We provide authentic Mexican food in North Andover. If you love Tacos, Burritos, Tortas, and Jarritos you will love us!
The place I'd went recently was nice way to see. And in case you never driven by in ages, the Dunkin brought it here from a few years when they'd already been gone permanently. Nice way you can get some taco taste on the table or at the counter at the view. And it has been 7 months that they'd finally built it. It's really a must than you can get to a truck.

I tried the Pablo’s in N Andover and wow this place stands out. The home made tortillas are like street tacos in Sayulita. The real deal. Delicious. The Mole was sweet yet complex! Plus really nice dining inside or on the patio out front under umbrellas. This place rocks. I can’t wait to go back.

Real tacos in downtown NA, been waiting 15 years for this. Very rare that I leave reviews and generally only do so when it’s worthy of letting others know. Place is phenomenal. Ordered 9 different tacos (Mexican style) as a test run. Didn’t even need to eat the first one before I knew it was going to be good. 2 warm fired soft shells per taco, served with limes, red and green salsa. Both salsas were delightful. Real taco heads know this is the way. Haven’t tried the burritos yet. The rice and beans make those, but no doubt they’ll be good.
I crush Mexican food in all varieties including super Americanized, but the more authentic the better. If the burritos are nearly as good as the 4/9 tacos I’ve smashed so far it will seriously compete with Tacos Lupita. I’d buy this in 10lb servings and meal prep with it. If you’re looking for me finding me at Pablo’s eating tacos.
Well played Pablo. Well played.

This is as close to a burrito I can find in San Diego. Clean restaurant, lots of menu options. Authentic burrito came with a side of green and red salsa that were both very good. Only thing missing was a self serve bar of pickled vegetables. Will definitely be coming here over chipotle.

Pablo was originally known as a food truck near North Andover and Lawrence. It's great that they now have a fixed place where people can buy tacos and burritos in North Andover. This place was originally a Dunkin' Donuts, so they are still using the same interior structure as before. They have a bathroom, and there are plenty of seats available. They started their business in early June 2024.
Recommended menu: Shredded Chicken Burrito (Price $14).

Sad to report- Should have kept with the food truck, no consume with the birria tacos? Food quality has suffered with the opening of the brick and mortar I am sorry to say. I was a big fan, but after today’s order I’m not so sure I’ll be back which is not what I wanted to say, I have been a big fan of their food truck, but can’t say the quality is the same.

One of if not the best burritos I have ever had. The carnitas is cooked too perfection and each time it is consistent.
You won't be disappointed by inconsistency which is a fear I get from numerous other places.

Almost 60 bucks for 2 burritos and a kids taco. "For here" apparently means: here's a burrito in a paper bag. No seasoning, no flavor. Abysmal.

Fire time trying Pablo’s food truck today on my break at Ulicious . I got the burrito and chips and guacamole. Everything tasted fantastic and the guacamole was one of the best I have had. I got there when they started to close up but they still took my order with great service.
