Absolutely gorgeous store. I love that you can get wine and gourmet chocolates in the same place. The owners are so kind and helpful. I will be coming back here for all my chocolate!

The Candy Dish is absolutely amazing and delicious ! Not only are the chocolates and wines unique and delicious, but the service is top notch. Both owners ( Melissa and Shauna) and staff know me by name and the type of candy/ wine I like. They are always so friendly, caring, and helpful. The chocolates are top quality and made with real ingredients. The Candy dish is one of a kind with 5 star service !! They care about every detail down to their amazing packaging and tight knotted talented bows. Around the holidays our family and Co workers purchase candy as gifts and the Candy dish sells the perfect sized gift bags for each item. It's a one stop shop. If you haven't stopped by you are missing out!

From the amazing scent of the chocolates when you walk in the door, to the warm and welcoming staff who are always so helpful in choosing the perfect gift, The Candy Dish is one of my absolute favorite places in the area to shop for just about anyone! I especially love how the owners remembers little details about each customer (like how my mom loves their toffee). They always have such a nice and unique selection of treats, wine and little gifts for every occasion.

The Candy Dish is my absolute go to for a sweet treat/gift for others! From the fine wines to the decadent chocolates, you will be sure to find something for everyone. The staff and owners do a fantastic job at putting together the perfect gift no matter your price range! Can't recommend enough!

Cannot rave about the chocolates at The Candy Dish enough! I spontaneously dropped in to pick up a random assortment of chocolates which were all absolutely delicious (the Caramellow was by far the favorite). For handmade chocolates everything was reasonably priced. The women behind the counter were extremely friendly and the boutique itself is super cute with an assortment of different snacks and knock knacks. There’s plenty of parking on the lot where the shop is located, so no issues there. This will definitely become a regular spot when we’re looking for some delicious chocolates to hit the spot!

I don't typically write reviews, but I feel that my recent experience needs to be shared and frankly my previous experiences, though not as bad as this one was haven't been great either - for whatever reason the owner always seems awkward and uncomfortable dealing with her customer base. This past week did it for me, though. I went into the shop to buy some assorted things for a co-worker of mine who had lost her dog (she loves the cocoa bombs and caramels there). It wasn't a large assortment - I spent around $45 in total - and requested that some of the items be put into a bag and tied with a ribbon to make it look a little nicer and asked that the other items be put into a separate bag for me. I did not think this was a huge request (Sweet Mimi's in Andover does this all of the time as does another chocolate shop I like in Newburyport). Not only did the owner infer that my gift was not large enough - I think her question was "this is a gift?" and not in a nice way (it left me feeling like I was being cheap), and it was also suggested that I buy a gift bag from her store, which I pushed back on. This was a casual gift, and I didn't think I needed to buy a gift bag in addition to the chocolate I was buying. After saying she didn't have a bag, she managed to find one and put the gift items into it, and when I asked again if she could put a ribbon around the handles, she literally put on the smallest most pathetic ribbon that ended up falling off. No attempt at all to make for a nice customer experience. So, this will be my last time in this store, and I will go to Sweet Mimi's instead.

I found this little gem one day and I can not stop coming back! The owner and the staff are so amazing, polite, and accommodating. The owner is always willing to find things if you want it, tell you about events and invite you, and ensure your happy. I love this place. The best chocolates and caramel and the candy apples!!!!!!

Wow. A friend recommended this shop, and their salted caramels, so who am I not to check out a highly recommended caramel! OMG!!!!! It is not good that I now know this place exists. Awesome chocolates and mouth watering caramels, great store vibe, and wonderful customer service. And by the way, a great wine selection!!! Unfortunately, no caramel apples (my kryptonite!) until Saturday. Knowing my car, it s going to take me there on Saturday whether I want to go or not! I ll just have to breathe into it!

We ve been customers even before they had the pop-up location in Lynnfield and it s great that they have moved to this location in North Andover. They do an amazing job with chocolate and caramel but also have a selection of liquor and wine available at the new location. Be sure to pick up the pumpkin spice caramels while they re still available this fall and try their chocolate lobsters as well.

Had a chance to visit the pop-up shop over the holidays and everything was always delightful and delicious. This has continued with the permanent shop location. Loved all the local goodies and finally tried the lobsters. Salty, sweet, and so much caramel! Dont miss out on the homemade marshmallows in the smores either! Cant wait to visit again!
