Called to order two salads for pickup. The lady who answered was very friendly and “peppy” which was a pleasant surprise. Was quoted about 20-minutes but I arrived sooner. The same peppy lady greeted me, I paid and waited about 5 minutes before walking out with my order of roast beef on a Greek salad and grilled chicken kabobs on a regular salad.

Both salads were great, chicken was tender, roast beef was cooked medium rare and also very tender, veggies in the salad were fresh. Prices were reasonable.

The only negative comment is when I walked in, they had a toddler sitting on a booster seat which was placed on the front counter and she was being fed. It appeared to possibly be the owners child. It just seemed a little unsanitary since they were handling open containers of food all around.

Otherwise, we were happy with the food and service.

Went here for the first time today. The menu is huge. This is my new favorite place for roast beef. The beef was piled high and rare. If you do not like it rare, not sure if they can accommodate you. However, you can ask, if they can do it I am sure they will do anything they can to accommodate your request. But, everything was hot and tasted great. Given the price of everything going up, it was also a good value. I will be visiting this place again.

I've had a grilled chicken sandwich it was good besides the tendons- there were a few. I've had many beefs- if it's busy- they're great. If not I've had some real macerated meat slurry in a myoglobin baths that come on a blood bun that's nearly inedible.

Last year I worked up the street on an apartment project and I ate here quite often. The food is great, staff is great, the young lady at the counter is friendly and quick. I dont know what it is about North Andover, but all of their beef spots are off the charts. I found a list of dozens of beef spots to try in the North Shore, and the other day I drove by Nikis on my way to another spot, so I decided Id stop in to Nikis the next time I was in the area. Well, today I was in the area again, so I stopped in...and wow! One of the best super 3-ways Ive ever had! I got a slice of cheese to eat while I waited and I overheard another patron raving about how good his beef was, so I had high expectations. Whoever created the list that Ive been checking off needs to update it, because Nikis wasnt on that list and it should be. They put a lot of the other places that Ive tried to shame. What a wonderful beef!

Surprisingly excellent North Shore Beef. Ive heard a lot of good things about Nikis, and with everyone having their favorite local spot, this one turned out exceeding any expectations of what people call a good beef. The meat is cooked perfectly pink with a good sauce to mayo ratio and a crispy griddled onion roll to tie it all together. The onion rings are done the right way, thin and crispy. Well worth the visit. Try it out if you havent. You wont be disappointed.

Went here for the first time today. The menu is huge. This is my new favorite place for roast beef. The beef was piled high and rare. If you do not like it rare, not sure if they can accommodate you. I went to drop off a friend and it was a ride back home. I love Roast Beef Sandwiches. I see Nikis off in the distant on my route home. So i dropped in. Im very happy i did. The super roast beef on onion roll is exactly that. Huge. They dont skimp and i was pleased ñ, i ordered it the only way, 3 way, and it was not much but just enough messy that i smiled. I was going to save some for later but i devoured it all in the parking lot. Good folk, and definitely worth the stop.

Went here because we were hankering for a Boston style roast beef sandwich and Harrison s is closed on Mondays. Sandwich is the real deal and fries were generous and good. Warning! If you like the classic sauce that goes on a Boston beef order it on the side. Ours came drenched. Counter staff left a little to be desired and charged us $2.50 when we asked for tap water. She did remove the charge (and our cups!) when I objected. Rest room floor was sticky and they were out of TP. On the sandwich alone review would have been 5 stars. *Update 12/23 New owner welcomed us. Counter staff was pleasant and helpful, huge upgrade over our first visit. They seem to have not changed anything except that which needed changing. Kudos! Give them the 5th star!

Update: I changed the review from 1 star to 5 stars since they have new management and my situation happened a few years ago. Thus, it is only appropriate to give different management the benefit of the doubt. I wasn t planning on leaving this comment, but I was looking for food to eat and saw this came up on the search. It reminded when I was in college I was looking for a job and the manager (who might have also been the owner) called me for an interview. He interviewed me from behind the counter as if he was taking my order and didn t bother to sit down with me. He asked about my work experience in a restaurant and then asked me where I live and when I mentioned I lived in Lawrence he didn t want to continue talking to me. I looked at the other employees as I was shocked that living in Lawrence would make me unqualified to wash dishes. The other employees just stayed silent as if they were afraid to speak up. I m not accusing the owner or manager of anything wrong as I cannot read his mind or intentions, but things like this make you feel like racism still exists.

The roast beef melted in your mouth. The combination of horseradish and spicy bbq sauce was so perfect. I hardly chewed I was eating so fast. Some of the best roast beef around. North Andover seems to have a lot of good beef locations. Nikis has a three-way calzone and I was excited to try it. Its good but the three-way beef is significantly better. They know how to make their sandwiches. I cant say Ive tried anything else though. I go exclusively for the super three way and fries.

Ordered from here twice - the first time I ordered a buffalo chicken sub that came with no buffalo sauce, not great. I heard good things about their roast beef so I decided to give them a second chance. I ordered a Roast beef sandwich with cheese and extra BBQ sauce.I received a plain roast beef sandwich with absolutely nothing on it. Anyone who enjoys beefs knows that this is basically inedible. I called and nicely asked for a refund but they refused to give me my money back. Instead they wanted me to drive back 15 minutes to pick-up a slice of cheese and a side of BBQ sauce. Told me next time just tell me what you want! - I dont even know what that is supposed to mean, as my order was correct on the ticket and I clearly stated that I wanted a refund. I never review anything but felt the need to because this place is an absolute joke. Avoid spending your money here.

Ive had their subs and some of their dinner plates and all are good. Im picky on my pizza and its the only reason they dont get 5 stars also their not open on sundays which on the weekend is when i would buy from an establishment such as this, but I respect their decision. Over all good food.

My boyfriend has known this place for a few years and he introduced me to the food here last year (2021) and it was amazing AT FIRST. After eating there for a couple months last year, one day my boyfriend and I started to feel ill, our stomachs were upset, and we had the runs after having Veal Cutlets. My bf suspected the cook who just came out of the bathroom after we order our food, made our veal cutlets and did not properly wash his hands. My bf and I decided to take a break there for a very long time and decided to come back in February 2022. When we went, there was different staff and once again, we had veal cutlets and it was great for awhile UNTIL yesterday. I had severe stomach cramps and I had to take tums to relieve the pain. My boyfriend was also experiencing similar symptoms. Me and him still feel ehh. Overall, if you don t want food poisoning, DO NOT GO HERE. P.S I ordered curly fries one time and found a metal/ aluminum piece in my fries

I used to love eating the food from here, but lately it has not been good. I ve worked in a restaurant before and I can tell just by looking at the chicken tenders and the onion rings that the oil DOES NOT get changed as frequently as it should. Chicken ziti Alfredo was terrible tasting. There was too much salt, pasta over cooked and they put so much cheese on top there was more cheese than noodles. Was not a fan of how the chicken was made in it either. Definitely not a real Alfredo. Roast beef sandwich was delicious with curly fries. Cheese Pizza was mediocre. Food was served hot and fresh. I would come back for the roast beef and that s it.

Horrible customer service! I ve been there 3 times, all 3 they messed up with my order. It s 2 min from my house, but after 3 attempts, I m never coming back!
