Can I just say ….. I am new to Starbucks ( my teen daughter got me hooked recently ) I can’t afford this regularly. I downloaded the app and got myself free beverage with a purchase, which I just took advantage of today. Naturally I couldn’t decide what item to buy ( Because the coffee was free, I had to buy something cheap to make it worth it) I can’t make decisions to save my life ! Simple thing takes forever
Ava ! Ava! Ava! Was here waiting on me . She was down to earth . Helped me make my difficult decision. We Made small talk (very small as she was waiting in other customers ) Professional , level headed , mature employee they have here at Starbucks ! Ava should definitely given a raise ! Promoted if it’s an option.
Simple things like getting a coffee after a shit day at work make a huge difference . To me at least ! Ava sure did make my day and I will definitely be back ! Thanks Ava! I hope your higher ups see this and compensate you properly . Again, it doesn’t take much to make someone’s day or break it! Ava definitely made it !

Both lattes exploded on my wife and I in the car right after purchasing them. I don’t know if the lids were put on improperly or if the cup is just too thin, but it was a boiling mess. Not the first bad experience we’ve had from this Starbucks, but definitely the last time we’ll go to this location.

MAY 24,2024 i arrived 10 min prior to this Starbucks closing. All I simply wanted was a refresher and they stated they were closed. Closing time said 8pm and they would not provide me service. What great customer service huh???? Ridiculous

Please take a look at your cameras around 630 tonight. Just ordered two lattes and watched the employee drop the lid on the floor, and look me in the eye putting it on in hopes I didn't see. After calling her out and asking for the manager, the manager tried to convince me it was an honest mistake that she knowingly picked up a lid of a floor, and put it on my cup convincing herself I didn't see until I said something. Honest mistake is one thing, what she did was disgusting, lazy, and inconsiderate. Instead of addressing the issue I got the manager lying to security to rush me out saying I'm swearing at customers when I very directly swore at him for trying to gaslight me rather than tend to his employee. Whole place is a joke, and the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. Pretty disgusting overall. Zoom in on the pic there are spills everywhere.

This is my second time coming to this specific starbucks location, I did a drive thru order with my sister. The drive thru line is long, but steadily moves pretty quickly.
Today, we had a lovely young women at the window, blonde hair, green eyes, she was so sweet. It was her 4th day. They had a struggle with someone taking off with our order. They remade them, but apparently there was a mobile order with the same name..so they remade it one more time. To the girl who was doing the window, and has had quite the day today, you're doing amazing. Keep it up!

Got 2 of the mango dragonfruit refreshers and both were halfway filled, the barista tried to say that that’s how they do it when you get it with no ice. I get this drink pretty much everyday (never had this issue) and if i’m paying $6 each for a drink it should be filled. I saw another post exactly like this and the starbucks replied saying it would be remade if they were to bring it back. I had hard time getting it filled when trying to let her know it should not be halfway, and when i left the drink was still not even filled all the way. Will not be going back. Disappointing. No hate to the barista but the management should fix this issue.

There was only 1 person who really knew what they were doing. Waited 20 minutes for 1 Frappuccino. The girls working were nice but corporate needs to make sure there are trained people ready for this busy season.

Absolutely terrible, management is a joke. Who puts multiple people on training and only have 1 person that actually knows what they are doing ? This poor girl literally was teaching someone how to use the register and teaching someone how to actually make the drinks. Then I waited 15 min for two lattes and the best part is the manager (she was blonde with blue ends) came in as a customer and was teaching them verbally how to make her drinks but mine was not done. Having management background and seeing how much that crew was struggling makes me sick.

We were there today and half the machines were not working for coffee and espresso however the young girl working was so pleasant and kind taking care of ten customers not ever getting ruffled. No one should be left alone to service people it s not fair to your employees or the customer! Your very luck to have someone as customer orientation as her! I hope you appreciate her ! We were in at 3pm 6/27/2021

I was charged twice for one item. I orded a vente and was given a grande. I corrected them and was charged for both. I was refused a refund because i wasnt given a receipt and i dont have a Starbucks card. Customer service is useless and rude. Im only paying cash at this place since no one knows how to correct an error. RIDICULOUS.

Starbucks is expensive sure, but you get what you pay for. Their coffee has me zoooomin compared to dunkin (tho I love them too). Switch it up. Treat yo self. Or buy a bag of grounds on sale & brew up your fave beverages at home. Coffee rocks, so Im pretty much cool w all coffee shops. This one is just a tad more... Uppity? Hipsterish? For the everyday wealthy bussinessmen on their laptops? Cant quite put my finger on it...

Starbucks are a part of Targets store design along with other partnerships. This Target location never seems very busy & the Starbucks is quite small, easily overlooked & cannot hold a crowd. I ve always had quick, fast, friendly service. If there are times certain things may be unavailable, not great but understandable. There are many other chains far less specialized in the area frequently out of more staple items than the inconsistent choices afternoon at this location. If I am truly only going for a particular Pastry or such, I d probably choose the newer location further south on Rt. 1. Rarely have I made the effort to this shopping plaza intent on Starbucks. The decision has almost always been spontaneous relative to pharmacy items at the CVS inside Target if not Target itself.
