Went to Michael’s to get specialty drawing pens with my 13 year old. There was such a big selection at reasonable prices it took us a while to shop. Clean store, nice staff, what more can you ask for?

My sister's card was declining using Apple Pay at the register, so the cashier took her phone to "help" and closed the Apple wallet app, started scrolling through all her apps to find the browser on her phone, went through the open tabs on that, and claimed she was trying to to "look something up" to help her? On Google, on my sister's phone. I get she was trying to help but who goes through someone else's phone to do so?? My sister was very upset at this violation of privacy and didn't end up buying what she went there for. Who does this??? Definitely not good customer service. A shame because my sister loves craft stores and has been to Michaels several times without any issues before. Not sure we'll be returning after this.

👍🏻 👍🏻👍🏻 a good store for crafts , diy projects , candle making , jewelry making , painting ,drawing , school projects etc .... and there is a small collection for professional artist and there’s a big collection for kids crafts and use your coupons otherwise it’s a little bit pricey .

Michaels has lots of wooden alphabet tiles, number and alphabet beads and they have invisible ink there. There's a restroom on the rear of the store.

It's Michael's, nothing really bad to say about this place. Coupons are common and can be used more than once. Most items are usually in stock and the staff is always helpful.

Just a generic hobby shop, the leather section is dismal. Nothing special. No real quality crafting items. Like the dollar store of hobby shops

I like this store well enough and they sure have earned quite a bit of my money lo these last many years. But: a nice yarn shop its not. No bike rack. And not easy for me to reach by transit. It has decent low end yarns, but nothing I crave. Good yarns for budget. You can work out something that will get lots of use and washing. For instance, you can make affordable baby clothes or blankets. Tatting thread selection leaves a lot to be desired. Most of their wares hold little to no interest to me. I dont like their coupon policy, especially when contrasted to the competition thats practically right across the street. If youre into cutting machines like Cricut, they have a TON!

Given it was the holiday season, it was a very clean store. I found many items. The regular prices and sale prices alike were very reasonable. So many items to look at made the store fun to explore.

Terrible experience. I brought in a very expensive John Lennon signed document to the NORTH ATTLEBORO STORE. When I received it; one of the two pages was created. When they redid the piece the second part with the autograph was also creased. The woman that did the work was very rude denying she damaged it. The manager was also of not much help. AVOID THIS PLACE BY ALL MEANS!!!!!!!

My girlfriend orders from Michaels online all the time. She picks up her cross stitch supplies at store. They walk it right out to you! I love michaels too for my canvas painting supplies. Never had an issue. Ever.

They are open early right before Christmas so I was able to stop in at 8am after school drop off. Was so convenient. Store was clean And organized. Unlike many stores totally picked over for Christmas. Staff was pleasant and helpful and when I couldnt pull my coupon up on my phone the clerk used one of theirs for me so I could still get the sale price. Great experience.
