutes for a steak and cheese sub. The line cook was on his phone the first time and I was given a refund. The second time the same lazy cook spent 20 minutes talking to friends while my food burned on the grill. Never going back again. Hid give zero stars if I could.

Positive: Delivery was on time (actually early) and order was technically correct. Negative: Sloppily piled on toppings. Crust was soggy, and you couldn t pick up a slice without the toppings sliding off. Didn t include bleu cheese dressing with buffalo wings.

Always order from here normally for pizza, however today Saturday night, placed an online order as usual..pizza was burnt, and Id ordered chicken fingers with honey BBQ sauce..got sweet chili sauce instead, and only half of a container on the side. Haven t even had the food yet since our delivery has taken nearly two hours...I ve been trying to call for over an hour and cannot get through (tried 15x) which is why I m giving it a 2. I even drove there to see if they were open, which they were and appeared busy, which I get but cmon 2 hours for delivery less than 3 miles down the road!! My wife s from the area and said the foods solid so hoping she s right lol....

7/6/20 I ve been a long time customer ordering at least twice a week and having it delivered. Today I went there and ordered my food to bring home since I was out. Lets just start with the delivery guy who was not wearing a mask and behind the grill. The everyone else had masks and gloves on. I saw the cook wash his hands with sanitizer and offered the delivery guy some also, he refused the sanitizer, not once, but TWICE. I asked him where his mask was and he said he didnt need one and that he was six feet away. He was behind the grill while I was there and walked behind the counter and picked up an order off the cold sub station literally two feet in front of me. I immediately asked for my money back and canceled my order. Sorry to say, but Jimmys lost a loyal customer tonight because of an ignorant delivery driver. COVID-19 is real people.
