(Don't tell on them) I had a lovely chat with one of the employees about fun crafts you can do with the whole family and got some great ideas. The men's bathroom at this location is always dirty and nasty looking! The tolit seat thing looks like it hasnt been chnaged in 10 years. The store itself is pretty good over all, sometimes depending on their staff member up front you can easily find yourself ringing out with a rude employee, but that's normal now a days with these teenagers working.

Pets are allowed. Big clearance section, friendly staff, plenty of sales and useable coupons if not on sale. Clean store with clean bathrooms. Usually fairly empty too, much more than fabric for Sale! I love Joann fabrics for all of my arts and crafts needs, and save hundreds a year by using coupons. Plus they offer military, healthcare and teacher discounts.

Usually they are very good, but today I had 1 piece of fabric to cut, got in line behind 1 person with several items, waited patiently for 10 min while 3 other people lined up behind me. It came my turn and the red headed woman who was cutting called a ticket number. The owner if the ticket was all the way in the back of the line I said "I'm sorry I didn't get a ticket but I have been waiting" she gave me a dirty look pointed at the ticket machine and turned her back on me. 2 others behind me also did not have tickets. It was extremely rude and unnecessary, she knew I had been waiting in line she saw me standing there. Sure I should have taken a ticket but there was no line when I got there so I didn't know I needed one, I have never needed one before, and have purchased fabric from this store multiple times.

Went to get some fabric for doggie bandanas, unfortunately they are low currently on Halloween fabrics but had tons of fall/xmas ones in so bought what I could of what they had and planned well ahead for the following holidays. The staff was very kind, patient and engaged in small talk. Overall I rather enjoyed the friendly atmosphere that goes with this specific joanns, and will probably go out of my way for this location in the future! :)

Bright, clean, lots of choices, great coupon policy. No bike rack. GATRA serves the Walmart in the same plaza, so Joanns would be a relatively easy walk from the GATRA stop. Ample parking. I wouldnt expect any issues parking a wheelchair lift van here. The store is in North Attleboro Marketplace. The majority of the aisles seem wide enough for a wheelchair.

On June 7, 2023 at about 5:15 PM I went into this store . I am 71 years old . I use a walker and am temporarily handicapped. Upon entering I made my way over to the young woman at the cashier s station . I asked where the double sided tape for hemming pants was . She pointed to the craft stations at the far right of the store was . I nicely asked if she could please help me out and please grab it for me or ask if a co- worker could please help me . She rudely said no . She was the only one on the floor . She could see I clearly use a walker . She was not going to help me in any way , shape or form . I made my way over to the right side of the store . I could not locate the tape . I asked another customer to help me . She kindly went to the middle of the store and grabbed multiple items for me to choose from . I thanked her and made my way to the register . On my way to the register , I dropped one roll . I again asked this cashier for her for help . She again rudely said no ! Again another customer helped me . At the register , I explained the tape was not in the area she sent me to . She again curtly and rudely said I thought you meant scotch tape .This young woman needs to learn how to communicate with people and be willing to extend a helping hand to someone who needs one . Very disappointed in the lack of effort and help that was not extended to me as was obvious from my use of my walker and limp . So sad ! Clearly more training is needed in customer service .

I absolutely love Joanns! Ever since I was little it was one of my favorite places to shop. I hadnt been there in a while and needed fleece for a project that Im working on. I picked out a lot of remnants, expecting to pay around a hundred dollars for them, but turns out they were on sale! I only spent fifteen dollars on my entire purchase! Even when things arent on sale, the quality of the things Ive gotten from Joanns is amazing! Id definitely recommend them for fabric, yarn, arts and crafts supplies, and even doll accessories.

This place is great! I specifically want to give a shout-out to two incredible employees: Nicole and Shay. We had a huge purchase of almost $1,000 in fabric and they measured and cut the fabric with great patience. And then they helped us find the best coupons as well. Lots of great outdoor seasonal stuff for summer, so I was fun to get sidetracked from the reason I went to Joann. I was so happy so much of it was marked down! I had a really great cashier, he was very upbeat and nice and helped me find the coupons for the few full price items! I went for a very specific item and found it on clearance. Burned a hole in a very expensive winter jacket, needed a patch to fix it. Gorgeous for less then $4.00. Constantly getting compliments, folks think it was part of original jacket.

I love joanns fabrics! I shop there alot for my art hobbies and I have alot of them! Their choice of yarns are wonderful, and their loopy yarns are great. Pour painting, sewing, scrap booking, jewelry making, you name it they have it plus there are always discounts and coupons! Their sales staff are always friendly and willing to help in any way!

Went into the store to pick up some supplies, primarily for crochet, embroidery and sewing. Staff were amazingly helpful, assisted me in finding the items I needed, and directed me towards an end cap I was looking for. I love craft stores! This one is very nice. Lots of most stuff you would expect. We were looking for vials of calligraphy ink. We found calligraphy supplies and a pen&ink set, but not what we were looking for. They may not have specialty items, but they do have lots of things there. You can find plenty of discount coupons too, 20, 30, 40% off (bring them to the store or pull them up in their mobile app)
