Love the coffee at Dunkin.

Although this one wa far out of my way, I was on my way to one of my job-sites and stopped here to get coffee for the team.

The service was very friendly, the place was clean and the coffee was great.

There’s plenty of parking and parking vem the parking lot was kept clean the time I came.

The restrooms to was kept clean so why not rate them at a 5star?

Amazing staff! My grandmother accidentally left behind her pocket book and they brought it into the back so nobody stole it and we were able to retrieve it. Not to mention the food was done really fast.

All the employees are outstanding very nice atmosphere and work very hard. Very efficient keep up the great work highly recommend great personality as well. $6 fall deal recommend delicious.

Ordered an iced coffee with 1 cream, 1 sugar and got what looked and tasted like iced milk. Dunkin needs to stop giving 99% cream and 1% coffee.

If you want to witness a dumpster fire, this is your place! Rude, inconsiderate staff which reflects on their management, or lack there of. Staff ignores you and talks about hating their job while coming up with ways that they are going to call out of work the next day, while you stand in line with 5 people behind you waiting to be greeted. I waited 5 minutes before I finally got 1 of the 3 employees attention. I obviously was an inconvenience because he said "what do you want?" with attitude. I will gladly take my business over to Coffee Connection where they have an amazing staff and always give you their full attention!

Probably the most incompetent Dunkin I've ever been too. A coffee tasting good is a miracle for these guys and the food always looks and tastes like crap. Don't think they know what a toasted bagel actually looks like. 0 effort from the employees.

People yelled at CHILDREN because they were having fun being kids. This can have an impact on their childhood view and how they act, i saw the fear in their eyes. As a parent myself i’m disgusted by the work here.

Same as every other Dunkin' donuts, if you want the order to be right don't go through the drive-thru. Chances are you'll have to go back through the drive-thru or go inside to get it fixed. Also like the other Dunkin' donuts in the area this place does not completely cook their food. For example if you get a grilled cheese sandwich the cheese will not be melted. It will be cold inside. Same for the bagel minis and other food that they cook. You either have to ask for it to be well done - and even then sometimes it isn't. Or you have to catch them during the week after they've been retrained on how to cook, but that usually only lasts for about a week.

Today not bad, other times ice tea can taste like plastic, didn't add sweet n low.
At places during the evening the barrel never gets clean. As the coffee taste is still there. Then makes green tea and never makes reg tea.

Ive been living in providence for a few months but stopped here on my way to visiting Boston. Didn’t realize how much better dunks is on the other side of the border! Super fast, very kind, and got my order perfectly. My black iced coffee with one pump of Carmel truly did have just one pump. My sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin was cooked perfectly. And the glazed donut........ freshest donut I’ve had in months. I’d drive over the border just to come back here.

Always mess up my order. I ordered ahead do curbside pick up. Any time if they don’t have something I ordered they don’t tell me even though they’re handing me my items. I find out when I get home and it’s super frustrating. A lot of times it’s my kids donuts that get screwed up and they don’t care.

Just received very rude service from a woman giving out the coffee , I do not usually go to this dunkin donuts and will not be returning. During this time I rarely leave my house , only to the grocery store and coffee once in a while. She questioned why I left the house, how I should not give the store my business, how she would like to stay home every day. I wonder if she says this to all customers , if so she might receive her wish because less people will want to go there and there will be no hours for her to work.i wonder how she expects people to get there groceries. From now on I will be going to Washington st.

I always look forward to going to Dunks after traveling to places where they don't have this great local brand. The staff is always friendly, the drive-thru service quick. And my medium, hot "reglah" just the way I like it!

A 0 is not a option on this or thats what they would get orthis location !!!!! I just went there and recieved a refill I asked for HOT coffee NOT iced because it is a dunkin thermals ( that I just bought for 20 bucks) I did not relize it was cold until I sat down in the dodge ram jeep and Chrysler dealership to get my pick up serviced ... Now I'm stuck at the Dodge dealership down the street for 2 hours while they fix my airbags with NO coffee .... Not happy just not happy at all the girls were very nice but 0 listening skills.... Thanks for the migraine lady's because I can not drink iced coffee. Due to the. Cold it Bothers my asthma.

People working there don't listen. Had to remake a frozen drink twice because for some reason when I sad frozen lemonade she heard strawberry lemonade. I go to dunkin at lest every other day while at work and clearly different locations have different qualities.
