Great store to find band tees and merchandise. My daughter loves this place and is always chatting it up with the other "alt" girls as the kids call it!! My son comes here to try to "rizz" them up haha

Store was a bit of mess, but expected right after the holidays. New merchandise getting stocked in shelves. Employees are great and friendly. Answering questions, helping picking out exactly what my daughter wanted. They even helped us with getting something ordered online that wasn't in stock at the moment. Even took a coupon from their website to add to our purchase. Many thanks to them! Great fun store!

I love this store, but was refused a return because it is a mini backpack that I purchased at the beginning of this month. Apparently you usually only have 7 days to return these items.
After speaking with corporate ALL items purchased November 1st to December 24th can be returned until January 31st 2022 due to extended holiday returns. Now I have to return it by mail and pay return shipping because I don't really want to go back to the store and get refused again and have to argue about the holiday return policy.
It would be helpful if the stores knew this return policy to avoid future aggravation.

Ok selection of trendy items. Good pricing for sale items - use caution when purchasing anything as quality varies. I have bought jewelry that has not made it home (just in the bag) without breaking. Something strange I have noticed more than once- Hot Topic online has much better selection of everything and has more to offer all around but pricing is different depending on if you are a loyalty (or whatever they call it) customer or if you are not logged in at all. If you browse without logging in the pricing is different than when you log in...... Odd. Overall I will continue to shop here for the different items you cannot get elsewhere.

Been visiting the store since the day it opened in my teens. I'm pretty much 40 years old and still like it LOL the store employees are really nice and have helped me out whether it is signing up for their programs or telling me when things I'm looking for are going to arrive. Always have my favorite collectibles front and center. Well organized and easy to maneuver through.🤘

We found quite a few anime products for my grandson's BD gift. Characters we had been looking for and could not find elsewhere. The staff was exceptionally helpful. They also told us of special savings coupons online we were unaware of.

Not happy. I ordered quite a bit of merchandise, and was sent a $15 coupon to use in the next week, so I did, or I tried anyways. Ordered a few more things, had them shipped to the store. I hadn't had time to pick them up just yet, and got an e-mail simply stating that my order was cancelled, and if I wanted to replace it to e-mail them back. So I did. The person who responded to me stated he would gladly replace my order with expedited shipping as long as I send him my physical address. I thought this was wonderful, so I did! The next day I get another e-mail from the same guy saying, oh, it looks like your order was cancelled because it wasn't picked up in the 7 days (LITTLE short if you ask me), so you need to call...(provided hotline #)
Ok, so you didnt even look into it the first time before promising me expedited shipping...so I call the number he provided. Was on hold for 20 minutes, the entire time this computer person was telling me to add my number to their queue, and they would get back to me asap. They NEVER called me back
So I sent this person another e-mail asking if he could just put my order through, this whole thing is ridiculous. NEVER heard from him.

The worker at the counter told me of a sale which later, we found out, had already ended. They still gave me the discount. Always a pleasant experience there. I've never had a bad experience. Always my favorite place to go.

Really happy with this Hot Topic. Online order process with in-store pickup was great. I had trouble figuring out pickup window info on the website, but when I called the store, Emily was incredibly helpful, and she was friendly and helpful again when I came to pick up my item. In-store stock was good (not as large as online, obviously): high-quality and well organized.

There wasnt allot to choose from for clothes, there were allot of band shirts, but not much grungy/ Gothic dresses or pants. The store its self was kind of a mess, but I was able to find what I was looking for.
