This location refused to make my drink the way I'd like it to be made. The daytime manager she jumped on board and totally dismissed my order as well. She was rude and condescending. She didn't offer a similar type drink or anything. Very unprofessional. This is the second time I've come to this location and the service was poor.

I usually go to this Dunkin but they have gone so down hill it’s terrible.. they just throw all the donuts in the bag, frosting all over the bag, donuts face down in the bag.. giving you coffee and not stirring it, they even gave me a breakfast sandwich without the top piece of bread on it.. I know these are first world problems but it’s annoying when I’m paying money for something and it’s put together so carelessly and makes a huge mess… do better

The staff was nice but the donut was stale (even though it was only 9:15 am) and the coffee tasted burnt. I also got the veggie bowel, which wasn't too bad.

Thank you to the wonderful woman who remade my coffee today without hesitation when I came in discouraged from a location down the street that totally messed up my order. Even though they were clearly busy she made my coffee order important to correct and for that she is a Goddess! Thank you 544 s Washington dunkin! Made my day!

They usually get my mobile orders wrong and they don’t fill their coffee cups. It’s frustrating to get a coffee for someone and find out that it’s made wrong and not even a full cup of coffee… also way more cream than specified. So disappointed

I’ve been getting a mobile order every morning here for the past couple months, and every time I come here my beverage of choice has a different taste and usually hardly any syrup/flavor, going to try to order from drive through for now on but it’s very disappointing to be wasting almost 5 dollars a day for my coffee/iced tea to taste like water, picture below is a raspberry iced tea I ordered that literally has less than a pump of syrup in it

Don't order the snacking bacon, they give u four pieces of bacon and they're cold.....then the "loaded hashbrowns" are just hashbrowns with only enough cheese to cover a piece of one hashbrown. Total disappointment, and breakfast wrap had bacon when didn't order bacon on it. Also cold. Worst experience, side note my coffee was made correctly so I guess 1 out of 4 isn the best they could do

We went through the drive-thru. They forgot an item on the order. Put both donut holes in with the doughnuts with donut tops on each other. When we got to the window noticed the sandwich (the first item ordered) was missing. Only to be told we had to go back around and get back in the long line. When went back into the store to get the sandwich was blown off with no apology or any compensation for any of their mistakes.

My moms coffee was made so good so she said lately she had been disappointed in dunkin and goes to the other place (honey dew lol) but she was actually pleased with this coffee ☕ (iced)

LOVE this location! We get coffee here every single day (sometimes more than once) and they always make it correctly or fix it if there is an issue (rarely happens). Riley & the rest of the afternoon crew are all amazing!

If you are using doordash or grubhub, I just ordered and missing 4 items. This isnt the first time. So be careful because they obviously don't read the entire order correctly. They never do.

So this place here. My Daughter works there and the older Workers are Bullys my daughter has came home almost everyday after she started working here how they talk down to her bully her talk to her like shes a nobody . didn't believe it so i went in there got a coffee and sat down and boy she was not lying . she's trying to find another job . but this place is pissimg me off i need to get ahold of the owner Asap cuz the way people are treated in this place is wrong

Coffee always tastes burnt. But what really gets me is I am already paying for almond milk, thisnis the ONLY one when i ask for extra they charge me 2xs. I called once and the manager said "no we don't do that, come back for a refund". I said no because the young man at the window was RUDE. Gave it 2 months. Went yesterday... again charged over a dollar for my milk.

The people in this location make it obvious they hate it there. It makes the customer feel not so welcomed. I waited a little while before even writing a review, and I visited a few times prior as well. They all seem miserable. I get it. You have to deal with cranky people all day. But, the pleasant customers don’t deserve the residual affects from the crank customers.

I'm not saying all Dunkin's are bad, most are good with genuinely nice people. But I've become increasingly disappointed with this place. I swear the past 20 times someone has bought me a coffee or I've ordered a simple Medium regular iced it has been overfilled and spills all over me when I take my first sip. I absolutely hate spending over $10 here just to have my shirt and pants stained by a shabby gourmet coffee. Always liked Honey Dew more since I was a kid. Everything tastes a bit more natural and I can drive away from the drive-thru window CLEAN.

The workers here are friendly and patient if you're a little indecisive. They also did offer me recommendations of their new products so that's nice that they're knowledgeable and helpful in that sense. They got my order correct and it was made to order in regards to my sandwich. It's a clean good looking location also and I definitely like that. There is a drive thru at this location for your information.

The staff was incredibly rude. I placed an order on the app. Waited 5 minutes by the on the go stand (was ignored) walked up to the main counter and had to call to the woman to get her attention (still being ignored). I mentioned my order and she said she hadn't received any orders and I must have chosen the wrong location. I went back to my car to get my phone and brought it in with my receipt and order number for this location and she said she didn't have it. Then she searched the computer and saw "only one coffee" with the order number but there were 2. My husband only likes 1 cream and 1 sugar and they made it saying that was weird. They literally dropped the coffees on the counter without even looking at me or saying anything. In total it took about 20 minutes to get my "on the go" order filled. Never coming here again. I have been to more DNKN locations than I can count... Worst anywhere.
