So we come here all the time. The food can be subpar but the ppl are usually very nice. Today we picked up a mobile order, and we were given the worst donut I've ever gotten from a dunkin. We went back around and asked for a replacement. The poor guy at the window was very sweet, but the lady instructioning him was an absolute jerk. She yelled at us that they couldnt take the bad donut back. Okay, fine no need to be rude. They give us a replacement donut. It is even worse than the first. We request a different type of donut bc it is obviously really bad. The lady is throwing a fit about it and loudly complaining that "I don't frost the donuts!" Like honey, I don't l care who frosted it, you can see it's a very poorly made donut. I'm not paying for a frosted sprinkle donut that does not have any frosting and is dry as all get out. And she was so rude to us and the staff. She was yelling at them and complaining that we "ruined her day." Maybe you shouldn't be working at a donut shop if a single donut can ruin your day. We were as polite as possible, and she was just so nasty to us and the poor boy at the window. Please train your employees on how to treat each other and how not to lose their minds on customers for very minor reasons. There is no reason for employees to be yelled at. It is ridiculous that someone that seemed to be in a higher position would treat their fellow staff like crud. It is ridiculous. I don't even mind being yelled at by a terrible dunkin employee, but it is unforgivable to take your lack of skills and bad mood out on people who cannot leave and have to deal with you. What is wrong with you?? I hope your staff gets a better coworker.

UPDATE: I ate the bad donut and it is infact very dry and is very bland. Instead of yelling at your coworkers and customers, maybe you should give some training to your bakers and a talking to to your suppliers

She says literally nothing and hands me the incorrect coffee. I had to bite my tongue at this point. Brings me back the coffee still incorrect. I can hear and see the girl that made it wrong muttering loudly in annoyance. Window girl better not do that to the wrong person cus that won’t fly by the average Joe..

What a fantastic Dunkin's! The service is five star, with a friendly, pro crew who care about making each customer feel welcome. The food is super fresh, and the store is sparkling clean, including the restroom. A great vibe, just what you want at a Dunkin. Sunny windows, ample parking, and did I mention there is a FIREPLACE!? (Ok, it is fake and didn't have heat in the summer.... but how cool and cozy!)

Most of the staff is nice and respectful except for the girl with glasses and short black hair with the pink or green it. We have been going here since they opened but for some reason she is always rude to my wife and today she forgot to turn the mic off and was talking trash about her. She doesnt even know her lol if she did she would know my wife is a nurse locally and has a heart of gold. But we cant figure out this happens every time since she has started. Today she knew she messed up and wouldnt even look at her when she got to the window. We will go to different one from now on no one should be talked about while trying to get a coffee ridiculous. Pretty sure nothing will be done never is

The workers at this dunkin seem to just mess around instead of getting peoples orders right. How does one mix up a Medium Hot coffee 3 caramel 3 peppermint mocha 4 milk no sugar for a med ice 3 blueberry 3 sweet n low and 3 cream. Corporate needs to be told about this place because this isnt the first time this has happened with an order that I got there, their always not paying attention and messing up the orders.

I always have great experiences at this Dunkin and go out of my way to come to this exact location. Honestly, you can make mistakes or you can forget things, and I honestly have still have so much appreciation for these employees because I know how hard they work, but when you throw a toddler tantrum in front of me at the window because you forgot to give me the ice water I ordered with the rest of my order, and have to have your supervisor come over and calm you down after your little poutful statement of I cant do this anymore , then maybe you need to be at home taking a nap and not do it anymore. Completely unacceptable way of acting in front of a paying and patient customer on your mistake. Still, I even said thank you after handing me my water, and you ignored me with that bitter distasteful look on your face. I hope your day went on to be better than you probably deserve.

I went today to get food and was missing one item, I was asked if I had a receipt after I discarding the bag I realized I was missing a sandwich, the manager it seems an older man told me there was nothing he could do without one which at any place Ive been to they never asked me for a receipt the minimal times it has happened at any fast food chain, I will not be going back to this dunkin anytime soon the crew is fine but the manager seems like he needs customer service training

The sandwiches are good but i get two coffees every time, the same order. My large regular is always okay but my girlfriends more complex order is never made properly. Maybe once a week it comes out correct. They ve given me a coffee which is obviously not the right one (missing cold foam) and has an entirely different sticker on it and told me disregard the label its the right coffee

Seems this location has the highest prices, and coffee is not made the same from shift to shift. Although most of the employees are friendly and attentive towards your needs. Youre order still gets messed up. I actually started going to the RT 140 location.

I went into this Dunkin and all of the employees were not wearing their mask correctly including the manager. He was wearing his mask around his chin. I find that very unsafe considering they are allowing customers in the store and they are making drinks and food for customers. I had ordered a drink and when I got home I noticed it was wrong. I had even put up two fingers to help visual how many sugars I wanted in my drink. There was also 5 employees that walked by the counter before someone had told me they would be with me in a moment. Very unprofessional.

Is it common practice to pour regular caffeinated coffee when the customer asked for decaf at 7:00pm? This appears to be common practice at many Dunkin stores. Last nigh it happened again and only when I was trying to sleep did I realize that is was not given decaf! Apparently its about policy or lazy employees.

They didnt get anything correct even after it was asked and repeated several times. This was for an online order on top of it so it was even written out for them. Yes, it was a long drive thru line so I get that they were busy but it wasnt even a complicated coffee order.

Worst service of any Dunkin. This was the 3rd time being ignored at the drive thru, this time after 5 minutes we just left. Coffee is always wrong, never consistent. It took less time to drive to plainville, order, and get our coffee than the time we just spent in their thru. Never again.

The most annoying dunkin ive been to in my 26 years of frequenting dunkin. I never leave reviews either, i just feel so compelled by my recent experiences and thw ammount of money i spend here. If coffees not wrong, food is cold. Also, lately ive been doing a refill cup to save the enviorment as i get like 3 coffees and they really still make it in a cup and dump it in my refill cup, instead of making it in my cup to begin with. The manager is hell bent for making sure the drive thru timer is low but fails to make the guest happy. Ive called her to address issues before in which she did resolve that issue. Now that my coffee is finally right, everytime i get food it sucks. Today two orders of hashbrowns completely cold. And im tired of calling to complain. Im tired of turning all the way around to go back. From now on i will go the extra mile to hit that next dunkin on rt 1. Everything is always perfect there and the staff is awesome!!!

Great interior. Its a best place for small meetings and small relaxation. Less crowded - in-store Im giving 3 stars, because the in-store beverage making time usually more than 3mins. I feel, always priority given to drive through.

Worst service ever. They will keep the doors locked and ignore you at the drive thru while open when they dont feel like being bothered. I did an online order this morning and when I went to pick it up there were 3 workers in there, including the manager and they all ignored cars in drive thru. I pulled up the window and made eye contact with 2 of them and they just ignore you. If you dont feel like serving people at that time then please change your hours!! Will not be going back again
